The oil change coupon mailer is the best deal for $ 49.95 for oil filter and 5 quarts of Full Synthetic Oil. The technicians here are not high school kids like some quick lube places. They are experienced and trained (ASE Certified). They can pretty much fix any mechanical issue. It is easy to call or book an appointment online, typically they will get you in same day or the next. First time customer. Brought the car in due to a noise coming from the front end, they charged $70 for a diagnostic, said it was the brakes, replaced the front pads and rotors for almost $1000, and the noise is still there. Only authorized the brake replacement because the estimate said in writing that this was the source of the noise. So they're either dishonest or incompetent, and possibly both. Will update when I get my car back. Easily booked online for same day appointment. When I arrived The person running the front desk was quick to greet me and very friendly, even making polite conversation. The company texted me a link to a page showing me a break down of everything wrong with my car. This included pictures, explanations, and levels of how important each thing is. Shortly after they called me, explained further what was going on with my car, prices for everything, and even reassured me when I began feeling self conscious of the state I let my car get into. I did not feel talked down to, or taken advantage of. I mention this because, this is a frequent occurrence when taking my car to other establishments. The prices here are reasonable based on my knowledge of average price points for what I am getting done. We've had all of the routine work on our car, like oil changes and tire patches, done at Keeton a number of times and never had any issues. The people we interacted with were always professional and informative. After having our water pump replaced and our tires rotated, however, our car has started screeching extremely loudly. When the engine starts and/or the tires turn it screeches so loudly and consistently you can plainly hear it indoors. It's a 2016 car that never did this before and it started literally the day after the work at Keeton. Luckily we didn't have to call to ask them about it because the owner took the time to follow up with us and make sure the work they did went well... Except they never answered us after we told them about the noise. It's been more than a week and the car is still screeching so we'll be having it looked at by a new mechanic. read more

One of the better mechanics/shops in the area based on what I experienced. They got me right in to diagnose a limp mode on my truck (plus needed a bumper to bumper inspection as I had acquired the truck last year and just needed to make sure it was operating well - didn't have records of maintenance on it). For reference it is a 15 year old diesel. Took it in on a Friday and they were able to get it on the rack, sent me a text message with a report that was easy to follow, recommended critical and non critical elements, even had pictures and reference points to support their recommendations. They followed up with a call to discuss. Wasn't able to get work done that day as it was closing time on a Friday but had all work done by Monday mid day (aren't open weekends - one of the only things I'd recommend as an enhancement). They worked with me on the bill a bit (using a coupon) and I'm not a mechanic so don't know on exact costs of typical services - but all my experience as a consumer and online searches revealed they were likely reasonable and seemed to be pretty transparent. Will continue to give them opportunities with more of my business in the future. read more

I decided to do my 100K tune up and also had a check engine light on. I made an appointment as I need my car and did not want to go for a prolonged amount of time without it. I made them aware of this. I brought my car in and they proceeded to keep it for a 1 1/2 weeks giving several excuses. They actually gave the same "we got the wrong part" due to our supplier excuse twice several days apart. I think they forgot they had already used it and there was only one part to order haha. When I got the car back it seemed to drive differently. After a few months the check engine light came back on. I waited a bit to bring back as last time they kept it for a while and as stated I need my car. Sure enough same check engine code. Instead of insuring their work they said a bug got in there and was messing with sensor, certainly not while they had the car taken apart I guess. BTW they had replaced the filter the bug got through as well. They charged full price for repairing the same thing again. While it was in there I decided to get new tires. Now several months later another motorist noticed a bubble in my new tires in the sidewalls. Brought it back in and again instantly they said they're sure I hit a curb or a pot hole. I just said you have no warranty and walked out. Sometimes you give on price, quality, or efficiency. In this case you lose out on all three including customer service and integrity. I would never go here when there are many other choices out there. I think this is why I receive so many coupon from them. Lack of repeat customers. read more

We are first time car owners and definitely not knowledgeable about anything car related, and I really appreciate that as part of the oil change they check over your car and let you know anything that needs to be worked on, even if it's a little in the future. Recently I brought in our car for what I was pretty sure was a dying battery, and they didn't even charge me the $80 diagnostic fee because it was such a simple test and I had told them what I thought it was ahead of time. They also seem to have prices that are right along with the market, in fact I think the battery was cheaper because it was only a little over what I was seeing online and I assume they added in labor. Super friendly staff, and they have a new shuttle service to drive you home as well, Dakota did a great job and was awesome to talk to! Very satisfied. They are a new business in a location of a previous auto repair. They are not affiliated with the old shop. I have a couple vehicles a Yukon xl and a 2014 Kia Optima hybrid. I had made calls to a few other shops and they did not even want to look at my issues because it was a hybrid. I also did not want to go to the dealer did that with a 2012 hybrid and was not pleased with service or price. Mark took great care of me and David was able to find the issues and parts I needed quickly to get me back on the road. They also were able to help me with the 12v "starter" battery which is almost impossible to find except from the dealer. They found a replacement at almost 100 dollars cheaper and a perfect solution to fit my car. Trust them. I did and do not regret it. read more

Great experience. I had my Dodge at a Dodge dealer for over 2 months and they could not figure out the electrical non starting cause. They basically gave up. Had hope this new neighborhood auto service might be a welcomed asset to support locally. Unfortunately it was the opposite. Bait a switch pricing over the phone. They found a part that was broken they could fix "while they were in there" fixing another unrelated issue and assured me the genuine gm part was $270. Said ok but I wanted the part number to see what they were fixing. Went to pick it up and got the part number. Looked it up while at the check out. It was generally $40-$50 with the highest price being $79.99. They charged me $310 and said there was nothing they could do. That's what they are charged. REALLY? You expect people to believe that??? "Well, you can always find it cheaper online". Was the owners response. Yes! I did! In three seconds on my phone! What's your problem? And you can't because....??! Save your money and time people. Always quick to get the work done. They inspect everything and never is there any pressure to do any of the other work that might be needed. Keeton is great! So glad I now have "my" repair shop. I hate going for car repairs, just as much as I hate going to the dentist. Largely for the same reason, that I don't usually know what needs to be done and the element of mystery is far from exciting. I went in knowing I likely needed all my brakes done, and was expecting a fairly bad report card along with that. First, they got me in so quickly! Once I decided to go in I wanted it done right away. I brought it in on a Friday night and they had it all done and back to me about 1pm on Saturday. There was no scolding over my brakes or my lack of oil changes. I actually only ended up needed front brakes, they didn't sucker me into doing the back. The only things they recommended were air filter (cheap) and a tire rotation, which they did for no charge since my tires were all ready off. I was actually pleasantly surprised with my grand total! They are nice, honest, and reasonable, couldn't ask for more! read more
