First time going to Canada to see Niagara Falls, there are two Marriott across each other and this one is cheaper than the other, I do not see any difference as it's only across the street from each other. I had a regular room and it's was on the 20th floor, the view was stunning as you can see from the photo, I can see the firework from the hotel at night but I went to see it in person up closed. The room itself are very clean, the bed are very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, the service was very nice. There is a swimming pool but it's on the small side. There is also a dining place and Starbucks inside the hotel which was convenient, also there is a mini shop there. This is a great hotel for tourist to have a great view for the Niagara Falls

This is how housekeeping cleans your room. Nothing is thrown away and coffee cup is still left on the table.

We came here for our honeymoon, and were leaving feeling blessed to have such an amazing view and experience . This room was home while on vacation. Bed was comfortable! View was amazing! And overall nice!!! My review is based only on house keeping and food. Not so pleased with housekeeping!!! We stayed here 7 days! Sadly our room was not cleaned properly. We complained and were told they'd do a thermal clean and change in sheets. And no that was not done! We were also told we'd be able to use the lounge and that was also a lie. On our last night we were given a bottle of wine by the manager. And yes we appreciate the gesture it's kinda sad that the hotel fails at doing something so simple as to clean the room properly. Changing the sheets is essential and I guess they thought we wouldn't notice! Beautiful room bad service! Btw don't order room service, food is hard and tastes like microwave food. Buffet is worst! Please eat elsewhere it's too expensive for what you get here.!

The pictures will speak for themselves. For the cost the upkeep should be a little better. Not the best of experiences with the quality of the room. The bathroom was pretty decent and the manager was ever pleasant. Also the views are pretty decent but overall I probably wouldn't have booked for the quality of the hotel.

The overhang in the way of our view

Gorgeous hotel! I booked it because they had the most affordable falls view rooms. The room itself was MASSIVE, and also included two chairs by the window for ultimate falls watching. The staff (except for one person I'll mention later) were all fabulous and I loved the free wine sample you could get in the lobby, along with other items like free WeGo passes. As others have mentioned, the price for parking is quite high but ultimately close enough to things that we could walk or take the incline down to the falls without issue. I'm not one to post a bad review but our biggest complaint was that with being on the 24th floor, we had this very large overhang blocking most of the falls. Not what I wanted when I upgraded to a higher room! Next time I'll be sure to ask for a room that is not on the 24th floor, but rather even higher or lower! Another issue we had was related to robes - the website advertised that they had robes but I was told on the phone from customer service that they ran out and instead could get me some slippers. No issue, so I tried calling the following day, but was instead told (rather harshly, which as someone with a customer service background, probably not the best way to respond to someone politely asking if there were any robes available) that they do not have robes and to stop asking. Whoops! Thought they meant they ran out for the day. Despite those issues, we hope to stay here again!

You can't stay anywhere better for an amazing view of Horseshoe Falls! We stayed in the junior presidential suite on the 18th floor, and it was divine. We were mesmerized constantly by the daytime and nighttime spectacle of the falls. My husband loved it so much it was hard to get him to leave the room! The suite is large, airy, with viewing chairs right in front of the wall to wall windows with gorgeous views of the falls--front and center! The shower was hot with great water pressure and the suite also had a jacuzzi tub. It was quiet and off to the side. Kitchenette and fridge on site as well. Staff was wonderful! Everyone so kind and accommodating! Brought me two down comforters when I asked for extra blankets. Always answered me quickly on chat. Room service was spectacular. The restaurant food was great and delivered in a timely fashion. We wanted to enjoy our food right in front of our unbeatable view. We also enjoyed two bottles of wine! Valet parking is 45 a day (35 for self park). Fast and attentive. The restaurant on site (reviewed separately) had good food and a great breakfast bar! All you can eat for around 30 dollars I think (because I'm a Bonvoy ambassador, ours were complimentary, but the bill would have been around 58 dollars). But it would be worth it! Hot bar, bagel bar, juice bar, omelet station, and more! And again, please give credit to Rosemary, our server who took care of us all day and all evening on the Saturday we stayed (3/5/22). She was amazing, and even called to check on us and our room service dinner before she went off shift that night. She deserves special recognition. I can't rave enough about this hotel. They went above and beyond and gave my husband and I a perfect weekend we will cherish forever!

The front desk supervisor was definitely having a bad day or I hope she was, because she had an awful attitude. The front desk clerk was sweet. Overall the room shows a lot of wear and tear. The chairs were worn, they had zero cushion, it was like sitting in a hole. The king bed mattress was lumpy and in need of replacement. The shower was nicely tiled, with good water pressure. Nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The view from room was nice, but the windows were dirty inside and out. Overall a fair experience for $500 a night. Niagara falls is a must do. A day and a half is good amount of time to see and do everything, two days max. Behind the falls is the best tour in my opinion. A really good breakfast place is Stacked Pancakes, a short drive from the strip. Half the price of the hotels with a great service and extensive selection of breakfast items. Have fun.

