When I asked about the timing, I was told there were 12 bicycles ahead of mine and that it would take 10 days before the work could be completed. I was also informed that if I paid an additional $100, my bicycle could be moved up the service queue and completed sooner. This would have brought my total cost to roughly $350. Instead, I took my bicycle to a bike shop in Hamilton, where the repair was completed promptly for $50. I appreciate that this experience helped me explore other options and ultimately save approximately $300. Unfortunately, after being a customer since your days in South Brunswick, I have decided that I will no longer be shopping at your store or using your service department. I am sharing my experience so that others can make informed decisions when choosing where to have their bicycles serviced.

My fault for not checking, but I put some of my trust to the bike shop for doing a pre-sale inspection... guess not. I've called 5 times now about getting the tube bag and Jennifer claims she mailed it 3 times. Every call is a new excuse. All I wanted was the bag that was supposed to come with the bike and the task seems too difficult for her. If you buy a bike here check it over extremely well before you leave because they have a book of excuses to use if anything is damaged or missing.
