Yes, the tour guide told me, a 7 month pregnant lady, to go f*k myself, screaming it at me, on the street (side walk) i front of public crowds!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Erez was late by HALF AN HOUR to pick us up in the morning. But he was specific to mention to us how much he needs everyone to be on time. First off, erez seems like a nice guy who's on edge. Like a military type of person except angry, frustrated or jusy plain unstable. He'll be VERY adamant about how much time you can spend at each spot, giving you 10 minutes at the whirl pool view, so many minutes for lunch (we had to inhale our food, not even finishing my soup because we had to run out to the bus to follow this guys schedule). He specifically said to us to "wear blinders while in the gift shop and not look at anything at all and get back to the bus, it is NOT the time to shop", wow....ok.....he'd give us a time to be back at and emphasize to be there 5 minutes before that time. Okayyyyyy. Whatever guy, we're easygoing, we'll go along with your system. We follow this guys very nervous demands, because whatever, even though his timing is overly tight and unrealistic. it is what it is. On the last stop, he said to come right back from the hornblower boat tour straight to the bus. He didn't give us a time to be bk, just said to come straight to the bus. Okay got it. After the boat tour, i, a 6 and a half month pregnant woman, had to use the bathroom. There was a line unfortunately which made us 15 minutes "late" to the bus also, the walk back to the bus is an uphill walk, which is hard for me at the moment. I can't exactly, run. When we boarded the bus he began yelling and scolding us infront of everyone. It was humiliating! We didn't say anything and let it go, we arent loud people. When we let out, he was expecting tips, so i told him, we usually tip but it doesn't feel right because he scolded us while all we did was go to the bathroom, then he looked at me right in my face and yelled "i wasnt expecting a tip from you people anyway", what does that even mean? Because we are hispanic??? We are working professionals, engineers for aviation, and I'm a fashion stylist.... we tip. He kept yelling we were 15 min late, at me.....this guy is NUTS. 15 lates from what time? He never gave us a time. My brother then saw him yelling at me and then spoke up "you were late this morning!" He then said to my bro and me "GET THE FFFFUCK OUT OF MY FACE!" About 5 to 7 times! I couldn't believe it. I called him a piece of shit as i walked away. This tour company has ruined a lovely vacation, as we will take this ugly memory with us unfortunately. But be forewarned: there are two Marriott-branded hotels located almost next door to each other another -- the other is directly across the street. I saw one couple confused about their booking. They were at the wrong hotel. It appears the the hotel most people are seeking when they book the "best view" is usually the Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa at 6740 Fallsview Boulevard. The nearby Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls at 6755 Fallsview Boulevard is a separate property. I was very pleased with the Fallsview Hotel. Unlike many hotels that advertise a falls view but have only a partial glimpse, the hotel's location provides a sweeping panorama of the falls. Most rooms seem to have a falls view. Higher-floor rooms offer an almost cinematic perspective, especially during the nightly illumination show and when fireworks are scheduled (nightly at 10 p.m. after May -- those poor gulls and their babies!). The facilities are extensive. The hotel features the recently renovated Burning Springs Spa and Thermal Pools, a fitness center, indoor pool that is sadly less that 5 feet at the deepest point, direct access to the Fallsview tourist district and convenient connections to nearby attractions. But spa access is not included in the stay-- such a disappointment. Generally, the property feels more like a destination than a standard convention hotel, with many public spaces oriented toward the falls. That includes and onsite Starbucks and Mortons steakhouse, plus a gift shop with a massive assortment of items: clothing, hats, bathing suits and goggles (even for the kids), maple syrup treats, medicine and beverages, etc. The biggest surprise for many guests is parking. Valet parking is convenient but expensive, currently around $80 per day, while self-parking is approximately $50-60 per day and located off-site rather than directly beneath the hotel. Valet service may be worthwhile because the self-parking lot requires about a 5-minute walk and the hotel arrival area can become crowded during peak times Overall, the staff was great -- they even sent up a red velvet cake for our anniversary! And the king suite (23rd floor) was sizable and comfortable, with a jet spa in the room looking directly toward the falls. The bed and pillows were also comfy. They also have two seats right in front of the windows with spectacular views. But there were so many bugs -- dozens and dozens gathered on the exterior glass -- after dark, we opted to keep the lights off. Not a concern, though. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower curtain looked dirty, the towels did not feel clean, there were chips and scratches all over the furniture, peeling paint around the windows, and cracked bathroom tiles. Everywhere I looked there were signs that basic maintenance had been ignored. Even Morton's Grille was disappointing. For a restaurant that is supposed to be more upscale, it was dim, the chairs were peeling, and it just felt worn out. What made it even more frustrating was seeing the hotels around it. I went into the Hyatt next door and it was beautiful. Even the Marriott across the street, which does not have the same falls view, looked much newer and much better maintained. It made me wonder why this property has been allowed to get into this condition. The view is absolutely amazing, but the hotel itself does not match the price at all. I left feeling like I paid for the view and nothing else. I would not stay here again unless the property gets a major renovation.

