They said we needed a part and they would get the part that they needed. It is now close to the end of Feb. They have never called back or stopped by, but they had no problem taking our money to come out and read the book to the boiler and do nothing. As far as they know we have no heat in the bedrooms. We did call Gold standard heating and they came out and fixed the problem. Stay away from Law. Worst company ever.

I have known Dan for year's. He and I made a deal for X amount of dollars to replace my working 3…read moreton AC unit that just was not big enough to cool my home effectively with a working 4 ton unit that he had. Dan advised me that the refrigerant was sucked back into the unit when they removed it from it's old location before installing the unit at my home, so I would not have the cost of refrigerant. But, when his Technician's were doing the install at my home there was zero refrigerant in the unit (meaning it leaked out and Dan had to know this). After the install was done Dan handed me a bill for more than double the price that he and I agreed on. I confronted Dan and he made excuses why it cost more ( how I see it the business owner should notify the customer that the work will cost more before doing the install not after ). A few months later my home was not cooling, I check the line at the condenser and it was iced over (meaning low refrigerant ). I contacted Dan and he agreed refrigerant was low and sent a Technician out. The Technician put stop leak and refrigerant in the unit (A Band-Aid repair). A couple weeks later I received a bill for $230.00... at this point I was done with Law Heating and Cooling. Obviously the unit was not pressure tested during install and a few months later that was confirmed when the unit was low on refrigerant again. A friend recommended Wilson's Home Improvements, so I contacted Mike Wilson. He and his team came out and pressure checked the system and sure enough...both service ports were leaking out the top. I bought a low and high side port, Mike's team replaced them, pressure tested the system and added refrigerant. The unit has worked great for more than a year now. Was sent to my address for leaking water line,come twice and still leaking,got paid and never…read morestopped the leak. This is 2.disabled people they took advantage of. 3 month warranty and said they won't be back as they come back to fix Josh's mistake. Never expected waterford people to be shady like these. ADA will be getting notified about your business taking advantage of disabled people. I have video of the day's y'all came out and clearly shows the leak still on as your workers left saying it was fixed . Shame on y'all.

He said he would be back the next morning to fix the problem. He did show up and spent 15 minutes "fixing" the problem. 2 hours later after paying him $90 it was broke again so my landlord called and said it was broke again and he said he would be back the next morning to replace the entire hot water heater. He told her it would be $1800 to replace it. The next morning he never showed so my landlord called him and he said he forgot to come and he would be there the following morning and he would take an hour off the work he would do. He never showed again the second day in a row. Our land lord called a different plumber and they came the next day. They found the problem within minutes. For 1 Jay didn't even put the part on right. after trying different things it ended up that we needed a new hot water heater. That $1800 he claimed it would cost for a replacement was a crock of crap. The other plumber did the entire job for $1000 including the time they spent trying to troubleshoot. I would not recommend Faith Plumbing. If you enjoy cancelling plans and wait with no call and no show 2 days in a row than Faith Plumbing is the plumber for you.

When Ed arrived he was thorough, friendly, and more than willing to answer my questions. After the job was done Bill called me and even reduced the price a bit. Really great experience and I thoroughly will be using True Blu Pluming again.
