I joined when they had new management and launched a special and so far it's been awesome to get all of our cars a membership. We bought the premium one $40 for $20 and we love it. All five cars have it. The owner and his staff are nice and kind. This is the best car wash in the entire San Joaquin County if anything all the way to the SF Bay Area and on the other side, Sacramento, El Dorado and Stainslaus County. I used to be a member of MisterCarwash but the young ppl that work there are not like the ppl at Busy Bee! Business ethics not so great,when it comes to billing it's a big problem. I was lied to.I got charge $40 expecting to be charged $10. When they first opened I was there couple days after they opened it was $10 a month or two dollars each time ,that's what I was told. So I signed up for $10 a month and you can cancel it anytime first month no problem $10 next month (September )40 dollars charge to my card. I had my bank take it off. I Tried to call them absolutely no communication. Then this morning. They called me at 6:30 am when I answered they hung up. I called them back a couple of hours later like always it's constantly says their mailbox is full only taking numbers. This is Unacceptable which is a shame because the wash is actually fantastic!
