Horrible place! My coworker and I went during our lunch in our uniforms may I add to this Burlington to shop around. While I was picking dog toys and she was looking at cups, a worker started following us and passing by us several times and also standing and staring at us. My coworker then asked if she was told to follow us to which she smiled n said "no she was just passing by" while smiling. My coworker left the cups n while we were walking towards the exit I was still looking at things when I look up and there's 3 more workers walking by us! I've shopped here for at least 3 years. On Monday, I was one of the first people to enter the store. Looking for a winter coat that I didn't find I decided to get a pair of boots instead. There is a parking lot that is adjacent to this store. Unfortunately they do not validate but when I came it was a flat $6.00 fee. I was happy to see that there were dog items here too! Rare to find hidden gems in here, but not impossible. I won't speak for all, but this specific store seems to have become a dumping ground for out-of-date and out-of-style clothing. It's pretty disorganized most of the time (especially the shoes). **PRO TIP: come for the gourmet food options like the Himalayan sea salt by the bag load, spiralina, flax seed, chia seed and even ground ginger powder! Would rate it a 0 if possible, this store used to be a really great place to shop before COVID hit but now it's turned into an uncomfortable space to shop. Security is posted outside the doors and when you walk in you're met with Loss prevention everywhere looking over everyone's shoulder making sure they're not stealing. Although it's understandable given how common shoplifting is in DTLA; it's really uncomfortable to be watched as you're shopping. There are also no fitting rooms for men or women (even though there's signs saying there are) so it's a gamble on whether or not your clothing items are going to fit you. read more

This place used to be my favorite, but has significantly decreased in quality. Clothes are marked one size, but are another once you try them on. You can't trust that you're buying the right item and end up wasting your time when you have to come back and return your items. The location is also terrible. Just go somewhere else. read more

Loss Prevention monitors everyone that steps inside. I recently walked in carrying a very small bag, looked around without purchasing and heard the gruff female LP gal say "she's leaving with the same bag". HOWEVER, four men had just run in the store and immediately began stuffing winter jackets into empty trash bags, setting off all the clothing alarms. But Loss Prevention just stood there, watching it all unfold. Yet they seemed more concerned about me leaving without purchasing, viewed as a potential shoplifter. Truly surprised that this store only has a 3 star rating. I recently started working in the adjacent area and have shopped here several times over the past few months. The store is always clean and organized, even during the holiday season. You can get a wide variety of items here-similar to Ross or Marshall's, but MUCH more organized which makes for a better shopping experience, IMO. The "Home" department is my favorite. They stock a lot of very stylish items from brands like Nanette Lepore and Bebe. I recently purchased the loveliest mirrored vanity table for an incredible price here. Burlington doesn't offer a delivery option, but the associates were very accommodating and helped me get it out to the curb so I could get it into the car. Nice! I was impressed by this Burlington - being in a downtown location, it gives you more to look at if your already bored or it's slim pickins with Ross. Love it that they have both these stores downtown together!! It's nice and new, very organized and it wasn't crowded the times we've come (at lunch time). Clothing/coats, accessories & home decor, baby items are nice & decent selection to choose from. Shoes were so-so, I think the prices are much better at Ross, however they do have some better brands in stock. Nonetheless it's a pretty decent store for being in downtown. I agree w/the other reviews, don't make a special drive for this one, it's only good if you work or live near it, but the other locations are far bigger, more selections and better parking. read more

My wife and i have been customers for Burlington at least for the past 7 years spending at least 300 per month with them and naw the store is telling paying customers that restrooms are not for public use. When going to Clifton's, there's a garage directly across the street. Said garage lets out into Burlington, once you go down in the elevator. That's one way to attract patrons! The store has looked a bit rough around the edges when we've been through it several times. Mostly from the standpoint of merchandise left wherever, as opposed to being in it's proper department. Merchandising for attractive effect doesn't seem to happen much, either. Directing guests to meander through the store must be part of the strategy. There's no straight line to get to the front door, once you come in through the elevator lobby. When we were there earlier this week, Adored Grandson wanted to check for shoes and shirts down in the young men's area in the basement. No luck for him with those, but we did find a mug for his mother as a gift with a cute saying on it. The manufacturer was Pfalzgraf, so a decent brand. Dear Hubby also scored a 49ers t-shirt with a great logo. Happy days! Not the most impressive Burlington I've been to, but the location is convenient to that crazy garage. read more

The reason why I'm giving this store 3 stars is because of the Plus Size woman's section. It's very small and hardly anything to pick from in larger sizes for women. On the other hand the Big & Tall section for men had a lot of stuff. The store is nice and clean. Everything was neat when I was their so nothing bad to say about that. I suggest you take the bus instead of parking cause it's ridiculous! The store also has two entrances. One on Broadway and another on 7th down below. read more

At least point me out I'm 8 months pregnant , when I finally found it it was across in a another building in the second , that didn't feel safe at all , I go back to finish looking for my sons graduation outfit , the way they put the sensors on the clothes it's a bit off , I got in line to ask them to please replace them so my son can try on the fit . Finally found one we bought it , to come to find out I came home with the sensor , today is my sons graduation !!!!!! Now I have to drive out there to have them remove it . We parked on this building on Sunday, went to the store and purchased some items. My two boys needed to use the restroom because they could not hold their urine. We asked about their restrooms and were told they have no restrooms; how do they not have restrooms? where do their employees relief themselves? I have shopped here a couple of times last year, and always liked and very happy to most of the items that I purchased. Until today Feb.04,2020 I decided to stop by to check for a hangers and men's top hoodie since it was cold, and it's on my way back home. Literally only a few blocks away from where I live. I was in line at the register, my urged to pee suddenly hit me. I asked the red hair cashier, if I can use their restrooms, which I never had used their restrooms nor asked to use, even prior to have shopped in the past visits. I was so disappointed how paying customers that want to spend money to Burlington Coat Factory, is denied to use the Restroom in time of their needs. A big stored with such massive inventory, refused to provide a paying customers a restroom. That is just way ridiculous. I realized, a big company that obviously love to just take consumers money but don't care about someone well being by refusing to provide a restrooms a basic needs for a paying customers to use. I will pray one day that this store closed. Because I don't care to go shop here anymore.
