Because we are faithful to Marriot we often get upgrades and this one was worth it. We were upgraded from 19th floor to 30th floor. The views were amazing and we slept with curtains open all night!! However, we've traveled a bit this past two months and most Marriott's could use a coat of paint, a sprucing up in the rooms. The view of the falls from this location is amazing! It's important to note that there's another (nicer) Marriott diagonally across the street called Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa that probably has an even better view, but they were slightly more expensive so we opted to stay at this location instead. The front desk and bellhop staff were very friendly. We reserved a Fallsview junior presidential suite and were happy with the room set up and amenities. This hotel is located a the very end of the main road running through town, so it offers a perfect blend of having nearby access to everything without having everything and everyone on top of you. Here are the things that could have been better; Our Fallsview room was HOT because of the sun coming in through the wall of windows and there not being adequate ventilation for the air conditioning in the main living room area. We had to shut the shades when we left the room to block the sun and open the door to the hallway when we were in the room just to get some cool airflow inside the room. We stayed in a junior presidential suite for 3 nights and we never saw housekeeping. We helped ourselves to new towels and toilet paper off the housekeeping cart that was in the hallway and took out our own trash daily. The trash cans are SO SMALL that we filled them up quickly. Someone in our group has a disability placard that allows access to nearby parking, but there were only 4 accessible parking spaces at this hotel. We asked at the front desk if there was an alternate solution since the majority of available parking spaces are located in a lot across the street from the hotel, making the trip from hotel to car excessively long. The front desk allowed us to use the valet only parking garage as an alternate solution, which was a good compromise. There was always a long wait for elevators, like excessively long. We realize we were staying in a busy hotel in a popular touristy area, so we had anticipated there being a busy lobby, but nothing could prepare us for what we actually experienced. Thankfully, we always request a room on a low floor, because a member of our family has mobility needs, in case there's an emergency and the elevators aren't available and we need to use the stairs. I wasn't aware that we would be using the stairs daily because it was faster to walk down 4 flights of stairs than wait for an elevator. I know this review seems like we had more complaints than likes about staying here but the view and location were most important to us and this hotel certainly checks those boxes. read more