The floor to ceiling view was magnificent. The view itself was worth the price. Both falls on the American and Canadian side can be seen from the room. There's a living room and a small dining table. It's perfect if you just want to hang out in the room after a day full of walking. You can see fireworks from the room. Service was excellent. They were able to check us in early. We stopped at 4 wineries in total and they were mostly subpar(I will not name them). With so many beautiful wineries in the region, I was hoping to see some of those and actually have a tour. These stops were more of a tasting and no real tour. I do believe this may vary based on the wineries that you are able to visit during your tour(which changes daily). It was a rather disappointing and I wish that I had just driven myself to some of the more grand, beautiful wineries and did the tours that are offered. Overall, the tour was okay. It was reasonably priced, I didn't have to drive, our bus driver was awesome, and some of the wineries had beautiful views. I got to chat with some new people and gain new experience.

At this point I am informed by Joseph that my driver had gotten into a fatal accident on her way to pick me up, and they he had tried 2 other drivers, but didn't have anyone to pick up my group. He then suggested while not suggesting that we drive ourselves, but we didn't have a car so that wasn't even an option. He tells me he is going to call me back in 10 minutes, he needed to try another driver and after waiting 30 minutes to no call back, I called him. That call and the 2 that immediately followed went to voicemail (that is not professionally set up at all). After the 3rd call I get a text message saying that he couldn't find a driver and would call me back shortly, which turned into I would not hear back from him until after 4PM which was a response to my call and text message at 2 PM. My WHOLE day, MY BIRTHDAY was ruined because this 5 1/2 hour tour was the plan for my birthday. I had to keep reaching out to Larry, who also was taking his sweet time to respond, but stated (in a text message) that the driver was in an accident but it wasn't life threatening. They didn't offer me an alternative OR a refund, I had to demand my refund, since everyone decided to stop communicating with me. I still have not be FULLY refunded. I have a dispute with my bank to get the balance that is still owed to me. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM....there is definitely something fishy going on with these two. The Niagara Parks Power Station is truly the best way to view up close and personal this natural…read morelandmark without actually heading onto one of those tour boats. On the top floor, you're presented with exhibits highlighting how energy is used to power the area and how the falls contribute to that flow of electricity. There were some fun moments of learning that I'd say were suited for kids 10 years and up. The real gem is the underground walking path that takes you right to the falls for a truly unique feel. We spent a good amount of time taking in the sites and seeing how massive the falls were compared to our small bodies. Be prepared for a little bit of moisture and splash back from the waves. While admission may seem steep at first at $35, it really was worth it to get such a wonderful view of the falls. I'd highly recommend this to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and wanting to commit to one of the major attractions for great views.

It's also about a 5-minute walk, so prepare for that before you can get to the deck. It's another one of the spots where you really just get misted, and the poncho is sufficient. It's one of those things where something so simple can bring so much happiness. It's just a dimly lit old power station and a tunnel leading to an observation deck. There are comparable observation decks that are free, but walking the tunnel and hearing and seeing water leaking in, and after walking, coming to the opening and seeing the deck, it's just a fun time.

We paid in cash and requested a refund due to the condition of the room, but the front desk said they "don't carry cash," so no refund was possible. We were told the motel was fully booked and they couldn't switch our room, but when we said we'd leave, they suddenly found two other rooms available. Ask specifically for a room in the nicer-looking building next to the main office if you have no choice but to stay here. The motel itself is run down and unclean. WiFi is slow and keeps disconnecting. The TV doesn't work. Housekeeping leaves towels lying on the floor outside rooms. It's hard not to notice that white guests seem to be placed in better rooms, while people of color are given the more run-down units... something that didn't sit right with us at all. Additional charges include a $200 deposit by card, $250 deposit by cash, and $20 for parking. They refuse refunds if you're unhappy so don't waste your time or money here.

There are no elevators at this location so you will be going up and down the stairs. Front desk staff was nice and courteous. They were transparent about pricing for parking and were helpful with any directions and public transportation. We were able to access the main strip by either the blue or green line. My partner and I did enjoy our stay and didn't want to leave. We will back one day!
