I tried talking to a manager but one was never in duty when I called. After much consideration I brought her back for Easter weekend. When I picked her up, she was anxious, her bed had poop stains once again and it seemed like they washed it but did not remove the memory foam and the bed memory foam was still wet. I did not get my blanket back (they can keep) and once again my dog has watery poop. I'm not sure what they are feeding her but they couldn't have feed her the food I brought! I never had this problem when we first started taking her in 2018, so I am not sure what changed besides employees. I'm not putting my dog or me through this stress.

I count my blessings that I began to take my little Pom mix, Amy, to Pawfection Ranch about 6…read moremonths ago. I had heard that there were new owners in the past year and was happy to hear that. I had not heard good things about the previous ownership. It looks like some of these reviews were written before Emma and her husband bought Pawfection Ranch. Walking in the door I knew that we were in the right place. The staff and owner (Emma) were friendly, the dogs coming out looked happy and beautifully groomed, and anyone could look right into the grooming area to see the dogs being groomed gently. My little Amy, was completely relaxed walking in. I didn't have to leave her there all day like I had to do with past groomers. As soon as she was finished I got a pleasant call that she was ready. The issues she had, like some skin, ear and anal gland issues, were taken seriously and addressed. Each time I have taken her there, the same groomer, Theresa, has come to the front to get her and asked me about any new issues that needed attention. Theresa noticed any little change in her skin or ears and discussed them with me. She used 3 different shampoos (including a shampoo to bring out the shine in Amy's black coat) to keep her skin clear. It was clear that each dog was special to them. Amy certainly was. She came out of the shop looking beautiful and happy with every detail taken care of. I am so grateful to have found Emma and her staff. Sadly my little Amy passed away a week ago from cancer, the symptoms coming on suddenly. I received a heartfelt call from Emma expressing their sympathy and their love for Amy, although I don't know how they knew. . Pawfection Ranch is a doggy daycare and grooming salon that we used while we were in Florida for…read morethree months. We found the doggy daycare to be very inexpensive but worrisome (Perpetually unfriendly woman at the front desk told us on the first day she would NOT keep an eye on our dog, who was new to FL and might get overheated....sometimes it also took a while to FIND our dog, which tells me nobody was watching the dogs.) Our dog came home with bite marks on his nose and lip (which swelled up for weeks) and bloody for the first couple of weeks. We found the owner to be much nicer and much more friendly with our dog. We did get him groomed once, which was expensive for the area, and he still came home with worse mats under his ears than he went in with. I think he did give them a nip though when they were brushing, so I understand it, although he never came home with mats from any other groomer. On their website it said that their "private dog park" was free for "clients", which we were later told didn't apply to doggy daycare clients.. even though we spent much more with them than grooming clients, I presume. All in all, I think the owner has your best interests in mind, but they have an odd way of doing business, in my opinion. Also, the whole time they kept calling my dog a "she", which, after seeing him several days a week for a couple months they should have known better.

They also have dog food that u can not find at regular chain pet stores like Petco and Petsmart. Happy to know our pet's food is there. They do have many items that I haven't seen at other specialty dog shops. Definitely check this store out. For me, I probably enjoy it more than my pet!
