First time ordering pickup at this location and they're the worst! They told me via the app my order was delayed 36 minutes, that's fine I don't mind, but then when I showed up l ended up calling to check in since I had low battery, and they told me my order hadn't even been picked up yet and that it was actually another hour and a half behind, no attempts at customer service what so ever, they didn't try to resolve anything and just hung up!! Had I not called who knows how long I would've had to wait til some employee finally showed up to ask about my order or to at least let me know they're behind. No courtesy at all. Even though I only had 4 items and was already there because they told me it was gonna be ready at 6:36! I couldn't even cancel the order through the app because the app showed they were supposedly brining my items out in the next few minutes. I understand running behind but why not communicate that it got further delayed instead of having me waste gas and time, which is why I placed the pick up order to begin with. I had to use the app chat and get a hold of someone to explain the situation and La k of service to finally cancel the order. They gave a $10 coupon for the "inconvenience". Let's see if that even comes through. Don't bother ordering pickup up here, this store isn't punctual, organized, or providing customer service. read more

So we got a can of senior dog food, a green bell pepper, hair elastics, and an XL gildan brand solid black t-shirt. No tall boys here. Oh and fish tank filters. The aisles were very very tight. I just ORDERED some shoes that were in store for $25 and online they were $17 and had a different color and my size! Glad I checked the WALMART app! All you have to do is scan your stuff and see if it's discounted online! I selected shipping but I did buy all the other items such as groceries which I had a fun time shopping! Walmart always impresses me with their selection, prices, smooth employees, and clean store! They've improved over the years! They're doing just as good at Costco! I'm surprised! This Walmart is somewhat convenient to the airport and isn't a bad stop for out of towners looking to stock up on supplies (i.e. fluids) in order to adjust to the dry climate. I paid $8 for a water at a hotel Starbucks and left here with plenty of water for the room for less than that. Stock up either here or at a convenience store or you'll be backed up for days when you go home. As far as other stuff, I'm not a local, but have been here a few times and it seems to be well stocked with food and such. I'm sure there are better ones, but this one works for the area. read more

This Walmart is huge. It's close to the South Premium Outlets, so we stopped by. The sell the usual things that all Walmarts have. I saw clothing, cosmetics, housewares, shoes, electronics, groceries, etc. The hubby came in looking for a camel pack. It was really hot when we were there. Everyday was around 113 degrees. He wanted to carry around water in a pack, so he didn't have to hand carry a bottle. We had a difficult time locating it. We found a helpful associate who walked us to the item. The hubby was happy that they had it. Plus, it was $20 which is a good price. read more

Title: Treated Like a Thief for Forgetting My Wallet Came to return a vacuum I'd bought. Realized at the counter I'd forgotten my wallet and receipt. Staff said I could enter with the item but couldn't leave without proof. Fair enough. I stepped out, checked my car, came back in to explain I'd need to go home. Thirty minutes later, I returned with the receipt. Instead of basic courtesy, I got ignored for 20 minutes. Then LP shows up and accuses me of stealing--claiming I entered empty-handed. I asked, "If I came in empty-handed, how did the vacuum end up on your counter?" No answer. They refused to show footage. Claimed I could've grabbed it off the shelf. I said, "Then show me walking through your store--I never did." Turns out they were watching the wrong video--my second entrance, not the first where I clearly had the vacuum. After pushing them to rewind five minutes earlier, they finally admitted their mistake. This was one of the dumbest LP moves I've seen. You follow the item in reverse, not the person. Walmart hires the worst of the worst--zero training, not even for LP. I was treated like a criminal over a simple return. If Walmart wants to keep customers, they need to train their staff to verify facts and treat people with basic respect. read more

