I walked up, explained to her what I wanted to do. I set the old TJ Max bag down and she pinches it from the bottom and shakes out the product I was returning, fairly aggressive. two receipts come flying out, I said "ok..." and laughed it off. she takes the notebook I was returning, turns around and throws it on the counter behind her. it took everything inside of me not to say "if you hate your job so much, find something else". This location needs to do better with hiring, and managing poor behavior.
