I cancelled my move two day before they where suppose to move me back into my home because of a death in the family and Jennifer was so kind and accommodating and gave me the earliest next date. When the team of movers got to my home they where efficient and careful about everything that they touched. When they where done moving everything in they went room by room with me and made sure furniture and boxes where were I needed them Caleb, Jason and Alex are the A team. So VT movers drove (an adequately sized, professional) truck down here, an hr away, for nothing, thought they were contracted for a full job to find out the job was really just loading a truck. Did they flip out and leave? No. They stuck around and worked with the first guy. Seriously, it would have been totally legit to leave us, or to insist on being the primary movers but they are nice guys. We had already loaded some stuff and the first guy was going to beable to deliver a few days earlier so we went with what was in MY best interests, no hard feelings. Which is cool because I suck at conflict and it gives me stomach cramps for a day, but not a problem, they were very accommodating and flexible. And they didn't half ass anything either. This was an out-of-state delivery (to Connecticut). We were impressed by the professionalism at every step of the way. In the end, the final cost was a little lower than the estimate. More than fair cost for the value of the work done. Well done, Heidi! Justin, Matt, and Brad showed up promptly on the scheduled day to pack us. Polite, responsible -- and efficient! They packed boxes and protected the furniture well. They finished early enough to start loading the truck that day and came back the following day to finish loading. They arrived earlier than expected in Connecticut the following morning and unloaded very quickly. Furniture was positioned and reassembled as we wanted and boxes were placed in the correct locations. Amazing work! Nothing was lost. Nothing was broken. Despite the careful protection, there were minor scuff marks on a couple of pieces, but nothing worth trying to repair. On time, under budget, and in good order. It doesn't get better than that. I sent them pics and never got my deposit back, I've rented from better the building is old no floors as in concrete in there it smells,, people if they wanted to could just hop units and get into other people's stuff. they only like to charge your card once and give you that late fee instead of charging it daily like most business on these days, rent at your own risk they're not bad till you move out didn't think keeping $70 from someone was that much of a gain for a business but apparently they need it more than I. beaver valley is a much better and cheaper place to rent from personally. it's a storage unit you don't need a month or two notice a week is sufficient and that's exactly what they got from me, never responded to my request to moving out till they couldn't charge me for January that's what really burns my butt about these guys
