Imagine my surprise when I opened a subsequent statement and there was a balance for the late fee and late fees for the late fee! What??? So I called CS again who at first told me there was nothing they could do, but then later in the call told me they could waive only $15 of the $31 fee. I said fine, I would like to pay that off now. Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

After trying three other stores with no luck I took a chance. I was greeted immediately by a nice employee who offered assistance. She showed me to the area I needed then went to check on other customers checking back with me once or twice. I found a lovely style that was perfect and headed for the register. My shoes were rung up and she invited me to come back soon and thanked me. The prices were good. The store was clean. The selection was great as was the customer service. As a matter of fact I got no greeting. Actually didn't even see an employee until I got to the back of the store. There were two of them and barely got a "hey"... I went to the back to look at boots and looked and looked. The two of them gossiped about another employee. Normally an employee would ask if you needed help with a size, which I did need. Nothing...
