He was motivated and kind to take my bike in looked at it and pumped it up for free, and answered all my questions and I ended up buying the adapter valves to help me in the future. Their website shows over a hundred electric motors available. Almost thought it was a digitally enhanced photo. Other places had months long waiting periods. When I called, Nicole answered my technical questions and invited me to visit for a test ride. The visit was an eye opener. The place has racks full of motors and scores of e-bikes of all styles with the ability to test anything of interest. The test drive was the cincher, their drives do not hold back. I was a believer! Their drive really gets up and takes off. They support good sized dealer system. Nichol provided me with a list of their dealers on a Monday, I called a dealer on Tuesday and made a CC purchase, the E-bike kit arrived on Thursday.
