It appears they did not refill the lower unit with oil (see photo). There is no sign of an oil leak after running the boat many times since I refilled it. They have no explanation of where the oil went but claim they are not responsible. I even asked if a pressure test concluded there was no leak would that be an indication that they didn't fill it with oil, but they said it couldn't possibly be their fault. I have been a loyal annual customer since 2012, but they have now told me to take my business elsewhere. I recommend not doing business with their service department. If I find a leak, I will gladly update this review.

They installed a mismatch color wheel, my daughter was cool with it so I didn't push it, on the way home from getting it fixed the inner tube failed while in the back of our car, they fixed with no issue. A week and a half later the inner tube failed again, I brought it up, Jacob looked at it and pointed out it was on the inside so it was not from a puncture while riding so that kinda leaves poor installation or faulty products. The worst part was they charged me for it. If we ran over something, I can see that, but it was either installation error, something in the wheel they installed, or a faulty inner tube they installed. Not sure their policy, and I'm sure they'll come back with some wonderful explanation of why they charge me $30 for it but when I asked are they really gonna charge me for their product failing, they didn't seem to care, offered to take half off sheepishly. Nah, if you're gonna charge me, I'll pay full price if that's the way you're going to run your business.

The employees are nice and if it's not fixed the 1st time, they'll do it again to make sure the customer is happy. The inventory was adequate for a smaller location like theirs with different sizes per product line to fit the rider based on their size. They had a good amount of helmets, clothing, water bottles, maintenance tools, and accessories too. Service was good and they're not overly packing their schedule where they'll miss promised deadlines to fix up a bike.

The Grafalloy shaft in the pitching wedge then broke off inside the hosel at the end of the first round, or the start of the second. When I asked the shop to look into it, they wouldn't stand behind their own work unless I paid for an entirely new fitting. I won't be using them again.
