I have only had a few repair folks actually do exactly what they say a couple times. So the oven (3years old) decided to not work .. not happy. I had called him a few weeks ago about my dryer pulley going out but unfortunately it was so close to Christmas and he had so many other appointments and other stuff with myself we just couldn't line something up for him to come by!
