The service guy said they thought it was a turbo which 9.5 to 10 quarts our car takes 7 quarts. My husband took it back and the same message came up "oil limit above maximum" my husband called back and was told they would call us back and never did. It cost approximately $160. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.

So I paid for it over the phone when I got in my car after I started it. First thing I did was push the all-wheel drive button. It didn't work. It just went out. So I left a review and I left the voicemail the following Monday. Kevin called me and said that they would like to make it right with me including giving me a loaner but they didn't have one right now. As soon as they got one they would make it right for me.
