I have ALWAYS called them for any servicing I've needed with the machine--- A LOYAL CUSTOMER! I would make jokes with the tech and this time, yesterday, even gave them fresh blackberries from my garden. I ALWAYS LOVED THEIR WORK, NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. Never complained to them, said nothing negative and always paid them as requested. I'm not a problem customer. I had a huge problem which costed me $1150 for the deep clean of the machine inside, due to not having the filter inside and a recharge. So the deep clean is like $800 some dollars. It got cleaned, I needed to go get the cash to pay them, so I got the cash went to Lowes bought the filters the techniciand who was at my house said to buy, he told me sister and she texted me the info caz I called her while she was at my house with the technician. I bought 5 filters of the size HE told me to buy. Brought them home, made a joke to the technician about this is the last part of the job, handed it to him and he installed the filter. Turns out it was the wrong filter installed all month, the filter was on the floor ALL month, caz it was too small, therefore, the machine needs a deep clean again. It is not working, freezing over and these guys WONT accept responsibility and fix the problem. They came yesterday looked at everything and is redirecting the blame to me saying it was my fault for having installed the wrong filter, when I didn't place it in there to begin with and because the closet was dirty. The tech was here and I gave the filter to him and my sister was here to even validate everything that transprired. I am not an HVAC technician, I followed what was told, used the 16×20 filter and change the filter once a month - I went to change it after the first month after they came and that is when i seen it was on the floor, everything was wet--- I followed what was instructed and now out even more money, but not before we suffer from heat exhaustion since I don't have another $800 to fork out to fix it right away. So in a month we received a charge (service call i assume) for coming bye, a month later a second bill. So i went to their Company website and it plainly states no charge for replacement estimates. The first year, nothing was done since the furnace began to work when the temperature increased. The 2nd year, they said the thermostat was bad and replaced it, charging us for the labor to replace it. I paid this invoice believing the problem was solved. The 3rd year, the technician said that the exhaust ductwork was sloped toward the furnace causing the condensation to back up and shut down the furnace. I was invoiced a significant amount but I declined to pay since it was an installation mistake that should have been corrected earlier. After 4 years of trying to correct the problem, they are now refusing to correct the (continuing) problem and we were again without heat in the morning. I did an internet search to see if anybody else had this problem and found it was a common problem with gas furnaces installed in an attic. All that was required was to insulate the condensate drain outside. I purchased a $4 piece of insulation and installed it myself. We have had no problem since. Seems like a "professional" HVAC company should have known this type of problem and not corrected it earlier. It's sad that a company does not take pride in providing a professional quality service.

I purchased the Goodman heat pump (model #GSZ140301) and air handler (model ASPT37B14) with the Asure ten year parts and labor warranty from antonelli Comfort Solutions. It was installed September 24, 2021 by antonelli's employees (Shannon and a helper) but the heat pump has never operated correctly since the day it was installed. When the unit was installed it wasn't cooling properly so I called their office and antonelli came to check it. He said the unit was low on refrigerant but it was on the other truck and he would send Shannon by. When Shannon checked it he said he couldn't get a reading on the low pressure side. I'm not sure what Shannon did but the unit cooled better but it wasn't long before we needed heat. The unit wasn't heating the house so called antonelli's office again and they sent Shannon back to check it. Shannon said he had failed to connect a wire and that's why the unit wasn't heating.. I don't know for a fact what he did but we got through the winter. Summer of 2022 the heat pump cooled very poorly but I couldn't get antonelli to return my numerous calls or send someone to check it. The 10 year warranty requires an annual inspection of the unit so I was able to antonelli to do that on September 16, 2022. antonelli told me the unit was a half pound low of refrigerant so he said he added that amount. He was at my house a total twenty minutes so obviously he didn't do much of an inspection! In July 2023 the unit was cooling very poorly again so after numerous calls antonelli came to check the heat pump on August 10th. He said the unit was a pound and a half low of refrigerant so he said he added that amount. The next day I received a bill from antonelli in the amount of $101.41 for the service call. I wrote antonelli on August 12th to dispute the charge because I have the ten year parts/labor warranty and for a new heat pump to be low on refrigerate twice in 22 months had to either be a problem with the equipment or the installation. antonelli never responded to my letter. I called his office seven times leaving messages with his office worker (Melissa) and on his voicemail but he never called me back. (About two weeks after I posted this review antonelli unexpectedly sent me a refund check for $101.40. Written a the refund check was "refund for check #**** customer has labor & parts warranty). While I'm glad I finally got my money back it does beg the questions why did he charge me to start with? and why didn't he reply to my letter disputing the charge?) I literally spent months trying to find another HVAC company that would except the warranty. When I finally found one I immediately cut alllll ties with antonelli. When telling someone of the problem I was having with antonelli they said "well maybe he's really busy" to which I replied he made time to cash my seven thousanddddd dollar check by God he should made time to call me back!" It's reprehensible that antonelli didn't respond to my letter, my numerous phone calls or correct the problems with the brand new heat pump/air handler I paid him for, so yes he's the worst person I've done business with in the past 29 years!!
