First hired this company to install a water heater two years ago. Andy did that install, and we were really happy with it. Fast forward to our dishwasher this year. HB couldn't work on it so they referred my mother to Andy (the brother) who has apparently started his own side business. Well. Andy did NOT impress this time. Our dishwasher didn't leak before, it just wasn't draining. After Andy left, it started leaking. We called him to come back out, which he did the next day but said we needed a part. We didn't hear from him for days with no response to texts. A week later he texted stating there was issue with the part but should be resolved in a day or so. That was the last we heard from him and there has been no response since. Basically burned my mother for $150 and left the dishwasher in worse shape. After texting Issac to ask what was going on with his brother, still no response. I am only leaving this review here, as Andy doesn't seem to have his own business listing, and we were referred by HB. read more

My washer was leaking a ton of water out the bottom. I called first thing and he got back so fast! He was able to come in 10 minutes. He was super thorough and knowledgeable. In 1.5 hours total, it was fixed. Cost me less than $200 for parts and labor. WAY cheaper than a new washer. I feel really good, too, since he said it's an older but good quality machine. On Friday, we needed our dryer fixed by Monday, before a renter returned. Isaac was able to squeeze us into his route on Saturday morning, even though we are outside his normal service area, because we were about 20 minutes away from his first scheduled repair, and he happened to have the part we needed. We are very grateful for his professionalism, and extra effort to accommodate us so quickly! He cleaned out the inside of the dryer, and replaced the heating element. On 4/13, I called and was able to reach Isaac. He came out on 4/13 to replace the part (wash plate). He said that my transmission needed replacing, and that was the cause for making the wash plate go bad again. He ordered the part and it was installed on 4/19. It cost me an additional $384, which was disappointing; $619 total on the repairs. I was disappointed that the transmission error wasn't discovered during the first diagnosis On May 6, Isaac reached out to see how the washer was working for me, and I appreciated that he took the time to follow-up on the repair afterward. read more

Isaac was referred to me for refrigerator repair. He was prompt calling me back to arrange a home visit. He was very nice and courteous. The unit was not cooling and Isaac's diagnosis was a blocked port from ice. We followed his recommendations. Upon restart, the fridge never cooled to ideal temp and I called Isaac and left a vm to return my call but he never did. We just opted to go buy a new unit after all was said and done. Wished we got a return call. UPDATE: Heard back from Isaac after posting my yelp review. He offered to refund the money which was nice of him but I explained to Isaac the money was his to keep for driving out to our country side home. Thanks Isaac! 5 stars! read more

Isaac came out to check our non-working refrigerator the same day I called, even arriving earlier than stated! He diagnosed the issue, fixing it immediately. Then two days later our freezer stopped cooling. Again, Isaac came out, even on a Saturday! Again, he diagnosed the problem, but part wouldn't be available for two days. In the interim, Isaac gave suggestion on how to keep freezer from completely shutting down. A plus that day was Isaac vacuuming behind the refrigerator. (embarrassing sight for me!) Then Monday, Isaac called, came out with part needed for freezer. Both repair calls, I can say Isaac was friendly, knowledgeable, and his fees are reasonable.