First time going to Canada to see Niagara Falls, there are two Marriott across each other and this one is cheaper than the other, I do not see any difference as it's only across the street from each other. I had a regular room and it's was on the 20th floor, the view was stunning as you can see from the photo, I can see the firework from the hotel at night but I went to see it in person up closed. The room itself are very clean, the bed are very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, the service was very nice. There is a swimming pool but it's on the small side. There is also a dining place and Starbucks inside the hotel which was convenient, also there is a mini shop there. We came here for our honeymoon, and were leaving feeling blessed to have such an amazing view and experience . This room was home while on vacation. Bed was comfortable! View was amazing! And overall nice!!! My review is based only on house keeping and food. Not so pleased with housekeeping!!! We stayed here 7 days! Sadly our room was not cleaned properly. We complained and were told they'd do a thermal clean and change in sheets. And no that was not done! We were also told we'd be able to use the lounge and that was also a lie. On our last night we were given a bottle of wine by the manager. And yes we appreciate the gesture it's kinda sad that the hotel fails at doing something so simple as to clean the room properly. Changing the sheets is essential and I guess they thought we wouldn't notice! Beautiful room bad service! Btw don't order room service, food is hard and tastes like microwave food. Buffet is worst! The Marriott is a global chain. They know what Ada laws help the handicapped. Since it is not a law in Canada no pool lift. So my husband could not use pool. Shame on you Marriott! Gorgeous hotel! I booked it because they had the most affordable falls view rooms. The room itself was MASSIVE, and also included two chairs by the window for ultimate falls watching. The staff (except for one person I'll mention later) were all fabulous and I loved the free wine sample you could get in the lobby, along with other items like free WeGo passes. As others have mentioned, the price for parking is quite high but ultimately close enough to things that we could walk or take the incline down to the falls without issue. I'm not one to post a bad review but our biggest complaint was that with being on the 24th floor, we had this very large overhang blocking most of the falls. Not what I wanted when I upgraded to a higher room! Next time I'll be sure to ask for a room that is not on the 24th floor, but rather even higher or lower! Another issue we had was related to robes - the website advertised that they had robes but I was told on the phone from customer service that they ran out and instead could get me some slippers. No issue, so I tried calling the following day, but was instead told (rather harshly, which as someone with a customer service background, probably not the best way to respond to someone politely asking if there were any robes available) that they do not have robes and to stop asking. You can't stay anywhere better for an amazing view of Horseshoe Falls! We stayed in the junior presidential suite on the 18th floor, and it was divine. We were mesmerized constantly by the daytime and nighttime spectacle of the falls. My husband loved it so much it was hard to get him to leave the room! The suite is large, airy, with viewing chairs right in front of the wall to wall windows with gorgeous views of the falls--front and center! The shower was hot with great water pressure and the suite also had a jacuzzi tub. It was quiet and off to the side. Kitchenette and fridge on site as well. Staff was wonderful! Everyone so kind and accommodating! Brought me two down comforters when I asked for extra blankets. Always answered me quickly on chat. Room service was spectacular. The restaurant food was great and delivered in a timely fashion. We wanted to enjoy our food right in front of our unbeatable view. We also enjoyed two bottles of wine! Valet parking is 45 a day (35 for self park). Fast and attentive. The restaurant on site (reviewed separately) had good food and a great breakfast bar! All you can eat for around 30 dollars I think (because I'm a Bonvoy ambassador, ours were complimentary, but the bill would have been around 58 dollars). But it would be worth it! Hot bar, bagel bar, juice bar, omelet station, and more! And again, please give credit to Rosemary, our server who took care of us all day and all evening on the Saturday we stayed (3/5/22). She was amazing, and even called to check on us and our room service dinner before she went off shift that night. She deserves special recognition. I can't rave enough about this hotel. The front desk supervisor was definitely having a bad day or I hope she was, because she had an awful attitude. The front desk clerk was sweet. Overall the room shows a lot of wear and tear. The chairs were worn, they had zero cushion, it was like sitting in a hole. The king bed mattress was lumpy and in need of replacement. The shower was nicely tiled, with good water pressure. Nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The view from room was nice, but the windows were dirty inside and out. Overall a fair experience for $500 a night. Niagara falls is a must do. A day and a half is good amount of time to see and do everything, two days max. Behind the falls is the best tour in my opinion. A really good breakfast place is Stacked Pancakes, a short drive from the strip. Half the price of the hotels with a great service and extensive selection of breakfast items. Have fun. read more

Check in process is straight forward, and for the hotel suites with the view of the Falls, you get to ride an express elevator up to your floors. The rooms themselves are spacious. It definitely feels like a vacation's dream, and the prices weren't bad too. The shower water though...it was consistently not hot. The best I got the water to was warm, which worked okay for me...but for my parents who prefer the shower water to be a bit hot, they didn't like it at all. Overall if you're looking for a hotel with a view of the Falls, this place is good. Just be prepared to deal with shower water that might not be hot enough. read more

It's directly close to the Niagara Falls convention center and it's so walkable. Parking is a real hassle and everywhere you go you have to either pay money like $5 to $10-$20 and there is no parking for restaurants so it would be better to walk once you park somewhere because most of this area is touristy because of the falls but it is beautiful. There are a lot of American restaurants in the area so if you want local Canadian food, it's not in this area as much.There are a lot of Canadian chain restaurants in the area as well. The staff are friendly from the milestones restaurant to the concierge. The breakfast all you can eat Buffett is really a great deal if you are hungry and it's $34.95 per person and had a nice quality spread of fresh fruit (pineapple, blueberry, watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, strawberries) snacks like lox w capers and cream cheese and onions, many breads and croissants. And of course they have the sausage and potatoes and vegetables and granola and cereals that you need for breakfast. They make omelets and eggs any style you want so you can eat all you want all day and sit at Milestones restaurant w a view of the falls. They have a small lounge on the 19th floor for drinks and snacks until 11pm. They have a business office with a few printers and an indoor pool. read more

