This Burlington is within dolphin mall and they always have great deals and sometimes better than Marshall's and Ross determining the items. I give this Burlington a 4-stars instead of 5 due to the fact that there really isn't a lot of staff to help you around the store. Also, the lines to pay are really long sometimes. I just left the store at 6:13 pm empty handed because I couldn't try the clothes I was trying to purchase. The store closes at 12 am, but I was advised by one tall young associate "Los probadores estan cerrados ya porque hacen mucho reguero" the fitting rooms are closed already because they get too mess. and I understand that because I worked retail for 11 year, I can even understand that if is near closing the store, but 6 hours prior? This is the first and last time I come to this Burlington, I guess I will have to drive longer. I also asked the security if there was a manager around and he said the wasn't at this time. I even mentioned to the associate that I will have to leave the shopping cart with her, because I was shopping for an event I have tomorrow, and if I couldn't try things on..and she said it was ok, that I could leave it. It is very inconvenient not only for me, but for any customer who experiences a similar situation. I was at the end of the line 10 mins and line long as heck. A black employee passed by and quietly told two customers (one who happened to be in front of me and one behind me) who had babies to go pay in the back. Naturally, I followed and the security said "no go to the front....only babies" . One of the parents was black and another Muslim...they are racist. By the way the man and his family in front of me with a baby were white and she didn't tell him anything....they are racist!!!! Security racist!!! She should be written up then fired!!! read more

Burlington Coat Factory has great deals on lots of name brand stuff! I've bought several items at this store from suits to home items to shoes and some clothing. The last time I was here I bought a Penguin name brand shirt that was originally marked $70 (I found this same shirt on the Penguin website for that price as well). Here at Burlington Coat Factory it was only $24.99. The only downside to buying here is that, at one time they had a policy of no refunds for returns, only in-store credit. Not sure if that's still the case, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if you need to return a purchase for some reason. read more

Came to this location this morning to find a suit for my son for church. This is my favorite Burlington location and overall favorite mall. Well this one and International (which is across the street). When ever I come here the store is always clean. There are a variety of options for my son. From shoes to clothes, I can always find something for him. I love their church clothes options. They have full suits, vest suits, shirt and tie sets and pants. I like the already put together sets but you can definitely put something together if their options doesn't appease you. The staff is always nice. From the associates walking the floor to the associates at the cash register. I have never had any complaints. read more

If you are looking for suits, Burlington has name brands for a cool price and a tailor on premises in the fitting room. For about $200.00 I purchased the pants, jacket and had it altered for my son. I love their handbags section and the prices. read more

Located inside the Dolphin Mall it has great prices and all of their products are very organized. Burlington is a great place to get presents because of their prices and variety. Their staff is helpful. The fitting room is clean and with a person assisting the customers. They accept all type of payments. It has one entrance through the mall and one that goes to the parking lot. Horrible experience at this Burlington, waiting line to checkout is horrendous absolutely unnecessary for a long line instead of opening up more cashiers only 6 people were working as cashiers. It is always soooo busy here! It is a good place to snag great deals you just need to have patience. Good luck with that line though. It can seriously get annoying. Some of their sections can be confusing though. I am going to a festival in TN this weekend so I wanted to find fun-colored outfits. I could not find anything under the ladies' shirt section because they were located under Juniors, which confused me. Still I found a cute maxi dress for $20.00 which I love! This one was clean and organized didn't have stuff all over the floor and I found the right size no issues, no tags missing overall great experience at this one. I've shopped in many different Burlington Coat Factory's but the Burlington Coat Factory did you have a Dolphin Mall is clearly the worst store in Florida. Such a huge store to have only two people running cash register's it's ridiculous you have 5 to 6 people standing around in loss prevention by the door when you ask to speak to a manager to give you attitude then speak in Spanish as if one doesn't understand what they're saying. How can you not have multiple people cross trained this is ridiculous. The store in Hialeah has minimum 6 to 7 people working on registers. read more

Pretty good prices here. It's a huge warehouse really; no frills; little in-store assistance. But, it's worth stopping by because the have lots. I walked away with some nice items at the end of a weekend of shopping. This place and employees are a joke. A relative paid for items and two women came over to the cart and took items out and put in their backpacks. When my relative asked employees to help by viewing the security camera recording the employees said they dont have any and laughed. My relative wanted to complain and employees ignored her. This place is horrible. I can't even begin with the amount of things wrong with this place. First of all, the employees have a disgusting, appalling, and overall negative attitude. Secondly, the place is a mess. Everything is scattered everywhere. It looks like a tornado passed through the whole store, and caused a huge mess. Well, I've always been a fan of this store. It has everything you could want, just as Carla's review states. You really CAN buy ANYTHING. They even sell gum and jelly beans. And digital cameras. And purses. And home decorations. And baby stuff. And suitcases. And bedspreads. And kitchenware. But I digress... The purpose of my mission to this store was to help my friend get a suit for some wedding he has to go to. So we ran over there last night with about 1 1/2 hrs to closing... Now mind you, he had never been fitted for a suit and had no idea what his size was. There was one sales clerk in the area that was helping another gentleman... I tried to be patient and wait for him to notice us, but he refused to look over. Did we not look like serious shoppers? I finally walked over and started speaking with the guy on behalf of my friend and we got him measured. We had no real help in picking out a suit, but then again, I didn't really need it. But when he found one he liked and needed to get it tailored, again it took us a while to get the clerk's attention. So, the point of my review is, the attendants on the sales floor are not the most attentive or helpful, but they will eventually get the job done. read more

I had been here a few years ago and they had a MUCH MUCH larger of selection of coats. Well, I've lost some weight and needed a new one because I'm traveling back to colder climates again and needed a new coat. I get that they're advertising "more than great coats," but the selection of women's coats has shrunk by A LOT. There's more regular clothes than coats. Finding a look and brand I liked in my size was a challenge, and I eventually gave up. They did have a few nice pieces -- Cinzia Rocca, Calvin Klein, Elie Tahari -- at great prices. You might get lucky and find the coat of your dreams, but there was usually only one of a kind when I found something I liked, and finding one in your size, well... That's another issue. The coats are supposed to be in some sort of order, but they're all mixed up. You'll find petite small and extra large coats right next to each other on the same rack. You'll also find coats on the floor and just draped over the racks because people try them on and are too lazy to take 10 seconds to put it back on a hanger. It makes for a really unpleasant shopping experience, and not one I plan on returning to. read more

This is by far one of tehbest places to get a deal its in ahuge mall and is located right by the parking lot so you can shop and leave quick. This burlington is bigger than most and ive been to plenty. They have the best things in here you can shop for your whole house in one place. Cheap clothing and good quality two thumbs up. I came in to get some pieces for my costume almost walked out with a lot more. Thankfully I stuck to my guns for once and only paid for what i came for. It's very large and I can spend the entire time my girlfriend is in the mall here (if that were allowable). Any time I'm at Dolphin mall I come in here. The lines get backed up and things aren't where they should be sometimes, people just throw things around after they pick them up. A reflection of how they live at home probably. read more
