I am SO glad we went anyway; we had the best experience! Thom O'Donnell worked with us the whole time and was WONDERFUL! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, didn't push anything on us, and gave us the perfect balance between space to browse and attention for information. He was fast, efficient, and accurate in everything he did, and so pleasant and friendly the whole time! My boyfriend and I were so pleased with what we saw at the store and our experience, that we decided to get a dining room table and chairs set as well as the couch which we ended up loving. Thom got us all set up with our pieces to be delivered and assembled at our apartment in Stoneham, and he was very thorough with telling us the whole process. We could easily tell that he wasn't trying to pull the wool over our eyes or trick us into doing or buying anything we didn't want. I will update this review when our furniture is delivered and share how that goes. For now, we are very pleased with the experience we had at Bob's, and if all goes well with the delivery, I'm sure we'll be back in the future for more furniture!

We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.

I paid in cash, and she either forgot to give me a receipt or didn't have the ability to print them out in that department. When I got home, I realized I got the wrong size of underwear. I called store, they redirected me to the manager, and I explained to her what happened; she said I could return them and it wouldn't be a problem because they can look up my receipt. When I got a chance to go back in and return them this week, they changed their story and told me I couldn't return it without a receipt. The woman at the customer service desk chided me for not keeping the receipt, even though I explained I was never given one. She told me she could give me store credit, but only $5.30 of store credit on a $29 item. And I would have to go home, get my ID, and come back to the store to redeem it. Also, when I was there on the 24th, I was looking through the women's section for comfortable pajamas because I didn't like the ones in the men's section. I wanted to try them on, but the dressing room right next to me had a sign saying it was out of order. I asked a nearby associate where the nearest dressing room was. She acted kind of snooty and looked at me like I was weird for trying on women's pajama bottoms, and told me I had to go up to the men's dressing room all the way on the second floor. I get why they're a failing company.

Stated that she didn't have time to look up how much it would cost. Told us we would have to come back. We drove 2 hours to that store specifically and were told to come back another day. We offered to look the cost of the dress up on the website and were given a "good luck" response from the girl. In 5 minutes we had found the cost, and another girl stepped in to help. The second girl was much more friendly and willing to sell the dress. Fast forward to the day of the prom, and we realized that the security tag had not been removed from the dress. Tried to call the store for help, but was unable to get through to anyone. Very stressful experience start to finish with this store. If she didn't love the dress so much we would have brought our business elsewhere.
