The customer service was great! The place was very clean. Plenty of parking. The pizza was delicious in light. Many differint toppings and options. I will return if I am in the area. I say try it out you will like it.

I was craving pizza tonight. This was my first time back at Burnbox since it opened. The pizza is delicious if you're into the &pizza/mod pizza type of pizza spots. Exact same concept. Load up your pizza with toppings and make sure to hit it with the pesto sauce at the end. I'm highly disappointed in the wings. They were cold and extremely soft. They bake the wings instead of frying them. Also the buffalo sauce did not taste like buffalo at all. I know franks red hot from anywhere because I put that ish on everything. Last but not least...take your patience when you visit this spot. Line moves extremely slow and it's a bunch of high school aged kids working here so be patient with the young folk. #EatGoodAndBeHappy

I was very satisfied with my purchase.. it's a little pricey for the time we our in but the QUALITY was extremely good. I was very pleased with how kind and friendly the staff was here today. The gentleman that took my order was very polite and asked questions if he was unsure asked his other co worker. I LOVE TYs customer service. It was worth it i will come back. Music was good & the tvs were playing appropriate shows. The place was clean and neat. I really enjoyed my BUILD YOUR OWN. Got my son a plain Jane & my friend got the seafood scampi. Keep you the amazing work here.

Black owned pizza eatery in Waldorf that is taking the scene by charge. They offer several different specialty pizzas and have vegan options too! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. It's definitely not your typical pizza place. I love the brick oven as well. The crust on the pizza is my favorite part! They also have a drive-through too I will definitely be returning whether it before a classic pepperoni and cheese or one of their game changer pizzas

Went to BB for the first time today and i must say it was VERY good. I was surprised there weren't more people there, but I attributed it to the weather being nice. The staff was cool, the facility was very clean. We ordered lemon pepper wings, the meat me up and alfredo's wife. Everything was tasty. AF was good, I added oregano and parmesan with garkic drizzle. Perfect. The MMU was superb. The crust on both wasnt too thick or thin. We ate there, because to me pizza is best right out of the oven. The wings were seasoned very well. I had to stop myself from eating everything. I'll be back again. This will be one of my go to's for great pizza.

In the world of endless create-your-own pizza spots, Burnbox gotta be top five and not the 5th or 4th place. The picture in this review has a Create a Pizza with Traditional Crust, Garlic Spread, Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Bacon, Lump Crab, Oregano, Red Pepper Flakes Parmesan Cheese. It was a hit. Please believe I'll be back.

Poor customer service. I ordered a pizza through the BurnBox app and not only was it not even started upon arrival 20 minutes later I still had to wait for customers in line ordering pizza there before mine was started. Brought issue to sales associate (Dom) and was informed this is the norm when they are backed up. Please ensure sure you have EXTRA time to eat at this location as I will think twice before frequenting here again. I even took a picture of the lobby to show this place was not packed at all. Even watched customers leave due to the wait.

Ehhh. I mean it's decent. I've had better pizza in the area. Nothing I would look forward to getting again. But if it were no other better options, I would go back. I was really hoping it lived up to the hype. Oh I ordered a salad too. It was extremely dry and the cheese flakes were rock hard (no diddy)

Great pizza and wings. Stopped by the new spot in Waldorf for lunch with Wifey. Pleasantly pleased with everything. Greeted walking in the door is always a nice touch and should be the norm. It's new, so it should have that new car smell...lol. It smelled and looked clean. Our order was taken as soon as we were ready. We were asked immediately, however, I hadn't ever been to a Burnbox, so it took a minute to intake the short and detailed menu. Pizza, salad and wings anda build your own option. We went with the seafood pizza on cauliflower crust. I'll fix the name in a moment and some lemon pepper rings with honey. The pizza was freaking fantastic. Everything seasoned so well. We did add oregano, basil and crushed red peppers. The wings were also great. Tender and the Season mix was just perfect. The owner was conducting business however made time to greet and thank us on our exit We will be back.

Stop the presses! Y'all better put some RESPECT on Burnbox's name! As I was not able to properly review the restaurant last time, I had go back and do a rewind-remix. It is a very popular spot. I ordered from the app for pickup as I was leaving work. My order was to be ready for pick up in 30 min which was fine with my drive home. To my surprise I had a notice that my pizza was done early. I walked in around 6pm for pickup. There were People in line but not too busy. Picked up my order and was out in mere minutes. I ordered the Meat Me Up Pizza , Naked Wings and The Crab Overload Salad. One thing about me and pizza-we have a close kinship. I am not a pizza expert but I know what I like. My Brother worked at a pizza parlor for years when I was younger so I have sampled a wide variety of pizza's(Wait. This is probably where my carb addiction started). But I digress. Thr food was FANTABULOUS!!! This particular style of pizza is the kind that I love! To my surprise, the Naked Wings had just enough seasoning to tantalize my tastebuds(You know I love the seasonings!) The crab overload salad was to die for with lump crab meat, baby spinach and veggies and a Champagne Vinaigrette dressing. Burnbox hit it out of the park! 10/10!!!( or 5/5 stars). It was a hit with my Family. And guess what? I got to meet the Owner, Ryan! Ryan, My Friend. YOU ROCK‍!!!!
