It's a no for me dawg... The good: the restaurant itself is decent. It's somewhat clean but also fairly dirty. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Inside can probably seat up to 30ish people. Service was quick. My husband and I were seated right away and food came out fast as well. Staff members are very nice and attentive. Not so good: As far as food I think they cook everything before service and then place it on warmers. Similar to chipotle. They have a complimentary salsa bar and tortilla chips. The salsas were very good and tasty! The tortilla chips were suuuuuper greasy. I ordered 3 tacos: Baja tilapia (very fishy, cold, dry, and the balsamic sauce is weird. The combo itself is just not it), Al pastor (cold, lacked flavor), and pork chorizo (cold, not good). I took 1 bite of each and stopped. My husband did not finish his tacos either and we did not take the left overs home. We ended up going somewhere else to get food.

Checked out this pretty small Mexican cafe. It actually has among the best of this cuisine in Naperville. B'n Chingon is located in an unassuming strip mall. Most of the menu is tacos but there's some other options. The portions are pretty small but it's typical to order several of these. Basically it may be more popular for carryout. It's got a few tables inside if wanting to eat here. This is a great idea because they have a complimentary salsa bar and you can keep getting these. Because the space is limited the menu also is. Has no alcohol, which is the only bad thing about it. It's about $3 for guacamole, and other sides. A lot of authentic flavors. It's about $3 for tacos. We got the Vegetarian Soy Chorizo Tacos. Comes with cilantro and onions. There's also even more authentic stuff like quesabirrias. For sure it has plenty of stuff for a simple looking eatery. It's located on Bailey in the strip mall with the laundromat. The tacos can be meaty or can be for vegetarians.

Tacos are very small but can be tasty, although some of them are, lets say, uniquely spiced. Large selection of tacos, ala carte. Margaritas are pink, served in a round glass and although different, they were decent. Guacamole was good, but does have lime as an ingredient which I would rather leave out. Good chips and salsas, and they have way more than anyone else. Kinda bright inside but some fun wall decos. Very friendly staff!

Dare I say.. some of the best tacos in the Naperville area?? We were amazed that there was no problem getting a table here on a Friday night. People must just not know how good this place is. The salsa bar had such a great variety, and special mention of how delicious & spicy the pineapple habanero salsa was. Equally sweet and extremely spicy, just the way I like it. The tacos were very flavorful, each one having a unique, but great flavor. Service was fast and excellent, can't remember our servers name but he was great. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Stopped by B'N Chingon for a quick dinner a few days ago and the highlights were yummy food, cute and casual vibes, and good service. They brought out chips for the table right away and they have a salsa station with about 10 salsa options ranging from mild to spicy. The chips were warm and crispy and the salsas were fresh and delicious. The Mexican street corn tasted somewhat diluted and bland. The consistency and taste was much different than what I'm used to, so not sure if I would get that again. But the tacos were delicious! We got Poblano and corn - vegetarian and DELICIOUS! The Al pastor was smoky and salty with a balance of sweetness from the pineapple. The steak and fish were tender and yummy! Also got birria for takeout and it was so good! Consume is extra on the side but the actual birria taco is dipped in it before served! Keep in mind that all tacos are served on corn tortillas only, there is no option for flour tortillas. The Mexican rice and beans were also flavorful and added to the meal as a good side dish. The inside is casual and cute with tons of tables, quick service, and self-pay at the end. If I'm in the area again, I would stop by and grab some quick food!

BIEN HERE BEFORE As…read morepart of the Bien Trucha restaurant family, Quiubo serves some familiar flavors in downtown Naperville. The Water St area has a great variety of restaurants including Vasili's (modern Greek), Blue Sake (sushi), SixtyFour Wine Bar and Quiubo (modern Mexican).  Technically I ate from here once - takeout during covid - but it was so long ago it might as well not count.  Most recently, my wife and I came here for dinner on a Friday in late June and sat outside. The sangria ($14) was strong, I appreciated the extra touches like apple bitters and a float of bourbon.  My wife loved the Pa'Dentro ($15), a cocktail with tequila, passion fruit, and orange liqueur.  The mango habanero margarita ($15) was also mixed perfectly.  5/5 The guacamole ($11) was fresh and flavorful: avocado, tomatillo, onion, cilantro, serrano and lime.  My wife found it a bit too spicy (diced serrano adds more heat than a traditional jalapeno) but I enjoyed it despite a small-ish portion.  4/5 We also got a queso fundido de camaron ($16): melted chihuahua cheese, red onion and pan seared shrimp, with tortillas and cilantro-serrano sauce.  Pan searing the shrimp instead of grilling them is certainly a choice....but not one I'd make again.  2/5 Esquites ($8.50), on the other hand, were awesome: grilled corn, epazote butter, lemon aioli, cotija cheese, tajin.  One of the best we've tried in a long time, but for $9 we expected a lot more elote!  5/5 The birria tacos (2 for $11) were very good; my wife was right to point out they should've come with a cup of birria juice on the side.  The tacos al pastor (2 for $10) were delicious: marinated pork with pineapple, cilantro, onion and salsa morita.  Next time, more tacos!  4.5/5 For dessert we got flan ($10), a creamy vanilla custard with caramel, rompope and cookie crumbs.  It was a denser style of flan and tasted amazing, but I don't know how I feel about that random pile of cookie dust.  4/5 Bread = 4.5 Circuses = 3.5 It took way too long for a server to come over and take our order at the beginning.  Thankfully the food came out FAST!  The bar, on the other hand, was lagging big time.  We were more than halfway finished with dinner by the time our cocktails showed up. Also important note for cheapskates like me: they do not serve free chips & salsa.  Quiubo isn't that kind of place, so if you want salsa with chips, you'll have to pay for it. * TL;DR * Rest assured you can get the same high quality tacos and cocktails from the Bien Trucha group. We were really impressed with a couple items like the esquites/elotes and al pastor tacos, as well as the atmosphere inside.  The vibes outside were solid and even though service was slow at first, we'd love to come back.  I'd recommend Quiubo for sure.
