I would like to take a moment to express why I recommend this medical team of doctors , nurse…read morepractitioners and admistration for medical needs . New to Las Vegas Nevada from California and bringing with me my medical conditions , I was very nervous about finding a new physician. Easy as that might sound, many would agree , it is not. Much is to be taken into consideration . Such as ...will they be patient and listen. Will they allow enough time to discuss your symptoms , answer questions ,and address the issues accordingly . Most importantly will they be compassionate and understanding . These are just a few requirements to good health care . Upon researching, attending appointments with different doctors this criteria had not been met . I began fearing it may not be obtained in this city . However , I was blessed . My uncertainties were diminished by the people at Alpine Medical Healthcare on Maryland Pkwy. Brenda Simmons and the staff at this location have exceeded my expectations. Every member has provided me with the upmost best quality service I have ever had. They are a unique group as they are all consistent in their approach providing care through their genuine interest , follow ups and accomidations. Beginning with Brenda and the attention she provides during the visit . She looks at you directly with an attentive ear ready to hear how you are feeling. Her vitality and positive energy makes you feel welcomed and important as a patient. Her knowledge and understanding is a reassurance that the issues will be addressed and together a resolution will be found . Emotionally her words of encouragement , accompanied with a follow up appointment , and what progress to look forward to gives comfort to your soul , and that she is taking you serious regarding ongoing treatment . Her impartial attitude and diversity she displays makes you feel respected and cared for as a person and not just a patient. She is a wonderful person. The admistration staff perform their duties with quality customer service . They are exemplars to sharp knowledge and how a fine tuned office should run. They follow the direction and are loyal to the people they serve . Their prompt attention, returning calls , scheduling , and making nessasary changes for appointments, enables you to rely on them to get you through difficult times brought on by unforseen health events .Their different personalities are compatible amongst eachother , as a team they work together and communicate thoroughly. They extend phone calls reminding you of the services you need as they are recorded in your file . The over all support from this medical group has been the pillar for the success in my treatment I have sought out and needed . They have helped meet my health concerns by keeping me in the direction I need to remain for a good healthy life . I truly am greatful for this medical team and recommend any person who is in need for medical care. See what they can do for you.

My former dr moved his practice there one night, literally, and then retired from medicine without…read moreany notice to his patients a few months later.....without even having his pts printed medical records in the new office yet. I found out 3 days before my routine visit to refill meds, that would be most uncomfortable if i had run out. The experience with Dr. Lance Marie, a very limited general reactionary, but with an ego to make up for his deficiency's. He doesn't listen to his patients, wlong, my former triple Board certified physcian wife told me was the most important thing to do for a provider, nor did he review my Hx and chart before seeing me, after taking on my retired doctors patients. I was very upset at his manner, rudeness and lack of any interpersonal skills....speaking down to me and not listening as I tried to give him my history. Thusly, I called the clinic and asked to speak to the office mgr, which I was informed not a person. I was told theyd give my detailed msg to the owner, a doctor A., whom would call me back. He never did. However, I was called by a friend there that I was being dropped by the practice, my follow-up appt was cancelled and I'd be receiving a letter. This was 5 days before my routine appt, again for the usual refills, after i jumped to see 4 speacialists per his demand, an ER visit after my 1st visit for a routine condition I have that he wouldn't listen to my eplanation of, and 2 lab draws....when, if hed have listened, really didnt require the 2nd as historically, i have low sodium and had been hospitalized for it for 3 days the year prior.....those hospital records were in my file. I tried to explain this to him over the phone, and my sever needle phobia (I faint, vaso-vagal syncope for a real named fear of needles, its documented in my records.) It's been 2 months, I have not received the letter, with the preparer 3 referrals who accept my insurance, and he has refused to refill my meds. Like Dr, Kaplan, my doctor of 4 years, who left me in their hands, they have abandoned me. I am ready to file in both Federal and State Court for Medical Fraud and other charges, including the patient abandonement, but, as a lawyer who took his SJD dissertation on Medico-Legal Case Prosecution, and Nevada being so friendly to doctors with very low Malpractice awards, Med Fraud not only removes those limits, but isnt covered by either their medical malpractice insurance nor any business insurance they have in place. That means, they will have to pay, out of their own funds the retainer to hire lawyers to defend these suits. I never settle, though, i do