What a joke!! The first time the technician came to our house. He was friendly courteous to the point.. pure parts and came back a couple of weeks later only installed one of the two parts that he said he ordered and wanted to close a ticket out. I called back the same day and let them know the repairs did not work a second visit was scheduled between the first and the upcoming second visit. I left a negative review based on my wife's interaction with a technician that came to my house. They just called me and said they're canceling the ticket because of the review I left. How do you expect to survive in this business? If you're unwilling to accept constructive feedback will never do business with these folks again and I recommend no one else does either. The feedback is constructive. It is simply a matter if you're willing to view it as such. You had the opportunity to place the part that you ordered yet you chose not to. read more

We are currently renting from amazingly attentive people and within a 12 hour span of letting our landlord know our dishwasher wasn't working properly we had an appointment, quickly followed by a visit and diagnosis of the issue because Bob was able to get us on his busy schedule first thing in the am. His demeanor was extremely open and pleasant, his queries thorough and his knowledge on point! Horrible service. 1st and only time that I will ever call busters. The guy was suppose to fix the leak I had in my washer but didn't do anything. He had an attitude like he didn't want to be there, argued that he was there to fix another washer that we didn't own, then just left. I then called the office and they corrected him and made him come back. He came back and still didn't do anything, just told me to have Sears (I had Sears coming the next day to fix something else) come and fix it because his lazy fatass didn't want to do any work. If I could leave zero stars I would, I'm not a critical person especially when it comes to people working in my house but this man was extremely unprofessional. From the jump he was rude and his attitude was unnecessary, his overall tone was horrible, acting annoyed the whole time and even refusing to shake my hand when he came in. Not only was he unprofessional by making repeated comments about my stove he also just seemed completely uninterested in performing his job.He barely looked at my dishwasher and disregarded all concerns I had. Don't hire this person unless you're willing to pay for someone to ignore your comments and concerns. 0/10 would not recommend. I was truly disappointed that I paid good money for a bad repairman. We had an issue with our washer and our over the stove microwave the week of thanksgiving. What a great way to kick off the holidays. Bob returned our call promptly, and was able to diagnose the problems of both items by my description of the troubles. He showed up on time as promised, confirmed his thoughts on the problems and got parts quickly and had us squared up in short order. We felt his rates were reasonable. Courteous and reliable service. We even got a bit of a price break for multiple appliances receiving service in the same call. From what I can tell, the man knows his trade and earned his stripes. My home warranty company sent Buster's out to me when my stackable washer's pump went on 3/7/19. I stated, as I always do, that the washer and dryer are stacked in a tight closet type room off of a small tight room. Buster's sent out 2 workers. The younger guy got in there trying to figure the problem out, but never took anything apart to really find the issue. The older extremely grumpy man can into my home never acknowledging I was even there. Looked at the washer from a distance, grunted and told the younger guy that he will have to order parts. They both got in their truck and left. If I wasn't following the old grump through my house, I would have never known what was taking place. There was no communication. Three days later another company called about my washer and was fixed a few days later. The new company said "Buster's didn't want to deal with it." I'm very easy, tell me you're not comfortable working on an assignment or you don't know how and I will gladly find someone that is willing to get paid. Don't just ignore the homeowner. WHAT HORRIBLE SERVICE from Buster's! I have asked my home warranty company to NEVER send them back to my home. read more

Used Buster's Appliance Repair for the first time today. I called this morning and spoke with Julie. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. Within a couple of minutes I had an appointment window for this afternoon that accommodated my work schedule. I received a text stating that Bob was on his way and I could track his progress. He arrived on time and within minutes knew what was wrong with my washer and dryer. He had the necessary parts on the truck and was finished in 45 minutes. Rates are extremely reasonable. Terrible service! Filed a claim with American home shield. 5 days later with no washing machine, the technician showed up to make sure no adult was home even though my 16 year old son told you to call me when I was 10 minutes away. Hmmm did you make that clear before you showed up??? No you didn't... I'm being charged for a 100 dollar service call that you clearly didn't want to do and you didn't service anything by leaving. I'm so disappointed with Buster's appliance repair. The Tech that came to my house 3 times did not fix my dishwasher and said he's done...he's been here 3 times and its fixed he says. A dishwasher is supposed to sanitize and get hot (steamy when you open the door) Buster's said the dishes are dry except for the plastic ones...I asked if he could run it to see what I'm talking about and he said Busters doesn't have time to wait for a cycle to see that it's not getting hot. Most importantly the technician was very rude and does not listen or understand when you are explaining the issue. My technician was the man in the picture and I was really took back by the way he talked to me when I was trying to explain what's going on...he said...I'm done-this is my 3rd time out here and I don't see a problem...I've never written a Yelp review...and never been treated so rudely by someone who should be of service especially in my home. I do want to say that Buster's receptionist was wonderful to work with...and I really appreciate the way she talked to me and schedules appointments. I would never let that rude man back into my house and warn others about his work or appliance repair skills. I want to also note that he spent less than 10 minutes looking at my dishwasher the first time...and less than 5 minutes this time. read more
