John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. This company had 5 star reviews on another website so I checked them out online and in emailing the company with my questions, Cory answered my questions and as a bonus I booked 3 months in advance and was able to use their winter discount special! The drivers I had for my round trip, Bill and Paul were prompt, professional, and friendly and you don't share the ride with anyone. I would recommend this company without hesitation! Don't forget to tip your driver at least 10 to 15%!

It's an hour before we need to leave and nobody has set up a time or confirmed our pick up. I finally received a text from Cory to say he would be on time and then had the nerve to chastise me for checking up on him and told me to be patient. Funny, I get ghosted from Cory with no direction on a pickup and then he has gall to blame the customer. He then proceeded on sending multiple harassing texts to show his immaturity. If you have a flight, I wouldn't expect to make it if Cory is in charge however expect to get talked down to the whole ride. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I was picked up in one of the older white buses and I swear it didn't have any suspension. The ride was horrendous and as the first one picked up by the time I arrived at the airport over 3 1/2 hours later I could barely walk as every pothole the bus went over you felt like you were being slammed down. My back and neck were jarred and my right hip was in agony. I contacted the company the following day about this and have called numerous times since to no avail. One of the managers Tony promised to call me a couple of days after my return and to date I have heard nothing. A month later and I still have pain from this bus ride to the airport. The return trip was better and the vehicle's I returned on were in much better condition and the ride was much better as I has to transfer from a bus into a car in the Grimsby area making the return trip only 2 1/2 hours but I will never again use this company to travel anywhere. I can't even give a comparison maybe a combination of a roller coater ride you can't get off of and while being jarred, while being on the back of a bronco when it lands hard. It didn't start out that bad but after over a 3 1/2 hour bus ride it seemed like the bus ride to hell.

Not so good. I was early for my hotel pickup and stood at the valet doors. Ten min after pickup time, I talked with Dispatch who had contacted me. My driver had been standing about 15 feet from me for 10 min, but had just sauntered in and didn't say a word! He was driving a van with a magnetic sign reading MedVan. Wtf? Didn't say a word while speeding most of the way to the airport, either. Not a please or thank you when he asked for a passport at NexusBuffalo. She did some investigation and was able to secure a driver for my dad right away. The driver got to my dad in a hurry, helped him with the bags and got him to the airport in time. When I got the call from my dad that he was at the gate of the airport the family was ecstatic. Remember I said in the beginning of this review that he is elderly. I want to personally thank Michelle and the driver whoever you may be for helping our family out to get my dad where he needed to be. Hats off to Buffalo Airport Shuttle for outstanding work.
