    MEAT!

This chain is always good, every location. Today, Al pastor burrito full of yummy meat and black beans (so glad they offer those as an alternative to refried!), delicious fresh salsas. And it's not $12+ for one burrito (except steak, obvs) like seemingly everywhere else. And they still bring chips & salsa like in the good old days. Love it. Wish there was one closer to me.

I just love this place. I enjoyed dinner here but tonight seemed to be exceptionally good. The service is sometimes spotty as it depends on how many people are working, but tonight was special and not because it's Valentine's Day. We were greeted with a smile and an attentive response. I ordered the Enchiladas Mole, steak filled. The meat is so tasty and tender, not like other places. My wife had the taco special, 2 tacos, rice and.beans. I always get horchata to drink which not only is sweet, but cuts the heat from hot salsa. The ambiance is just plain and simple, booths and tables, but always clean and close to the drinks and the counter. Just big enough to handle a decent amount of people. It's as good as any big Mexican restaurant and not only dine in, they have a drive thru that was unbelievably long tonight. You can tell they are well liked and serves a lot of people. I strongly suggest you take the time and dine in, either lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed.

Holy smokes, I can't even begin to review this restaurant! The restaurant was clean, the service was tremendous, and my Torta was incredible! One of the best I've ever been to, and I wish I could come again if I'm ever in the area or near one of their eateries! 5/5- Phenomenal! Where do I start? From the moment I first entered the doors, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but with the fresh aroma of food and my appetite, I was ready to order; with various options on the menu, the cashier was helpful to suggest to me to try anything in the menu confident that I'd like what I would order. Side note they give out five choices of incredible salsas I'd highly recommend; from your standard green and red, árbol, avocado, and guajillo Once I got to enjoy my meal, the chicken Torta was delicious! Very savory with each bite, and ultimately each topping from the black beans, grilled onions, avocado, and remarkable chicken breast! No flavor was left behind and getting two of the salsa further enhanced my experience. By the time I was done, it was like a great film, and I was thrilled to enjoy it but upset it was over. Overall, I loved this restaurant and again cannot wait to come back, and I recommend their grilled chicken if you're a fan of the protein!

I order from this place frequently but they weren't at their best tonight. Got the 2 taco plate with al pastor w/lettuce and cheese; they forgot the cheese, and the second taco was absolutely drowning in grease, so i just ate the filling and left the tortilla. Got churros for dessert; tasty but they get a bit soggy if not consumed directly out of the fryer. The caramel sauce was good but the chocolate had a burnt taste that was unpleasant. Pineapple drink was on point as always.

Pleasantly surprised with Butrrito Parrilla. This is like a happy medium between chipotle and Los Burritos Tapatios. I ordered their al pastor burrito (good reviews) and the size of the burrito is that of an average burrito at Chipotle, but had the rustic homemade taste like los burritos tapatios. The pork was seasoned and juicy and not dry and the burrito was filled plenty full with meat. I chose refried beans in the burrito (they gave you option for black or refried). I never understand why these authentic Mexican restaurants charge extra for sour cream but it's .50 cents extra. I recommend using the hot and green salsa together - dynamic duo. I will definitely be back.

Wait a second, I thought I wrote a review for you Burrito Parrilla Mexicana? Perhaps a part of me wants to keep this place a secret! Per its namesake, burritos are the staple here. You will not go wrong with the options here. I love to get the Al Pastor burrito and a horchata, but I've been trying their other items. Tacos are great and you have to get them on corn tortillas, people! I love a good carnitas tortas as well. My favorite thing to get here will always be one of the burritos, but the fact that I can get authentic Mexican food here at a reasonable price is fantastic. They have a drive-thru so you can get your suburban on, but they do have a nice dining area as well.

This is a very nice and chic Mexican restaurant. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. It was my first time here and I got the taco salad with garden veggies. It comes with lettuce, beans, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole, all in a crispy taco shell. It was amazing!! I will definitely be coming back and getting the exact same thing. I know they're a chain restaurant, but the one on Ogden in Naperville is very clean. I also tried their Horchata and it was just the perfect amount of cinnamon!

Steak burrito today was stuffed with tender meat, and so delicious. Plus the staff are always so nice. My favorite Mexican food.

The Al Pastor burritos are the best in the immediate area. The tamales are good, but a little dry.

Really fresh fajitas. Great sides. We've gone through the drive through at least 5 times in the last few months. Service is good.

The food is excellent. We had the chicken burrito and quesadilla. It was very fresh and superior to most quick Mexican food.

BIEN HERE BEFORE As…read morepart of the Bien Trucha restaurant family, Quiubo serves some familiar flavors in downtown Naperville. The Water St area has a great variety of restaurants including Vasili's (modern Greek), Blue Sake (sushi), SixtyFour Wine Bar and Quiubo (modern Mexican).  Technically I ate from here once - takeout during covid - but it was so long ago it might as well not count.  Most recently, my wife and I came here for dinner on a Friday in late June and sat outside. The sangria ($14) was strong, I appreciated the extra touches like apple bitters and a float of bourbon.  My wife loved the Pa'Dentro ($15), a cocktail with tequila, passion fruit, and orange liqueur.  The mango habanero margarita ($15) was also mixed perfectly.  5/5 The guacamole ($11) was fresh and flavorful: avocado, tomatillo, onion, cilantro, serrano and lime.  My wife found it a bit too spicy (diced serrano adds more heat than a traditional jalapeno) but I enjoyed it despite a small-ish portion.  4/5 We also got a queso fundido de camaron ($16): melted chihuahua cheese, red onion and pan seared shrimp, with tortillas and cilantro-serrano sauce.  Pan searing the shrimp instead of grilling them is certainly a choice....but not one I'd make again.  2/5 Esquites ($8.50), on the other hand, were awesome: grilled corn, epazote butter, lemon aioli, cotija cheese, tajin.  One of the best we've tried in a long time, but for $9 we expected a lot more elote!  5/5 The birria tacos (2 for $11) were very good; my wife was right to point out they should've come with a cup of birria juice on the side.  The tacos al pastor (2 for $10) were delicious: marinated pork with pineapple, cilantro, onion and salsa morita.  Next time, more tacos!  4.5/5 For dessert we got flan ($10), a creamy vanilla custard with caramel, rompope and cookie crumbs.  It was a denser style of flan and tasted amazing, but I don't know how I feel about that random pile of cookie dust.  4/5 Bread = 4.5 Circuses = 3.5 It took way too long for a server to come over and take our order at the beginning.  Thankfully the food came out FAST!  The bar, on the other hand, was lagging big time.  We were more than halfway finished with dinner by the time our cocktails showed up. Also important note for cheapskates like me: they do not serve free chips & salsa.  Quiubo isn't that kind of place, so if you want salsa with chips, you'll have to pay for it. * TL;DR * Rest assured you can get the same high quality tacos and cocktails from the Bien Trucha group. We were really impressed with a couple items like the esquites/elotes and al pastor tacos, as well as the atmosphere inside.  The vibes outside were solid and even though service was slow at first, we'd love to come back.  I'd recommend Quiubo for sure.
