Once in a while, someone will try to open a new business, but then sadly fail. They should really consider demolishing most of the mall and putting in something better.

I'm not sure if this is a sign of decline in sales or just their inability to restock in keeping up with their demand. But somehow....Burlington just doesn't feel the same as they once did.
