We are blessed to live in a very sought-after neighborhood, and we needed our kitchen to reflect it! Kelly Ladouceur was amazing working with us to make sure our vision was met while also balancing our budget. Anyone who has ever redone a kitchen knows scope can creep. She worked with us and our contractors (who were amazing on their own) to put us right where we needed to be. As someone who previously wondered why you would use a design company to do work that you could hire out yourself, I can tell you everything we did was well worth it and ended up providing an amazing value. If I could post great reviews of our contractors as well, I would. They worked with us, tried to save us cost where they could, and were very much respectful of our home and our family throughout the process. Amazing experience!!!

During one of his rage moments, he made a personal attack on on me. I would like to share this personal attack and I will quote what he said to me: "You are a typical Northern and you should go back up North with all the other Northern people where you all belong"!!!! This was not very professional and was uncalled for! Well I finally found one. I was looking to buy 26 bags of gravel for a job I am doing and I'll be. Walked by Garrett from lawn and garden stepped up to us and asked if we needed help. That's a first. Then he proceeded to load up a pallet of the 26 bags of rock while I went to pay at the register. He had it load and pulled around waiting for us and help loaded it on the trailer. I am currently on hold trying to get in touch with a manager to let them know what an exceptional employee they have. But been on hold for over 10 mins now. .

The employees loading the grill complained about it was hot and they were ready to go home several times, the other employee was rough and just threw the grill on the back of my truck. Neither of them were professional or friendly. The lid was dropped several times ending up with dents. No one expressed they were sorry, once loaded they both just walked away. Over the past month I spent approximately $2000.00 at Lowe's. I purchased a refrigerator and landscape blocks and then on 30th I spent approximately $500.00. I won't be going back there and will recommend to my family and friends not to purchase from there. Your employees represent your company so you would think they would be more interested and polite.
