We decided to try this place out for my brother's going away dinner. It did not disappoint. The bar had so many options for meat, seafood, poultry, veggies, and sauces. I loved the cloud decorations. We ordered the all-you-can-eat and the hot pot soup. I always love cooking on the grill. All the food was delicious and fresh. We left stuffed and happy with the service. This place is a little pricey but would be a great option for large parties.

If you want to try real Korean food and feel yourself inside a k-drama, this is the perfect place. I LOVED the mushroom's hot-pot with meat and the drinks are delicious Thanks to Manager Michael, who gave us very important tips for grill seafood Of course we will return for Wednesday ladies half price!!!

This was a fun dining experience! Inside is decorated beautifully with vibrant colors. It was a bit of a wait to sit but it wasn't bad at all. Our server was not super attentive and others wouldn't stop since it wasn't their table. We did get help from the hostess who was very pleasant. Now for the food, there are a plethora of options to choose from to do hotpot or bbq. The beef , shrimp and squid was amazing !!! My only complaint is multiple people at the buffet with their hands so it can create unsanitary situations. Better monitoring of children would be better as well. Overall it was good.

Had to go see what all the raving is about, and we were not disappointed! If you are a seafood person, this is definitely the hot pots place for you! Endless seafood, options, snow crab, blue crab, lobster, muscles, clams, shrimp, different varieties of fish and more. We really appreciate it. this experience however, I did wish that the broth was a little more flavorful, I also love how you pay for one drink but you have an option to drink unless authentic Asian and American drinks from the cooler. Customer service was amazing and the price was decent. You must go try it out for the experience.

The interior decoration is beautiful, but the food doesn't match the standard of the decor. There were flies flying around the condiment station, the meat was not fresh, and the beef short ribs had a noticeable stench. I'll only try this place once, won't be coming back.

Really enjoyed the wonderful selection that Burnin 99 has to offer including the crab legs and seafood especially. Their meats are also fantastic and I really enjoy that it is all you can eat so that I get the chance to try out the different marinades and sauce station to pair with my meats. Another thing you should take advantage of is the awesome variety of drinks options they have because they are so delicious. The vibes also make it look like an icarly themed restaurant with all of the decorations and color so it's such a fun setting to eat at!

Very large space and area. The service was mediocre. Most of the work you do yourself. You grab all the meats and grill it and you grab all the plates as well. Was there a few hours and no drink refills .. food was okay. You have to season your own meats as well

I loved the experience. Perfect for date night! Food choices were amazing and we cooked it to our liking. Our server was really helpful and kind to us as well!

My boyfriend and I went here for the AYCE bbq and hotpot. I rate it 3 for this place and I way much preferred Kpot over this place. The variety of the meat, beverages, veggies, etc were great. the ambiance is very nice, it reminds me of a bbq or hotpot in asia. But for the price you pay each person, its definitely not worth it. We also got a waitress who kept bothering us literally every less than 5 minutes (even though the food is buffet style, you take your own food), she kept asking us for the check, she didn't give us the spoons for the hotpot even though we asked several times, she made us wait like 15-20 mins for the hotpot for it to get hold because she said she turned the heat on and after waiting for 20 minutes we had to ask for another waitress to ask why its taking so long and apparently the hotpot wasn't even on!! lastly, she kept badgering for the check while we were mid eating. our experience with this waitress is a specific issue, and shouldnt affect the food and ambiance and management of the restaurant as a whole. but id be lying if i said im not upset about the whole issue since it ruined the experience.

Jenle, our server, was so kind!

This place is absolutely delicious. For $40 a person, you can get hot pot (a continuously cooking soup pot with a soup base that you can add ingredients to) and access to a bbq top. The selection of food is INCREDIBLE. I've lived in Korea before and this restaurant is better than a lot of places I've been to. It's clean. There are many traditional options. The kimchi is on point. This has to be the best bbq/hot pot meal I've had in Columbia and San Antonio. The traditional soup base was creamy and just right. The ribeye cuts and bulgogi were perfect and marbled. This was so worth it. Just a note, the hot pots are single servings! So you don't have a split pot that you have to share with someone who eats different food than you. This was so great because the person I was with eats shellfish and I don't.

