Hours on Yelp are inaccurate. It's not likely the fault of the owners. But today I took pains to be there during their actual business hours because I am desperate to do my laundry. Nope. I was sent away for the second day in a row because they say they're short staffed and had to close at 4pm instead of 6pm. I'd call on management to do a better job of being in control of your socials. It's mandatory in these times. And not being open during advertised hours isn't a good look for a business. Grab the reigns, and run your business. Don't let your employees run you. Disappointing. read more

I have been a customer for several years The staff is helpful and addresses me by name. Once they lost an expensive bed spread and that was upsetting however they compensated us immediately. My shirts always come back clean, fresh, and looking great. The staff always has suggestions for hard to remove stains. The pace at the laundry is nonstop. You can tell the associates work hard and always make the customer feel comfortable. read more

The friendly people saying for this business is a joke. I walked in because the doors were wide open and the open sign was on. Apparently they are no longer letting people wash stuff but it was a customer who told me, and only after i wasted my detergent and loaded the washer. Then the lady working there jumped in to yell at me and tell me i was way past the last wash time and that they were closed. Mind you she was there the whole time standing there saying nothing until the customer spoke up. Why would you not say thay when people walk in??? What a load of crap. The attendant was rude and informed me that they close at 7:45 when the hours on the door clearly state til 8 pm. Wouldn't let me take the 15 mins I needed to dry my laundry when they should have been open 45 more mins. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. . *This is for customers and aspiring employees* save yourself the headache and overwhelming stress and literally drive 5 more minutes up the road to LITERALLY any other laundry/dry cleaner's. The owner is constantly on your back.. There are a few employees that come in either SO drunk they can barely talk or high out of their mind. It's a very toxic, disgusting environment. Both the washers and dryers are priced too high on purpose to make you spend more, the staff dryers have different temperature settings than the regular dryers. they say their the friendly folks but all the employees do is talk about the customers negatively.. if you drop off dry cleaning and it has stains or smells the manager will literally make a scene and not even clean it, then charge the customer 50-100$ acting like they did clean it and give it back to you saying some of the stains didn't come out. if you drop of bags of laundry to get washed they up the weight so you pay more per pound. it's unprofessional, MANY off-putting secret's, the place is falling apart and you can see that thing's are just thrown together all "ghetto" like. The only people that really come in are people who know the owner and would feel bad if they didn't come in. Would not EVER recommend. read more

A really nice laundromat with fast washers - 20 minutes- and efficient dryer - our clothes were done in 30 minutes. Friendly staff, helpful when vending machines eat your $ without giving you detergent. We will come again! Great for using while vacationing in the area. read more
