Me and my boyfriend were here a little while ago stopping for some lunch and his door handle for his car got completely taken off. The security was unhelpful and nobody ever did anything to help. They have a security tower and cameras, but couldn't do anything about it. This is a non-trim in this mall and I don't think you should have to shop and worry. Along with that the mall doesn't have enough traction anymore to keep businesses running every time I visit There's another business shut down and one trying to start up again. It makes me sad. The mall has a potential to be something great again, but until they get stricter security and better upkeep for the mall this is not a good place to visit anymore. Something shady is always going on, and it's just not worth it. I hear complaints of this mall all the time as well as issues with homeless inside the mall. I've even personally witnessed a verbal attack from a homeless man to a woman. Right by the area intended for kids! Save your time, save your money.

If you're going to buy, purchase from Poshmark online or somewhere else where you can actually return your items. I would give Dillard's less than one star for very poor customer service. The manager on site that day was confrontational, gave me the runaround, and could not clearly tell me who to contact above her. It was just a bad experience overall. I walked into the aisle to find out that it was locked so I had to find a Walmart employee to help me out. I found a female Walmart employee working. I asked the elder lady politely if she worked around that department, and found out that she didn't and that they left home for that day, as she was not giving me eye contact. She then told me "what do you want" bluntly. I work retail myself and I don't even speak to customers that way. I can tell by her gestures and facial expressions that she was bothered and I didn't feel welcomed to get helped out. She then proceeded to walk to the aisle of the perfumes and pulled out her phone and unlock the door in silence. She didn't explain what she was doing, and the whole situation was awkward because I felt like I was bothersome. She then took out the perfume and put it on an antitheft box. Despite my efforts, I remained positive and said thank you and I did not get any response back. How are they going to advertise "happy to help" on their vest, when their own employees honor that saying? I get that people have bad days, but if you don't like your job then you are not obligated to work there. And just because you had a bad day, it doesn't mean you go out of your way to let it out on somebody else. I'm overall dissatisfied by the way the employee handled me as a customer. The atmosphere felt tense when I walked in the store. There was no hi, good afternoon, nor have a good day from any employee. I just walked in and walked out pretty much. They treated me like as if I was trying to shoplift just because I had an expensive item on my hand. No customer service that day I guess. This store offers a great amount of quality for buyers, but the customer service doesn't meet that same quality. This is a bad example of what Walmart should be.

I won't review the Oreos or cola on here. The clerks see completely aloof. They are just there to deal with the masses. The greeter seemed almost comatose. Fortunately, I found the cola quickly, and was able to get in and out of here. I hate this place. Everything is sticky here. Parking is a mess. I prefer to park way far away from all the other cars so I don't get stuck in traffic with customers doing crazy things. Nobody that approaches you in this Walmart parking lot is going to offer anything positive in your life. My advice is to stay away if you can.

I'm sold. The goal is to be able to donate funds to families who are trying to adopt children. Right now they are still setting up and have a lot of work to do to get everything organized , but, there are so many items that are up for sale at very reasonable prices. They are planning a grand opening at the new year 2023. You will find furniture -used and brand new-, dishware, clothing, tools, garden items, office items -including usable laptops-, art, home decor, medical equipment such as wheelchairs, parts for home repairs such as doors and ceiling fans, and too many other items to list. I'll be coming back for cast iron skillets once they are put on display. This place will need a lot of help from the public to keep it running, so, I encourage you to come by and take a look.