negotiate in good faith, as judges like that, but these people should not be practicing and need there disclipnary action at least. There is only one good person there, the one who gave me the warning of what was coming. That party is the only one that wont be sued, and Ive already awarded them for doing the right thing. I cant wait to file this week, and get the divinely sittings going and prepare for my specialty, depositions as the way the merger of Dr. Kaplans practice and Alpine abstention of those patients is very suspect, and the discovery process will shed light on that. I expect to file superceding complaints shortly after each aspect of the process. Worst of all, as while fine doctors are available in Vegas, they are a bit hard to find, and I ultimately, had to go to the ER for a simple medication refill. I purposely went to the hospital they have privileges at, so that when I was lectured that the ER was not the place to go for refills, I could file a formal report about how their own doctors abandoned me and I had no choice. Hey Lance, and Dr. A, you know what they say about Karma! I look forward to seeing you both in deposition....i love depositions, i was legend in depositions in law school; sp much so, my fellow students complained and we switched to using the drama school grad students to act as the deposed parties as well as witness during moot court sessions, as I was brutal in examining witnesses under oath. A lawyer must advocate zealosy for their client, and I do. I dont like sitting in Court where the lawyers from opposing sides are friends, and chit-chatting about family, hobbies, etc. I always wanted my attorneys to go in and win, not make friends, but, be respectful of the judge, Court staff and jury...the counter-party, NO MERCY....and THAT is EXACTLY how I PROSECUTE MY CASES....and I dont practice as a lawyer anymore. Yove been forewarned, go elsewhere, avoid the headache. There are lots of great doctors nearby, albeit, even Sunrise Hospital has become a ghetto hospital with abusive security and guard dogs walked Stough pre-op areas (yep, happens minutes before I had a simple cardiac procedure)....and this was after going through a screening process that makes TSA look like fun. I gave up on SUnrise after that. Stay healthy everyone, avoid Alpine and Sunrise.

As one of our treatments, we use different mixtures to provide immune system support, detoxification, skin rejuvenation, improved circulation, heavy metal removal, elevate energy levels, and promote overall better health as a proactive solution to disease. I selected Dr. Lampinen as my physician of choice based on three factors: 1) He was accepting patients, 2) He would see babies/children, 3) Location. My appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m. I received no instruction to arrive early, advance paperwork nor confirmation email / phonecall. I arrived at 9:47 a.m. The reception area is shared with another physician and there are two reception desks on opposing sides. The other doctor's area was lively, bright, TVs were on and a handful of persons were being serviced. Conversely, Dr. Lampinen's desk was empty and the lights were off. The area appeared closed. There was one other patient on this side of the waiting room. I signed in. There was one name ahead of mine. She arrived at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. appointment time. I sat down and waited. After 15 minutes someone showed up to one of the rear workstations with her back to the lobby. She didn't review the sign in sheet nor greet anyone. She was eating breakfast at her desk. I got up and asked if there was some paperwork to fill out. Through a mouthful of food, she told me she would get someone. A second admin appeared and provided me with standard paperwork. For a VIP experience, I expected the documents in advance or at least electronic versions to complete. I finished the paperwork at approximately 10:08 a.m. Around that same time, the woman with the 10:30 a.m. appointment was seen. I waited approximately 30 minutes longer and was called back. A woman took some preliminary information (weight, height) and my vitals and I was told to wait and the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor came in at exactly 11 a.m. He was friendly and seemed personable. I interrupted the normal introductory banter and recounted what I've documented here. I told him that it was unacceptable and the primary reason for enrolling in the concierge service was to avoid wait times and have a VIP experience. He apologized profusely and offered a wide variety of excuses. For example, the air conditioning is malfunctioning so the reception team was keeping the lights off to help keep the area cool. He didn't have an explanation for the 10:30 a.m. appointment being seen first, but acknowledged that it shouldn't happen. He could not explain the lack of customer service or not having personnel present. He noted that all of his reviews were positive and my experience was uncharacteristic. He asked if I would prefer to reschedule, continue or end the visit. I elected to end the visit and requested that my paperwork be returned. When I left the office, I called MDVIP and described what transpired. They also apologized. They asked if I would like to see another physician. I explained that when I first enrolled there were no other physicians that met my criteria (accepting new patients and seeing babies). I requested a refund for the $3,000. The polite woman on the phone told me she would call the physician's office to follow up and process the requested refund.
