These are the people you want to call when you need an appliance fixed, hands down. From the first time I spoke with Crystal I knew she was going to be good. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and of course professional, but also very personable. I did not feel like I was just someone they were hoping to make quick money off of. We had just gotten a new to us oven and had an issue with the insulation inside of it and Crystal and Dennis were the only people who were willing to help without hesitation and at a great, fair price. I could have ordered the part I needed myself, but Crystal was able to find what we needed for about 75% cheaper and she didn't upcharge the heck out of us for it! Repair day went smoothly, both Crystal and Dennis arrived when they said they would, kept us in the loop about things, and were super friendly. They were able to get our repair done really quickly too (you can tell she's been doing this sort of stuff for years!) and they even double checked the oven after it was hooked back up to make sure everything was okay with the gas line, etc. Great, great, customer service. We will be bypassing any other repair companies in the future and will be going straight to Crystal and Dennis. I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Aire. They are the nicest and most professional people. I needed both my dishwasher and refrigerator repaired. They located the problem with my dishwasher and came back the following day with the part to repair it. My refrigerator freezer was overheating and not keeping my food frozen. This was a second hand refrigerator and I had been having lots of other problems with it over the years. It was going to be an expensive repair and I really didn't want to put that much money into it but I couldn't afford a brand new one. They said they could find me a refurbished one for a lot less and they would make sure it was in good working condition . They sent me pics ahead of time to make sure it was one I would like. It was beautiful. I'd never had one that nice before. They delivered it and had made sure it was clean and spotless and everything was working correctly on it. There were a few minor things that needed replaced such as a wheel for one of the drawers. They had already ordered the parts for it and said they would come back and replace all the little minor things when the parts come in. They paid attention to every little detail about the refrigerator and made sure I knew exactly how everything worked and how to replace the filter and gave me lots of tips on how to keep it maintained and running properly. Called Crystal for a bad fan on a newer refrigerator and she fit me in quickly. Crystal and her hubby were extremely kind, courteous, and professional, and I was comfortable having them in my home. Crystal was EXTREMELY thorough as this was the second time my fan has gone out. We talked about what the issues could be and she discussed all my options. Come to find out the last repairman had dropped a small bit of insulation into the fan which was likely the issue, but only time wold tell for sure. (Crystal even offered to call the warranty folks for me because I just didn't want to deal with them again.) Even though I was willing to replace the fan then and there for a few hundreds bucks, Crystal encouraged me to just wait and see if the issue was resolved, and if not, she would come back out and apply my service charge to the repair. So all in all, I got two people working on my appliance for well over an hour, and Crystal only charged me the service fee. (Because yay!! The insulation was the issue.) read more

She was running a little behind, but was kind enough to call first and let me know and since I'm stuck at home anyway it wasn't a huge issue. She was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Called Crystal to fix a refrigerator, dryer and dishwasher. She was so personable and knowledgeable that it was refreshing. She explained what was going on as she was assessing the problems. Showed us the issues and took care of what she could while she was there. Made several calls for parts while working and let us know what she was going to do when she returned. One of the things I really appreciated was that she understood when I told her I didn't grow up with these appliances in the home (except fridge, of course), so didn't know how to clean them or upkeep them. Crystal, and her partner Dennis, were recommended by my contractor to fix my fridge which had no water or ice. After giving me a $280+ quote (which I thought was high) she proceeded to fix the water supply, but said that she needed another part to fix the ice issue. When I got upset about this she said she would only charge me for the part, not the $85 service call or labor costs. Two days later the water stopped working. Apparently there is another $300 part that I need to keep the water hose from freezing. Forget it!!! While Crystal was working on the fridge, Dennis was removing the down draft for my stove. He tore two holes in the wall between the kitchen and living room, which my contractor had to repair/sheetrock/paint the following day. Wow Crystal!! Nice response! They are the only ones who would come out when I tried for 6 months to get a repair company out. It was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, my machine is just a pure butt head and has what feels like 100 control boards. We replaced 2 of the boards, hoping it would be them, but the weird code is still showing up. There is one board left, and I am not sure if I want to throw more money at this machine or not. Samsung had said they would send someone out for $160 to diagnose the machine, and I have a sneaking suspicion that samsung is trying to have their guy come and reset some code that's in the machine just like the TPS sensors in some of the newer cars. Crystal has been very professional and has done a very thorough job. Once I have some time to mull it over, I may as well have the last board purchased, but I am not sure. 06/05/2019 I found Crystal Aire Appliance Repair online about a year ago when our dryer broke down. She came out right away and had our dryer fixed within the day. She was professional, thorough and very reasonably priced. Yesterday we woke up to a warm refrigerator. I pulled Crystal's receipt out of our file and had my husband give her a call. She had a full schedule but made time before her first appointment to come out to see if the unit could even be fixed, our refrigerator is 11 years old. After troubleshooting the issue Crystal assured us she could fix the problem but she was booked for the day. She bypassed the issue so we could plug the unit back in and not lose all the contents and then made time for us at the end of her day. Crystal and Dennis are an amazing team. Here are the reasons why I went with them and will stay with them for all future repair/installation services. (1) we requested a quote due to their already stellar reviews. (2) they were very responsive via text and Yelp messaging, evenings/weekends, they always responded. (3) their rate was well below their competitors (4) they kept me informed when they ran behind due to another job. (5) after they were done, Crystal decided to turn on my stove burners and found that one wasn't working. Crystal went ahead and fixed it free of charge. That was really nice of her. (6) Both Crystal and Dennis are such down to earth people, and they seemed to care more about customer satisfaction than their bottom line, which is rare. For example, after they installed the range hood, we pulled off the protective film and found an inch scratch in the middle and a dent at the top. This was not their fault, but they noticed how disappointed I was that they offered to install the new range hood for free if I order the exact same one. They kept their words, but, because I ordered a different brand, they charged just a small service fee, instead of the full install fee.
