So I took it in and had them change my oil, to the tune of $119 and check my brakes again. They told me they drove it no sounds and all looked good. I told them I was going to take it to the dealership and have them check it. I took it to the dealership and the man there showed me the grooves in the brake and the rust on the brake that he said was not typical for a brake less then a year old that is in a garage and not kept outside. I called Telle spoke with the manager and told him the man gave me his card from the dealership and told me he would talk to him. I set up an appointment for that Monday they said to bring at 7:30 would be done in less then one hour. I was called out of town and my husband took the car in for me. They made him wait over 4 hours, in the interim called and yelled at me saying all I wanted were new brakes. This was the manager then he slammed the phone hanging up on me. I am just astounded! When it was towed to Auto Werks they had it fixed in 3 days. Their staff was very responsive, quick and went through the bill with me. I should have taken it to Auto Werks right away and not wasted a week of pay for a rental car. This was my 2nd catalytic converter they had to replace and should have just started with them. Their bid of $3,300 was also cheaper than the other shop for $4,300.00. So if you get your catalytic converter stolen go to Auto Werks. The guys were very pleasant to deal with too. I'll be back.

I do business with Goodyear because I expect a certain degree of competence and integrity. I can buy tires anywhere (even a Walmart). So I go to the Wornall location to BUY A SET OF TIRES. I am quoted a multi tire price. Amd promised an alignment if I need it. First problem when I pick it up it's 37 degrees out of alignment and they want me to take it like that, saying they can't align it. So I have to wait an additional three days for the manager to fix that. Then after I get home I notice the spare is NOT even the same size as the tires they put on. I don't like that and call to get my spare tire matching what they just put on. He says he'll do it for the same tire price as the $800 of tires I just bought a few days ago. A multi tire purchase. But when I get in there he's up charging and charging me to mount the tire. NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. And he claims free mounting is only for multi tire purchases. I just bought $800 worth of tires in this same location a couple days ago. Not to mention he said he would do it for the same price. These guys are incompetent and they DO NOT honor their agreements or responsibilities to customers. They have seen my last dollar! Purchase here at your own risk. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. How short sided.