My friend and I spent April 9-11 at the hotel on the 19th floor, which is right across from the falls. The view was fabulous. Our 2 queen bed room was spacious, and a little worn but very clean. All of the staff starting with the front desk (Amanda) to the servers in the Milestone Restaurant & valet were just lovely & friendly. Our car navigation system was not working and the front desk printed out directions to all the places we wanted to visit. The food in the restaurant was really great with a view of the falls. We enjoyed dinners & the breakfast buffet with so many choices. One of the best things was the speed of the elevators & we never had to wait more than a few minutes for one to arrive. Our room was very quiet & we did not hear anyone from the other rooms or noise in the hallway. We definitely plan on returning to the Marriott in the fall. read more

After spending quite some time figuring out the best way to maximize our trip to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side, we settled on staying at the Niagara Falls Marriott On the Falls. It's the last hotel on the Blvd, and smaller compared to the Hilton, Embassy, the other Marriott hotel and Spa etc. This hotel seemed more simpler and less stressful compared to the other busy hotels. We were really content with our hotel choice, especially since they advertise floor to ceiling window views of the Falls. We booked the Fallsview room which guarantees you a breath-taking view of the waterfall starting from the 24th(?) floor and up. We stayed on the 27th floor. We stayed during the last two days of the firework show, and our decision did not disappoint whatsoever. We had a great view of the five minute 8pm firework show, simultaneously overlooking the light show on the water falls in our cozy warm hotel room. Our two night, one full day itinerary trip was really short so our stay was just to lay our heads and recoup our energy for the next day's adventure. We chose to overlook the many added minor hiccups during our stay. For example, it was disappointing the phones didn't work so we had to go back down and request additional items at the front desk, and they didn't do any turn down service. One staff member says they do it daily the other says it has to be requested. The staff was pleasant but sometimes wasn't very consistent with their training. For example, for every staff member we spoke with, always contradicted the last person. Do be careful of additional fees, such as Wi-Fi fee and some insurance deposit you have to put down. There wasn't any sense of debating what was said and who said what, as long as it was settled during checkout. The hotel lobby was spacious and they have an indoor pool. Overall, this hotel was really nice. I would definitely stay here again with all its flaws! I didn't find this hotel anything out the ordinary. There are three elevators designated to certain floors and the walls are thin if you are a light sleeper ;/ I must add, if you are a first timer to Niagara Falls, you have to succumb to the reality of what it is to be in Niagara Falls Canada. In other words, lower your standard or try to understand this is how this town makes its money. For instance, there's a parking fee for every hotel and basically everywhere you go. This hotel charges $39ca. There's also valet with reserved parking closest to the hotel. Otherwise, it's self-parking and there's also additional parking across the street. Since it was our first time at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side, everything was new to us. We didn't try the foods at the hotel, and most surrounding restaurants close around 8pm. We ended up getting Zappi's Pizza delivered to our hotel room when we arrived the first night and ate out at the Korean Gardens the next night. Zappi's pizza is located across the street in the back of the hotel. If we wasn't so tired from the drive, we would've dined in. Korean Gardens is a bit of a walk or a 5 minute drive from the hotel. So glad to have found Korean Garden because that food was so good! There is a Starbucks at the hotel, but they close early! ;( Even though Niagara Falls is literally in front of the hotel, you either have to walk 30 minutes to reach the fall, take that shortcut Falls Incline Railway or drive and pay an hourly rate or $30 maximum flat rate to park at the Niagara Parks parking lot. We ended up getting an adventure pass that included 4 attractions and a wego bus ride to the butterfly conservatory. There was so much to do, with little time we had. Awesome short trip!!! read more

