Went here for the first time today to get takeout breakfast. I won't be going back! Worst service ever. Waited more than a half hour for breakfast bowls which shouldn't take long to prepare. Watched the chaos in the kitchen as I waited. The front end wasn't much better, the girl that took my order tried to give it to someone else when it was finally ready. My wife and I were driving on the 90 and decided to stop here for breakfast based on Google reviews. It's an interesting setup where you grab menus, order at the counter, and then find a table. Our food was good and my chai tea latte was tasty, but the standout was the biscuits and gravy. It was DELICIOUS!!! I'm glad we decided to stop and give it a try. Visited here Sunday morning and was able to easily get a table for 3. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered the banana French toast, sausage breakfast sandwich and a vegetarian breakfast bowl. Everything was delicious. I wish they had more juice options as they just have your basic OJ and apple. I would definitely come back here. read more

If you are vegan and looking for a place to give you good options it is a good coffee shop to go to. However, they were rude when told that we couldn't have the iced coffee they made, they put caramel sauce in it instead of the syrup. The coffee was great and so were some of the baristas, but the few that seemed upset and gave us looks ruined the experience. read more

This is such a lovely little café tucked away in Victor with a really cozy atmosphere and some delicious breakfast, lunch, and pastries! The menu is inclusive as well with gluten free and vegetarian meat options It even had Halloween decorations. All around a great spot! read more

I planned on bringing my 4 year old and 12 month old to lunch there so that they could play afterwards. I decided to call ahead and put my baby's order in (just a hot dog) because he was really whiny and hungry. The owner got on the phone and told me that I was being "rude and inconsiderate of other customers" for even asking them to do that. That customers would potentially see me get my food before them and go sit down. Really?? She was very snotty and rude on the phone and she definitely lost a customer out of me. read more

We tried this place in Victor other day for first time and we were very satisfied! The food was good and a lot better quality than other places we have tried in past. The quasadilla I had was very good. The fruit on my husbands waffle was fresh and very good too. We will for sure be back to this place! The owner was very nice and friendly. This place is a wonderful little gem right in the village, great food, with the most friendly hardworking staff I've ever met, they really go above and beyond even when they are mobbed they do the best they can, as for the comment made by Darrin B down below, I was there exactly 11 days ago and if he is the same person when I was there which I believe he is, all I have to say is how dare you! They place was mobbed and many people were waiting even longer then you, there was very little staff and they were working their butts off. It's a little cafe not a huge restaurant. So patience is must. You made a huge scene like a little child, throwing your chair into the table, screaming at the really young barista making her break down also scaring tables of families in the process, YOU asshat, have no right even putting a review on this establishment. Of course a coward like you is not going to include how disrespectful you were. For their sake I hope you never go back. Actually based on your other reviews you should just stay away from people all together. The cook lady with glasses was extremely rude, simple breakfast/lunch food came out after 45 mins. And she responded extremely rude after a simple question of "when will the food be ready?". maybe she is the owner/partner/family of the owner, but this is no way of running a neighbourhood business. We visited this place because we want to support local small businesses but clearly we are not good enough for this place. If you plan to wait 30mins for average quality food in a basement, then this place is for you. read more

I had a breakfast sandwich, it just wasn't great especially for the price. Eggs and bacon were dry. For that and a latte it was $11, the latte didn't taste good either unfortunately. Just moved to the area and was excited to have a cafe nearby but it was bad. read more

Busy Bean was the perfect lunch spot in Victor! We stopped by after a hike at Mendon Ponds Park, and we were so delighted by the cheerful service as well as the clear thought given to ensure social distancing and sanitization. There was hand sanitizer in multiple locations, and there was plenty of outdoor (and indoor) seating. Even better, the food was delicious. Members of my party greatly enjoyed the breakfast platter (reported as "well-seasoned"), the breakfast burrito, and the Italian panini. I ate a wrap, and I loved that I could customize it myself because I have dietary restrictions. And the service was above and beyond -- a staff member came outside to ask us how our food was, which is above what I expect for a small cafe. We will happily be back! read more
