They didn't even get the linens completely wet. When I reported to a worker she said she would go get lead Person. This short brunette came out. She didnt even want to touch the sheet that had just come out of the wash. She said "it's slightly damp". I said, " that's barely damp." I tried to show her the folded up pillow case that wasn't even wet in middle and she walked away saying there was nothing they could do. When I said, "I wouldn't be coming back. She said, " doesnt do anything to me." Washers 69,66. She didn't even check the washers To see if there was an issue. I guess she is waiting for more people to have issues. An older woman was leaving and she had overheard. She had same issue on other side row and no one helped her either. So what to do with the stuff that didn't wash thoroughly well I had to use the washer that did work. But all of it was a time suck and down $14 for Machines that didn't clean. Plus paying extra $15 to wash again. I come twice a year and I've had An issue before with a machine but the attendant was helpful. Not so much today

Downside it is on the main road and getting in and out can be a pain depending on which way you are going. They have onsite washing and drying, Full-size washers and dryers along with smaller ones. They have a few carts for the machines which is good to avoid clutter but can be a bit annoying if they are all taken. They have a smart link system that connects the washers and such with a digital system. So that is extremely helpful if you don't carry coins or cash. I have not dealt with the dry cleaning portion of the building as of yet. I have heard mostly good things from people that have. The staff that I have limited contact with are kind and helpful There is limited seating on the inside so be ready to sit in your car. (Which some people prefer) Washing and drying times are very reasonable. The inside of the building is well kept. There is out front parking but very Limited. The outback is bigger and semi-well Lit.

After my wedding, I took her recommendation and used them to take care of my dress (I'm local!) It took about two months for my dress to be complete, but I was very impressed with the process from start to finish (and the staff I worked with!)  A couple weeks after I picked up my dress, I received a card from Angela, the Garment Care Coordinator, with a thank-you note congratulating me on my wedding and a $30 gift card for any future service. I felt confident knowing my dress was in good hands and am so happy that my dress is finally home safe! About two months ago I brought two jackets in to be dry cleaned and zippers replaced. On my jacket…read morethe lady said I bet your jacket zipper just needs some lubricants on it. So she tried that and the zipper seemed to work but I asked her to please let the professional check the zipper first to ensure it's going to be okay as winter is coming. I pick up the jackets about two weeks later. My husband's jacket was fixed - great! I go to wear mine and the zipper is completely broken. So this is disappointing. For one the lubricants did not work and two, the seamstress clearly did not check the jacket. Probably no fault to the seamstress. So I take the jacket back. I told them "hey the jacket needs a new gold colored zipper". I write down gold colored zipper, the lady makes a note of this ( the jacket has gold colored hardware). She says it's going to be about six weeks. Okay great. They call saying the jacket is ready. I go to pick it up, six weeks later, and they put a black zipper on the jacket. If they did not have a gold colored zipper than you call and ask me first if it's okay to put on a black zipper. You don't just proceed to do something that ruins the aesthetic of the jacket. I asked why this happened and a very kind lady explained that zippers are hard to come by since Covid. That's understandable. However after a quick search on Google, I noticed quickly you can buy gold zippers for $8 bucks. So I am very disappointed. I will call back Monday to see if they can fix this or give me my money back. Based on how they handle this... I'll update the review. For now I have been disappointed twice in a row and likely won't ever be back. Also, there is one young lady who works there who is anything but friendly and welcoming. More of a "what in the heck do you want" vibe. Yikes. No thanks!

It is a comfort to be able to do your wash without contending with the crowds and competition for washers and dryers of much larger laundromats. The staff at Auburndale is helpful and friendly. The washers are nearly brand-new and very reliable. Although the dryers have been in place for some time, they have always worked well for me. I will exchange the quiet and service of this small laundromat for the bells and whistles of a larger, newer one, every-single-time.

I was driving past so I figured I'd stop in and see if it was this location so I could open an account. The response I got was "We don't do that here." in a rude way. That's fine, no problem. I asked if she knew which location might do that for my building and the response was "It's like you're trying order a cake at the meat department" while rolling her eyes. Uh, what?? I just left and won't use the other location's pick up/drop off service now. How someone like that keeps her job is beyond me.
