They were very friendly and welcoming. Its been 2 years now since we have been working with the CIONCA IP Law firm. So far, we have submitted 3 non-provisional utility patents and received a patent for 1 and got notice of allowance for the 2nd and we are still awaiting to hear on the 3rd patent filing from the USPTO. We skipped the provisional patent (patent pending) step and saved money after speaking with Marin because we knew we had something new and unique. Because they did such a great job on the patents we also submitted 3 trademark filings (Company Name, Company Logo, and another sub Company Logo). All trademarks were also approved by the USPTO. The CIONCA IP Law team is very good at estimating total costs upfront which is dependent on the amount of claims you have for a single patent. You will always know what you have to pay because they do not have hidden costs or charges. They have excellent communication from beginning, consultation, engagement to hopefully patent approval. They also educate and guide you smoothly through the process answering any questions quickly.