The drinks were blended very well and used fresh lime juice, which was nice. The appetizers -- the kimchi fries and the boneless wings were pretty standard. The fries were crunchy, but we felt like there was more cheese than there was kimchi and sauce, so we've had better kimchi fries elsewhere. The cheese was very gooey though. The boneless wings weren't as crunchy as they could have been, especially coming out in a stone dish, but the garlic soy sauce was still pretty good. Our mains were really good -- the japchae, which I ordered with fried tofu, had the right texture and flavor, and was delicious yet spicy. The tofu was a little bland though. My partner enjoyed the squid and pork belly dish and said that the sauce was similar to the japchae sauce. The portions were pretty normal and not too big, so we had a few leftovers but not too many. The prices were also pretty reasonable as well. Overall we were really happy with our food here and would come back if we ever visited again.

I'm shocked she thought it was okay to touch a baby--especially when we're strangers. That was completely inappropriate. The server was rude, and when my mom asked for hot water, we were told they don't have any. Do they not have a kettle or a pot to boil water? That would have been more than enough. There were no accommodations at all. The food was another huge disappointment. If you look at older pictures, you'll see the huge variety of banchan they used to serve. Now, we only got six, and the portions were tiny. Prices have gone up, but the quality has dropped. We used to be able to ask for refills on our favorites, but today when my husband asked for more pickled bean sprouts, the server refused, saying we had to finish everything else first. That's just rude and unnecessary; we're not wasteful on food. We just simply asked for a refill on a dish that we favored more than the others. The service was terrible. The server never checked on us, and we had to flag her down for a to-go box while she was chatting at another table with her back turned towards us. When it was time to pay, my husband didn't leave a tip due to the poor service, and the server had the audacity to confront him about it. She argued with him, justifying her refusal to give a simple refill by saying food costs are high and people waste banchan. That might be true for others, but we're not those customers. This assumption was insulting and uncalled for. I don't know if it's new management or what, but the service here has gone downhill fast. First, after taking our order, the server noticed my son and pinched his cheeks--making him cry. Then, she offered him a lollipop... to an 11-month-old baby. Completely inappropriate. My mom simply asked for hot water, and we were told they don't have any. How does a restaurant not have a way to heat water? The real disappointment was in the food. This place used to serve 15 banchan (side dishes), but today we received only six, all in tiny portions. Prices have gone up, portions have shrunk, and the service has taken a nosedive. When I asked for more pickled bean sprouts--my favorite--the server refused, saying I had to finish all the other banchan first. What are we, adolescents? I didn't realize we needed to "clean our plates" before we could get a simple refill. That's never happened here or at any other Korean restaurant I've been to. The worst part? We always finish all the banchan dishes because that's what we look forward to the most when we come here. I lost my appetite after that. On top of that, the service was terrible. She never once came by to refill our water or ask if everything was okay. When we finished eating, we had to flag her down just to ask for a box, because she was sitting at another table with her back turned, gossiping with two other ladies. When I went to pay, I left no tip due to the poor service. The server then had the audacity to call me out, saying, "Tip is not included, you leave no tip?" I explained the bad service, specifically how she refused a simple refill, and she proceeded to argue with me--justifying it by saying food costs are high and that people waste banchan. That might be true for some, but we're not those customers. Making that assumption about us was insulting. Plus, you made my son cry. I don't know of many strangers who would touch a baby's face like that. This place used to be a go-to for us, but they've completely lost our support. I love supporting small businesses, but when you start nickel-and-diming customers over basic hospitality and provide awful service on top of it, you ruin the dining experience.
