I decided to give Humphrey a call despite the reviews, and I am beyond impressed! When I called to inquire about service, the techs arrived in less than 20 minutes at my door. The customer service agent was kind, clear, and helpful. The techs were mindful of our home as it was pouring rain outside, and they wanted to ensure they didn't track all the extra water and dirt from outside. Which was greatly appreciated and just an additional plus to their service! They troubleshooted everything, found the issue, and addressed it immediately. They explained everything they were doing and took pictures and videos, which are all documented in our home's file with their company for reference at a later date. The owner called us back that afternoon with a quote, and we decided to move forward with replacing the system. The installation crew was fantastic. They were polite, efficient, personable, and took the time to explain everything before they left. They were also great with our dogs, even though I tried my best to keep our "helpers" from supervising the job.