We are currently staying at this property. It has a great view of the falls as we are on floor 29, which overlooks the falls. We opted to not have our room cleaned during our stay which yielded us two $5.00 vouchers for the in-house Starbucks. I think it should have been three, since we are here three nights. We noticed the air conditioner wasn't cooling at all with the a/c turned down to 60. My husband checked the air filter and we were both surprised by what he found ! It was disgusting and appeared it had been there for quite some time. He called the front desk and asked for it to be cleaned or replaced. The front desk apologized and stated they would fix it. That never happened. We took the filter out and now the air seems to be running cooler. The beds are comfortable and the shower is nice. Parking is pretty expensive at $39.00 a night. I would stay here for the view only. Parking increased our stay by over $100.00. Make sure you factor that into your stay. read more

This hotel sold us the 'Fallsview' room but gave us a room right at the restaurant patio with zero privacy. It was the only room left when we checked in shortly after 4pm. We were forced to close our curtains the whole time and rely on dim lamp lights inside. I could have paid less for a city view room and not endure this painful stay. This is unethical and greedy business practice, where they oversold the rooms and gave people un-useable room, at the same time charge premium fees because it was labeled as 'Fallsview'. (this room had no fridge either) The lesson I learned from this painful and exhausting stay, is to not trust big hotels and go back to services like Airbnb. The restaurant Milestones set up their patio seating right beside our window's glass. There are rows of tables with seated guests along our room's glass. The thin glass was the only barrier between the guests and my family! Doesn't matter which corner I tried to open the curtain, there was always people staring right at us. Even with closed curtains and windows, I could hear people talking loudly. My little girl tried to peek out through the curtain and told me she saw stranger looking right into her eyes. I have two little girls and I felt helpless to protect them and give my family privacy and rest. We called in the evening to ask for a different room, but was told nothing can be done. Out of desperation I called again at 10pm, and was finally given a different room. We settled into the new room at 10:30. The evening was already ruined, and my toddlers slept so late that they had nightmares in the night which makes for a super tired next morning for us. read more

STUNNING VIEW. Our room number was #1801 which was a king falls view suite. The highlight of our stay in Niagara Falls was watching the falls - it was amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to a good bit of places. You can't walk directly to the falls but it's like a 10 minute walk to falls incline railway which will get you there. The room was clean, very spacious, and we loved the massive tub. Only downside is parking is $40 per day, but that wouldn't deter us from staying here again. There is a Starbucks in the lobby to save yourself from using the baby coffee maker in the room. Highly recommend staying here read more

My brother asked me to splurge for our family trip to Canada, I rolled my eyes at him so many times I'm suprised I still have eyes. Hotels over looking the falls cost an arm and a leg. After doing tons and tons of yelp and trip advisor searches, I prayed this place would please my family for the one night we were staying in Niagara. The listed check in time states 3pm, I arrived at 1pm, they had a room! 1 star for that! We didn't have to pay parking fee! 1 star for that! *if you're coming from the parking lot, dont' go up the endless amounts of steps, you won't reach the front desk here, the entrance is toward the left corner of the lot* The lobby was clean, and welcoming. We got free passes (actually paid for by the resort fee of $30) 2 free drinks at the hotel bar, 2 drinks at a brewery, 2 wego bus passes, and picture at hershey world!. The drink at the bar is basically a "taste" glass. but worth getting :) Our room on the 32nd floor was supreme falls view. I paid $400/night the weekend we were there in August, Must have been some sort of peak summer month price. The room had 2 queen sized beds, and nice little lounge chair with table, and a gorgeous floor to ceiling window with falls view. My mom spent 2 hours just staing out the window in the daytime and also 2 more hours at night. Shes the cutest! unfortunately missed the firework show but I read if you're at the rooms at 930pm, you're in for a treat! I was looking really hard to complain about something in the bathroom but it was spotless! I actually spent a lot of time researching the hotels around Niagara Falls. Since we were only spending one night here, we decided we could splurge and stay at a hotel with a view. This was the BF's first time at the Falls, plus it was also my birthday. After looking at a variety of hotels (Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview, Embassy Suites by Hilton, Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview, etc.), I picked the Marriott on the Falls based off of reviews and pictures. I wanted an unobstructed view of the Falls - and a good view of the Falls. I opted to book a non-refundable room on their website, because it offered the best price for the room that I wanted. We splurged a little bit and got their Fallsview Suite that guarantees a high floor and a whirlpool tub. We ended up on the top floor with no neighbors. The roof was literally right next to our window. A bit of a warning for those looking to book this type of room - the elevators in the hotel will only service up to the 31st floor. You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to your room. This was no problem for us, but it did feel a bit sketch. I wouldn't have opted for this if I was on my own. The room was large and very clean. It felt almost too big for the two of us! There are two comfy armchairs right in front of the window and it is an amazing view. It's even better at night when the Falls are lit up. The whirlpool tub was a much welcomed sight when we returned from dinner late at night and super cold. We felt so warm and relaxed after a nice soak! You are charged a resort fee when booking. I've heard some people have luck getting it removed. We didn't bother. It didn't feel like it was worth the effort - and you do get some "freebies" with it. It includes: Wifi access Complimentary wine or beer sample for 2 in the Lobby Lounge Beer tasting for 2 at the Niagara Brewing Company 2 bottles of water per day 2 WEGO bus passes Family E-Portrait at Hershey's World Unlimited long distance calls to USA and Canada Unlimited local calls We appreciated the water inside the room when we arrived and used both beer tastings. The beer tasting in the Lobby Lounge included a 5oz glass of any of the four Niagara Brewing Company beers on tap. We tried 2 of them. The tasting at the Niagara Brewing Company itself includes about 2oz servings of 8 beers. This was pretty neat and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Parking is a charge of $30 CAD per day for self-park. I think it's either $35 or $40 CAD for valet parking. read more

