After a mix up with the payment method, I called customer service, who then assured me that the entire $40 late fee had been waived and I was left with a balance of $0 after paying off my card. Imagine my surprise when I opened a subsequent statement and there was a balance for the late fee and late fees for the late fee! What??? So I called CS again who at first told me there was nothing they could do, but then later in the call told me they could waive only $15 of the $31 fee. I said fine, I would like to pay that off now. Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

I'm sure haggling was available, but you just felt bad, because everything is nice and new! You could go to the West Valley Mall, for similar items, at least there's A/C there. I had something that had. tag on it and receipt and she refused to take that back also asked me to leave the store and she said to me I've done this with you before and I looked at her and said so what what does that mean? I Spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars in that store monthly if not even sometimes a thousand and for her to treat me that way was uncalled for like I was a common thief! My experience with the people in this store is horrible! manager also advised me that no Ross would do that for me! So I drove to the Ross on 5300 South and redwood road walk in and she returnled it for me no problem! she was kind she was helpful and more knowledgeable than the West valley managerer ! when I told her what happened at tle West valley store she said it should not have happened and that they were in the wrong! I got my money back and I was happy and I will never stop at West valley again nor should you !! After trying three other stores with no luck I took a chance. I was greeted immediately by a nice employee who offered assistance. She showed me to the area I needed then went to check on other customers checking back with me once or twice. I found a lovely style that was perfect and headed for the register. My shoes were rung up and she invited me to come back soon and thanked me. The prices were good. The store was clean. The selection was great as was the customer service. Looking forward to shopping there again.
