We had Burrito Bistro cater my daughter's birthday party last night, and everything was absolutely perfect and delicious! With the blizzard and storm we've been dealing with, I honestly wasn't sure we would even be able to have the party. I stopped in on Thursday to ask about catering for the very next day. They were incredibly busy, and the kind staff asked if I could return in about 30 minutes. When I came back, the manager on duty was so helpful and friendly. They took the time to walk me through how much food we would need and made the entire process easy and stress-free, which was especially helpful given the last-minute timing and weather challenges. When I picked up the food, everything was ready right on time, packaged neatly, and organized perfectly. The same manager was there and even helped me carry everything out to my car, which I truly appreciated. The food was delicious, there was more than enough for everyone, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend Burrito Bistro for catering or any event! read more

Did NOT satisfy my burrito bowl craving. Location and parking are both convenient and that's a plus, but the service and the food are both subpar. Smiles and friendliness weren't available from the gals working the counter and the tables were almost all dirty. We decided to choose a table that only had a few beans on it rather than the ones with salsa spills. It wasn't busy and there were multiple employees working, so the mess was surprising. Was in the area and decided to stop here because my friends and I were craving a burrito, we were skeptical when we walked in due to the poor reviews, but we left more than pleased with our meal! We first ordered smoothies which were delicious, and they even have some blended coffee and tea options as well. For food, we had the burrito max (chicken), crispy Caesar burrito, and the Hawaiian pork burrito and we enjoyed all of them. If you're looking for a more traditional burrito they have great options but if you are on the adventurous side they also have some really interesting options that are worth exploring. This is the 'veggie taco'. It's September of 2020 so Covid is still a full-blown thing. That means take-out only. I took this picture literally the second I got in the car, right in the parking lot of Burrito Bistro. Car hasn't moved yet, so this is literally what they gave to me. It only cost $5 so.... I guess I got what I paid for? But this looks like a $1.50 meal to me. I haven't taken a bite yet because I'm sad about it, so this review is based solely on my expectation from the look of this taco. Could taste good but the look of it is comical. I honestly was shocked to see so many bad reviews. I go to burrito bistro at least once a week for a quick, tasty dinner. It's not super cheap (expect to pay about $35 for two), but that actually is a cheap dinner on Cape Cod so price doesn't bother me. The burritos are super filling. I get extra steak instead of upgrading to grande and my burrito is always packed with meat. The steak is super tender and flavorful. They also have really good smoothies. I think they might be the best smoothies on Cape. The staff are really nice to us and the place is always clean and the service is fast. read more

Spur of the moment late lunch as we were on our way west to Woods Hole. Food was good; In our group we had two burritos and two salads. The veggies were fresh and it was nice to have the choice of black beans or retried beans--I am a big fan of black beans. The salsa bar was okay--two salsas--medium and mild, chopped onion, chopped fresh jalapeño, and cilantro. Instructions on wall tell you how many condiments you are allowed based on the items ordered. That was weird--but maybe they've had issues with salsa hogs?? Service was mediocre--order on one in our party was not coded correctly and had to be remade. Felt slightly like They thought it was my fault. Hmm. Nope. One garbage can--locates near exit door, inconvenient when trying to throw away straw wrappers or napkins used to wipe up spilled salsa at the salsa bar at the far end of the restaurant. So this is a review from a local on CC. We had great experiences at the Hyannis location for years and when this location opened we decided to go here as it was closer to home. Over the past month or so there has been a downward trend. First thing is that we have enjoyed the fajita, the Santa Fe and Boston Blue. However the normally packed Grande Burritos are smaller and less flavorful. The other issue has been the chips. For a large portion of chips with a price of $4 the expectation would certainly be more than a school lunch bag a third filled with chips. We had thought the last time there had been a mistake. We even asked about it today and sadly little chips in a small bag. I used to dine at Burrito Bistro years back when they first opened in the early 2000's. I was in Mashpee on business and stopped in as part of my Burrito tour this week. The spot is really cute and trendy. It's super clean. Loved the deep house music playing. The menu hasn't changed much in the years, featuring some super creative burrito options. I ordered a chicken burrito. The chicken chunks were large and tasty. The lettuce had huge awkward ribs which I did not like. There was no heat or spice. I didn't ask but in retrospect, should have. In the past, I have ordered perfectly good burritos, but nothing special. However, the service there is terrible. In addition to an order for two adults I called to ask to have a plain quesadilla made since the only one they have on their menu is a kidsadilla, which is big enough for a 5-year old (maybe), but no one bigger. I was told they could not make one since it was not on their menu. When I asked why they couldn't make one with a regular sized tortilla, the manager, Alex, simply replied that they don't do that for anyone. It does not strike me as a particularly exotic request, and one that could have been accommodated, especially when restaurants are hurting due to COVID-19. First time here, not sure how long it has been in Mashpee as I am just visiting for the weekend but it seems really new. Staff were nice and friendly and my boyfriend and I were happy to see that they offered smoothies when we looked through the window! So I'm one vacation and I wanted some Mexican food. So I did some research and me and my mom decided to go. I ordered 2 shredded steak tacos and some Mexican rice while my mom orderd the cheesesteak burrito and a small order of chips and salsa. When we first received the food my shredded steak tacos weren't even shredded but they were (5.29) each btw so I was kind of annoyed. I tasted the rice and it was very bland. Now my moms burrito was also very bland and she said it had no flavor to it. I would have given this restaurant 3 stars but the cost of the meal was around $37 so we could have gone to a nicer restaurant and got better food for the same price. Needed my California burrito staple and found it here! Tortillas were thinner than usual but tender and delicious. Their guacamole and salsa put into the bean burrito (ordered pintos) was one of the best I've had-almost as good as mine. It was a sweeter taste combination that made it tasty. Just like CA, Mexican rice was meh-too tomato tasting, sweet corn helps this with green chilies and onions would make it better. We live in Mashpee and frequently visit Burrito Bistro because it's fast, casual and the food is always fresh and delicious. Not much else around for quick, healthy and fresh takeout/counter service options (Panera is next door but that's about it...). Our favorites are the Regular size Boston Bleu, Thai Chicken burrito, or the Fish Tacos (which, IMO, for the price are the best fish tacos I've had on Cape so far... that's right, I said it!). Don't pay extra for the larger size burrito, doesn't seem to be much bigger, if at all (We ordered one of each size and they were both the same). Staff is always friendly. Atmosphere is modern, comfortable and always clean. Someone else here mentioned that they need a trash bin at the back of the store, I second that. read more

This is not a real burrito place. If you're used to Mexican street-food-style places (there's one in stoughton/canton that's really great), you'll be disappointed, as I was. The salsas are seemingly not homemade and the guacamole is a bit weird, dark green, no chunks, very salty and too mushy, the portions are very small and the "brown rice" I asked for is white rice with some sauce on it. I paid over eleven dollars for a veggie bowl served in styrofoam and some large tortilla chip order, which I thought was offered as a complimentary side the way the cashier phrased it "and do you want tortilla chips with this?" He seemed to be in training so perhaps that's why. The salsas taste like a jarred Walmart brand. There's no corn salsa option.