We had a great stay here! The staff was definitely a highlight; every person that we interacted with was so kind and helpful! The location is great; it was amazing watching fireworks from the room window. The room was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

Location is perfectly situated and view of the falls is awesome as long as you get the higher floors.

If the fog is not taking over your view, the hotel has direct views to the Falls and it is beautiful even if it's not totally modern but its modern inside the rooms and decor is still beautiful. It's directly close to the Niagara Falls convention center and it's so walkable. Parking is a real hassle and everywhere you go you have to either pay money like $5 to $10-$20 and there is no parking for restaurants so it would be better to walk once you park somewhere because most of this area is touristy because of the falls but it is beautiful. There are a lot of American restaurants in the area so if you want local Canadian food, it's not in this area as much. There are a lot of Canadian chain restaurants in the area as well. The staff are friendly from the milestones restaurant to the concierge. The breakfast all you can eat Buffett is really a great deal if you are hungry and it's $34.95 per person and had a nice quality spread of fresh fruit (pineapple, blueberry, watermelon, cantaloupe, melon, strawberries) snacks like lox w capers and cream cheese and onions, many breads and croissants. And of course they have the sausage and potatoes and vegetables and granola and cereals that you need for breakfast. They make omelets and eggs any style you want so you can eat all you want all day and sit at Milestones restaurant w a view of the falls. They have a small lounge on the 19th floor for drinks and snacks until 11pm. They have a business office with a few printers and an indoor pool.

    Bathroom door

The most dirty room I've ever experienced. The view was supposed to be the killer, but the window is covered by dust everywhere.

Loved it! The view is worth the money!! We overlooked Horseshoe Falls and the view was phenomenal. The staff was great, the room was clean. The view was awesome. What else can I say? We watched the fireworks over the falls from our room.

But be forewarned: there are two Marriott-branded hotels located almost next door to each other another -- the other is directly across the street. I saw one couple confused about their booking. They were at the wrong hotel. It appears the the hotel most people are seeking when they book the "best view" is usually the Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa at 6740 Fallsview Boulevard. The nearby Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls at 6755 Fallsview Boulevard is a separate property. I was very pleased with the Fallsview Hotel. Unlike many hotels that advertise a falls view but have only a partial glimpse, the hotel's location provides a sweeping panorama of the falls. Most rooms seem to have a falls view. Higher-floor rooms offer an almost cinematic perspective, especially during the nightly illumination show and when fireworks are scheduled (nightly at 10 p.m. after May -- those poor gulls and their babies!). The facilities are extensive. The hotel features the recently renovated Burning Springs Spa and Thermal Pools, a fitness center, indoor pool that is sadly less that 5 feet at the deepest point, direct access to the Fallsview tourist district and convenient connections to nearby attractions. But spa access is not included in the stay-- such a disappointment. Generally, the property feels more like a destination than a standard convention hotel, with many public spaces oriented toward the falls. That includes and onsite Starbucks and Mortons steakhouse, plus a gift shop with a massive assortment of items: clothing, hats, bathing suits and goggles (even for the kids), maple syrup treats, medicine and beverages, etc. The biggest surprise for many guests is parking. Valet parking is convenient but expensive, currently around $80 per day, while self-parking is approximately $50-60 per day and located off-site rather than directly beneath the hotel. Valet service may be worthwhile because the self-parking lot requires about a 5-minute walk and the hotel arrival area can become crowded during peak times Overall, the staff was great -- they even sent up a red velvet cake for our anniversary! And the king suite (23rd floor) was sizable and comfortable, with a jet spa in the room looking directly toward the falls. The bed and pillows were also comfy. They also have two seats right in front of the windows with spectacular views. But there were so many bugs -- dozens and dozens gathered on the exterior glass -- after dark, we opted to keep the lights off. Not a concern, though. I would definitely stay here again.