Views, views, views. Stay here for the views and make sure to get a room that directly overlooks the falls. Aside from that, enjoy the amenities that come with your stay... free beer/wine samples, bus passes, free wifi, etc. The falls are definitely walkable, but there is a lift that costs a few bucks to shortcut and save some time and having to walk all the way down and around using the pedestrian walkway. Note that the bus will also take you directly there and it picks up right across from the hotel entrance, the only problem was we waited 15 minutes and never saw a bus come by. Also noteworthy is the gym facilities here. Spacious, clean, and plenty of machines for guests. Other things to note... no free breakfast and parking costs $30 CAD a night to leave in an open lot. Worst experience for $600 a night room and $35 a parking at niagara Falls, Canada. While waiting for room to be ready..... truck, luggage and passport stolen right from their parking lot. I would at least expect some sort of security out of a high end Marriott property. read more

I stayed here for one night while visiting Niagara falls. The whole point was to get a fallsview room viewing both falls (US and Canadian). While I got that, it left MUCH to be desired. Check-in and staff were friendly, but you could tell the hotel was a bit run down and had seen better days, particularly the room. Now, all of this can be forgiven, assuming you get what you pay for: An amazing view! I did book the fallsview suite so expected some amazing views. Unfortunately, the windows were covered in dirt, which the photos don't do justice, but it was so bad you could barely see out of it. On top of that, my room was placed right on a service roof, so the falls were actually behind some steam vents.... not at all what you expect for the price we paid. Would not return, i would highly recommend the Embassy Suites next door. read more

Night One had to change our room. The configuration of the room amde it impossible to watch tv, there were hand prints all over the mirror in the main room, and no coffee cups with the coffee maker. Parking is pricey and not secure. No bellhop and could not find a cart to transport luggage. Day Two we waited over 5 minutes for an elevator. We went to use the pool and it was closed. We went to spend some time in the concierge lounge and it was closed. Can't wait to see how disappointing Days Three and Four will be. read more

First, things were clean, so that's a positive. Our reservation and stay with a power wheelchair user were less than ideal. There are zero fallsview rooms for 3 people with an accessible bathroom. Families with disabilities also like to see the falls! The accessible room layout is ridiculous. I'm guessing they nixed a closet to make room for the larger bathroom. The bathroom door opens only 90 degrees and your best entrance is with the hallway door open, not practical. The hallway also narrows significantly and it's tight. The heavy chlorine smell and cloudy look of the pool made us decide to pass on that. read more
