My family ordered this for a get together today. The food was solid and the portions were big. I got the lazy Mike burrito which had steak and French fries with guacamole. It was good and had a nice flavor. The chips and salsa were also good and everyone really liked their food. I'll have to try something different next time and update the review a little more. Good overall. Update: My wife and I both had stomach aches that night and the next morning from the food. Not sure why, perhaps just didn't sit well with us. Pretty good. I went to the Halloween store next door and was hungry after so went and got a burrito. Similar to chipotle but it tastes like it I were to make it home made as an amateur cook. It did taste fresh though, which was nice. The prices are ok- similar to chipotle but meat is extra. The tortillas aren't that good quality. They did give free chips and salsa though. Guac is not extra ;) My Burrito broke half way through- but I ate it with a spoon no problems. My boyfriend didn't the food but I didn't seem to mind it, it was fine to me. I think they were a bit stingy on portions the only reason I got a good amount in my burrito is I put almost everything in it. Good for the price, tastes fine, I would prefer chipolte but it was nice to mix it up and try something new. I don't think I'll be going back because I went just on a whim. Food was less than "fair". Worst service, tried to order several lunches. Thankfully I decided to order 2 test lunches before I ordered (20) for my group. Chicken burrito, terrible. Sparse pieces of dried up chicken cubes. A sprinkle of cheese, a splat of sour cream. I asked for guacamole and he showed me a tiny, plastic souffle cup. Maybe 2 tsps. Only $3 extra!!! The second item we ordered was a veggie quesadilla. Again a sprinkle of [swiss?] cheese, barely a few tsps of veggies. Horrible, terrible meal for $11. Very difficult to order on phone b/c of language barrier [not Hispanic]. Originally i wanted to place order by phone for my 20 lunches and I wanted to speak to Mgr. I was told that he was on vaca and nobody knew when he would return. I couldn't place the order on the phone with the oriental gentleman b/c he didn't understand. I don't know what place these other reviewers are eating at but words like great flavor and all that just don't belong here lol. I've been ordering from this place for one reason. They deliver to my job and they're cheap. Most of the time the food is subpar. If the owner is reading this then take my advice. Fire your chef and revamp your menu. Learn how to add some flavor to your meat, rice, and beans. Get some cardboard holders for your food so that you don't have to roll a taco in tinfoil. It looks like absolute garbage. Be honest with yourself and with your chefs because either you or them don't give one single solitary f*** about the food you serve to people. Maybe it's lack of revenue that's driving this decline in quality. Clean location (Farmingdale), and the staff were very accommodating. The steak and chicken were well seasoned and the onions were perfect. I am not sure I understand the nacho cheese, not having brown rice, and the basic iceberg lettuce was disheartening. I feel like this has two major competitors (chipotle and Qdoba) but compromising on the caliber of ingredients you offer is a bad call. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The food was bad and the service was worse. I ordered a fajita taco, mini chicken quesadilla and mozzarella sticks (just in case I didn't like the other food). My steak was tough, the quesadilla had no flavor and the mozzarella sticks were empty. Hollow! I wouldn't be so upset if the cashier wasn't so rude. He was short with me and visibly annoyed for no apparent reason. He didn't even ask if I was staying, shoved everything in a bag and practically chucked it at my boyfriend. Never ever going back. The bowls and burritos are so good. Every single ingredient is fresh, well seasoned and cooked. I love the steak bowls. They have a nice little area to dine in. Everything was clean.