The spa is nice, offering a relaxing atmosphere. There is a beautiful Falls view in upper level superior rooms. Hotel Pool stay open to 11 at night. This hotel is close to many food spots, which are walking distance. They have good food at the buffet too in hotel. Cons Defintely not four star as advertised. More like a three star. Upon arrival, there's no welcome drink or immediate help; you have to handle everything yourself with lugguage. which can be hard for those who need extra assistance. They do have a bell hop but very limited . Upon arrival and departure there was one person. The carpet area in lobby and rooms need shampooing badly. Rooms have beautiful views on upper levels , but outdated. The front desk service was mixed; one staff member was excellent, but another rushed me, which is not acceptable when guests are paying their money. The spa charges an additional fee to use Oasis pools/ Jacuzzi; which is unusual for most spas, since they typically include it with the massage services. This additional fee still feels like a drawback. FYI -There are not actually pools in the spa area just jacuzzi and cold plunge, sauna etc. While the pool staff was great, with Kevin standing out, and Beth at the spa being exceptional the pool area is outdated. The ceiling is peeling and looks like a YMCA pool area. In addition , my massage at spa was okay. But no timer was used to ensure guest are receiving their full time paid for. I know I did not receive full time. All spas I have visited , use a timer to make sure you get your full time.

First night was busier and more expensive due to fireworks and there were some others who went to the Taylor Swift concert and Bills/Chiefs game. They charge per person an extra fee so I booked the first night separately and then the next three nights for much less per night as our friend in only stayed the first night. Evening reception and breakfast was nice to have although the hot options were quite limited (no omelettes, etc.) and the eggs were bland with a tough texture. Breakfast was much better at the Embassy Suites I have stayed at pre pandemic but the limited options and lower quality seem to be that this is a much larger hotel. They do manage then crowds well with breakfast and have a traffic light guide of ideal times being early. We got a table easily due to our disabilities. Hotel is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the incline railway stops from across the hotel and goes down to Table Rock. My friend in a wheelchair and my wife managed to make it up on the incline railway and arrive before me and the luggage in an Uber from the Table Rock bus stop. They have a Starbucks, Friday's, and mini market in the hotel we used which are handy . There is The Keg that was temporarily closed. My wife and I ate at both the Table Rock House down the incline railway and the Fallsview Steakhouse next door, the latter which had a voucher in a coupon book they gave us. The steakhouse was really good but pricy and the Table Rock House was amazing, a good value, authentic, and locally sourced. Staff is hit or miss. The man checking me in the first day seemed cold and unsure how the re-check in works for the same room, but the second one was friendly. The bellman our first day asked for a tip and we did not have cash, makes me wonder if they are paying their employees enough which is an issue causing strikes at even the best hotels in Montreal (even the Fairmont we stayed at). Maid service seemed to come Sunday and not Monday or Tuesday so they had to come later to help us fold the sofa bed and the staff was responsive by text per them checking in with us. However, Kitch, our bellman leaving was so amazing and got us on a taxi.

The views from it is amazing! We had dinner which was decent, a little overpriced, but the staff was friendly, accommodating, and the views of Niagara Falls were priceless! We will definitely be coming back!

If you're driving in, they allow you to unload your vehicle in the front and get settled in your room. We chose to do self parking. I wouldn't say the self parking area is walking distance, so I'm glad they have a updated free shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel 24/7. We went through expedia and got a great price for a room with an amazing view of the Falls. Now, the room is smaller than your typical hotel room, but the view is jaw dropping! The entire wall is a window so you can see it all! A few other things I really liked about this hotel vs other hotels: no nasty throw pillows, no nasty bed runner, no nasty bed skirt, wipeable desk chair, recycling bin. Everything appeared spotless! We did have to call for an iron and iron board, in which came up quickly. And the closet is little to nonexistent. There's a bar connected to the desk with a few hangers. And then there's 2 drawers beneath that. So most things will probably stay in your luggage, which was fine for us. Housekeeping does not bang on your door every morning. If you need more of something, you just call down to the front desk. The observation floor is on 26th floor, same floor as the IHOP. It's self guided with QR codes to scan. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt like this was the right choice.

Location. Location. Location…read more The Comfort Inn The Pointe is the closest hotel to the falls. There aren't rooms that over look the falls because you'll have to go to Canada for that but you have the closest walk from here to the 'Merica side. The parking lot is free and only for guests of the hotel. This is a nice touch as hotels in most major cities are charging 40.00 per night to park(I just spent 50 per night in Philly for this a few days prior). The front service desk was extremely helpful with maps and recommendations. The rooms were clean and there is a gift shop on the premises as well. The breakfast buffet was also free but it wasn't the greatest but again free. I'd definitely say here again if I was in Niagara Falls.

It had not been cleaned. The stopper in the sink was broken. refrigerator was dirty. The communal microwave on the first floor looked like it came from a college dorm room. We were one of the first to get to the breakfast area and there was no syrup there was no juice. The milk was room temperature. was a nightmare. There was one person working the desk and 30 people in line. Not her fault just bad staffing. The food truck area and back of the hotel was filthy. Trash cans, overflowing trash everywhere filthy tables. I also found dark hair on the blanket that was not ours. Overall housekeeping needs to do a better job.