I am writing to express how upset I am with the experience I had trying to purchase a laptop during your recent online-only sale. After nearly seven hours of wasted time, multiple failed attempts, and four pending charges of $1,516.17 on my credit card, I am left with nothing but frustration, stress, and no product. My first attempt to place the order failed due to a sign-in issue with my phone number, so I used my boyfriend's account but paid with my credit card. That order was canceled for fraud protection after updating the payment information, which I understood. I then called customer service as well as my bank to get clearance to try again. The second attempt seemed successful, and I received a confirmation that the laptop would be ready for pickup in three hours. However, only an hour later I received another cancellation notice stating the item was out of stock. When I called customer service again, the representative was polite and tried to help, but she could only check nearby stores and didn't have the tools to confirm stock elsewhere. She gave me two store phone numbers. One store confirmed they did not have the item and referred me to the Eastern Avenue location in Las Vegas. That is when the situation became even worse. My first call to the electronics department at that store was never answered. On my second attempt, I was transferred to the online department where the employee placed me on hold without even asking for the item number. While on hold, I could clearly hear background chatter that included profanity and personal conversations, and after four minutes the call disconnected. On my third attempt, I finally reached a woman in electronics. I explained that I wanted to confirm the laptop was in stock before placing yet another order since I already had multiple pending charges on my card. She abruptly told me they do not check stock over the phone, which made no sense since the previous store had done exactly that. When I asked if the online sale price could be honored in person to avoid this nightmare, she rudely told me, "no, online prices are online only." Her tone was dismissive and completely unprofessional. By this point, I had spent close to seven hours simply trying to purchase a laptop, with nothing to show for it but pending charges on my credit card and a ruined experience. My plan had been to not only purchase the laptop but also buy accessories like a mouse and carrying case when picking it up in-store. Instead, I have been left feeling brushed off, disrespected, and ignored by Walmart at every turn. This entire ordeal has been exhausting and unacceptable, and unless Walmart can demonstrate it values its customers and makes this right, I will have no reason to ever shop with you again. The store is always clean and most of the people are helpful, but I did ask one woman if they had a Disney Section and she looked at me like, what is Disney? She then looked at her co worker and they laughed....Um...Target has a Disney section and I was just there a few days ago, what is so funny? Anyways, the cashier is someone we always go to, I don't know her name but she is an older woman, Asian and very nice! Worst Wal Mart ever. I bought a Ever-Start car battery and brought it back for a check. After a few months the battery stopped working so I brought it back to get it replaced. The warranty on ALL ever-start batteries carries a 3 year warranty no receipt required. I go to this Wal-Mart and they affirm that I b roght the battery in earlier but then refused to replace the battery as the "sticker" fell off. The battery has an imprint of the manufacture date of 12/2023 so way under 3 years if I even bought the battery the day it was made. Still they refused to replace the battery even though it is clearly under 3 years old. I am VERY DISSPOINTED in this Wal Mart and WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EVER-START BATTERY EVER AGAIN. I feel lied to and cheated by this company. The man "Jose" was very, very, very rude and so was most all of their staff......I have no respect for Wal-mart ever again. I purchased a Walmart Plus membership and paid for a year, but it turned out to be a mistake! It seems that Walmart hasn't properly trained their front-end checkout employees on how to process these transactions. For example, I scanned the barcode to start the payment process, but before I could confirm the payment, the employees immediately pressed "see associates." This caused an error on my app, and when I brought it up, the employee said they didn't know what happened. It raises the question: which manager allowed these employees to work without proper training on the Scan and Go system? It's quite embarrassing since this is your company's membership program. Sam's Club and Costco manage to teach their employees how to run successful member programs--Walmart should consider doing the same. read more

