She got down on the floor and picked up my glasses when they fell off!!! It's a stealth picture I had to mention her kindness.

Maybe it's influenced by how awful the Melrose Park, Illinois store was... but this Sam's club was a joy. Everyone was nice and helpful. I can't quite give Sam's Club in general five stars. They don't have much in the way of gluten-free, the cinnamon rolls were yummy but sadly a bit stale, and it still overall feels like Costco's dim cousin... but I liked the people here so much and the Walmart next door was convenient for the rest of our needs. This place would not be a 5/5 if not for the staff. Tips: look for marked down items on top of the piles and check the scan and go table at the front.

I recently purchased four 35-gallon bins from Uline--two black, one blue, and one green. I chose…read morethe 35-gallon size because I believed it would be more than adequate for a two-family home that generates a relatively small amount of trash and recycling. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with these bins. The product photos are misleading because they do not provide a clear view of the bins from above. Had they shown the top opening properly, I would have immediately noticed the large U-shaped indentations on the front and back. These indentations significantly restrict the usable opening and squeeze large clear and trash bags inward, preventing the bags from sitting open as they should. This makes it unnecessarily difficult to add additional garbage or recycling. The bins themselves appear to be solidly constructed, but good construction does not make up for a fundamentally impractical design. The stated 35-gallon capacity is misleading in terms of actual usability because a substantial portion of that capacity cannot be used effectively with standard large bags. Had the product photos accurately shown the top opening and interior design, I would not have purchased these bins. I would have chosen another company or spent the additional money on 45-gallon containers. Unfortunately, I paid a premium price for a product that does not perform as I reasonably expected. I strongly caution potential buyers: do not rely solely on Uline's product photos or stated gallon capacity. Carefully examine the opening and design before purchasing. What looks like a spacious 35-gallon container is considerably less practical once you actually try to use it with standard trash or recycling bags. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Uline. I expected better product representation and better value for the premium price. Instead, I am left with four expensive bins whose design makes them frustrating to use. No wonder in my residential of thousands of residents required to use this style of bin, I'm the only person who purchased the U-line product and now regretting my $550 purchase. I cannot recommend these bins, and based on this experience, I would caution others to think twice before purchasing them from Uline.

I would not recommend this granite and cabinet company based on our experience. What should have…read morebeen an exciting kitchen remodel turned into a frustrating and stressful situation. First, it took them three weeks just to come out and take measurements for our cabinets, which immediately delayed our entire project timeline. Communication during that time was very poor. When the cabinets were finally delivered, one of them was damaged, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us. To make matters worse, the countertops that were installed were not the ones we selected -- and they were also damaged. After bringing these issues to their attention, they have now stopped responding to us altogether. At this point, we are left with damaged products, the wrong countertops, and a delayed remodel. Extremely disappointing customer service and lack of accountability. I strongly suggest others proceed with caution.

My husband and I had granite counter tops and a large single bowl sink installed during a kitchen…read moreremodel in February 2021. Last night (July 2024), the sink fell out of the counter top. (See pictures below). Here is the text exchange between the company and I since no one returned my phone call, nor did this person even call to speak to me at anytime. (all from the following day of the fall) Kenosha & Racine Granite Corp: "Good morning. That's very unusual we can fix it no problem we can warranty anything that old but can deduct 50 percent to fix it.we would get 400 so would 150 be ok w you can do it this am if your available" Me: "We thought this to be very unusual as well. When the sick fell it caused damage to the pipe and cabinet. The garbage disposal appears to be ok but will need that looked at as well. When you say that you can come out this am that is great. Will all of this be fixed in addition to the sink?" Kenosha & Racine Granite Corp: "No they can't fix cabinets but can hang the sink. I can get guy to do that probably 200 Or so our cost I am confused. What will be fixed and what would I have to pay? Would be 150 and approx 200 so 350 or so" Me: "For what? What would be completed?" Kenosha & Racine Granite Corp: "Ok so rehang the sink. Have to look at the garbage disposal if running smooth if not they vibrate everything apart. 150 fix cabinet best we can. See about plumbing 200-350 approx so 350-400 total can't guarantee the cabinet repair looks like painted ?" Me: "Honestly as I research & talk to more & more people I am questioning this sink's installation. In talking with contractors, insurance people & a friend that installs sinks such as this It appears our sink was not supported well enough. As you know an undermount sink needs to be well supported. Now as I needed to take a closer look at the job there isn't even a silicone ring or anything on the top sink lip nor are there any other supports but the 4 clips (2 of which are now totally gone as the sink pulled them from the granite.) I waited for your assessment & it still doesn't make sense to me nor sound fair. "garbage disposal ...vibrate everything..."?? this sink was installed 3 years ago. This should not happen. I feel this is your companies fault. You should have insurance too cover for these rare instances. As a customer I do not want to get into a back & forth. I do not have the time nor the energy-- Nor should a customer have to do that. We are just lucky no one was injured. Thank you for quick communication,& assessment. I just do not think it's fair nor just." Upon further review of my notes from the installation, I was reminded that a piece of the countertop was cut incorrectly. The dimensions were accurate but the L shape went in the wrong direction. The company decided to cut the new piece free of charge. Not sure why I would have been charged for a recut error. Nor did the company offer compensation, a percentage, off, etc.