Had to go to a Walmart to get an emergency charger adaptor. And I have to say This Walmart is impressive. It's huge! I was able to find the charger right away with the help of a Walmart associate. Both were very nice and my bad I didn't get their names. I was in a rush!!! The inside is very spacious and it looks like they have a bigger section in clothing. but what I love the most is that no matter what Walmart you go to, it's all the sam prices, the only difference is the taxes!!! Anyway, the parking lot has a parking area for pick-up items. And it has a awning!!! I love it. They don't have it like this at my Hometown Walmart! It's pretty cool. Update 8/13/2024 Electric car owners. Walmart can cause lawsuits or serious car damage. I strongly advise against taking your electric vehicle to this location. They lack the necessary certification and equipment to safely change tires on electric cars, which poses a significant risk to your battery and other components. A few weeks ago, they replaced my rear tires without providing any warning regarding this issue. However, during my visit today to replace the other 2 tires, they informed me that they are not equipped to service electric vehicles. When I inquired how they managed it previously, I was met with blank stares. The technician even suggested that the same person who worked on my car last time could do it again. There is absolutely no way I would allow anyone there to touch my vehicle again, knowing that they are not qualified to work on electric cars. It is beyond reckless to suggest otherwise.==================== My experience with the Walmart Auto Department was incredibly frustrating. I made an appointment for 2:00 PM and arrived at 1:45 PM to complete the paperwork. Despite having an appointment to replace my two back tires, the service tech informed me that the wait time was four hours. My roommate had purchased the tires and listed my name as the pickup person. The Walmart app confirmed this, yet the employee insisted there were no tires at the store and even suggested I was in the wrong location. Eventually, the tires were found, but the employee claimed they were not under my name, despite the app showing otherwise. He refused to let me update the contact information. Not wanting to wait around for four hours, I took a $25 Uber home. Thirty minutes after getting home, Walmart called me, saying they needed the tire key to remove my tires. I spent about an hour trying to call them back. The auto department never picked up, customer service didn't answer, and even the pharmacy couldn't transfer my call successfully. I don't understand how they conduct business without answering their phones. I ended up taking another Uber back because I couldn't reach anyone by phone. When I arrived, an employee told me that the auto department never answers their phone, which left me confused and upset. They eventually found the key in the trunk and changed my tires, but didn't have the sense to call and inform me they no longer needed the keys. This oversight led me to leave work early unnecessarily. In this day and age, I shouldn't have to drive to the shop just to speak to someone when a phone call could have resolved everything. I came here to grab some headphones around noon today 2/25 and I seen a man that did not speak English showing his phone to people trying to get help ordering from the deli, I tried to help him out but when I told the woman behind the deli counter he would like half a pound of chicken wings she replied we don't sell by the pound we sell by the piece. I then asked her in her experience with the weight about how many pieces is half a pound so I can tell him. She replied I don't know and I don't f****n care then walked off. That was extremely rude especially because I wa a just trying to help someone struggling to speak English. After I bought my headphones I circled back to the deli to try and get her name but another employee had taken over she was a older Hispanic lady with salt and pepper hair, she was super sweet and helpful. The first employee needs an attitude adjustment, you don't treat your customers like that especially if you are the first employee they see when walking inside... 0/5 stars for her and 5/5 for the 2nd employee who redeemed the Walmart experience. I refuse to go back to this store. First, you can only have less than 15 items for self service. So chances are you'll need to go to a cashier which would be fine IF THERE WERE ANY! The store was packed and only two were on duty! At least 6 people with carts packed full lined up at each and of course the cashiers move at snail speed. The cashier I had was very sweet and asked how I was, and I said, "tired of waiting 20 minutes in line to check out." She said, "oh, it's lunch time so everyone is on break." Really?? Then management is terrible. You need to stagger break times to avoid decimating your cashier count available for your customers! Walmart, your low prices are no longer enough to bring me in. I'm going to spend the few dollars more and go to Smith's or Albertsons where they actually care about their customers. read more

Extremely angry at Walmart today, with today's crisis store shelves are empty and Walmart has exploited us during this time. A few days ago I received an email stating that Walmart would keep the shelves stocked so that people could get the items they require without fear, i believed them. Place never had an issue working on vehicles ever. Loved coming here because they actually did their jobs and took pride in the work they did. I bought a battery from here in 2019, and they offer a 5 warranty on their batteries. Only 2 years in and the battery was no good. I came down to get it replaced, the supervisor and the other mechanic said they couldn't replace it or even work on it (mind you they told me this without even pulling the car into the bay) they said my battery mount or bracket or whatever wasn't sufficient so for that reason they couldn't do anything with it... Very disgusted I had to deal with this and waste my time (an hour) before work for nothing to get resolved. Ivan the supervisor was useless and they need to replace him. read more

Walmart has turned crooked, cheating its customers on prices. You have to check every price as many things don't ring up the marked price. A couple examples I purchased a hat marked price was $3.88 but I get to the register and it's now $4.98. Just today I buy a phone charging cable, multiple signs all around it for $9.98 but I get to the register and now it's $12.98. Both times they made me wait for them to go verify the price. Someone needs to get consumer protection and the Attorney General on Walmart. Also the Legislators need to pass a law that forces stores to give the consumer the item at half price or free if they are ringing up higher prices. Unfortunately this isn't new as Target lost a suit for the same practices. Make a law and stop this stealing from the people! read more
