They had an empty home to clean and couldn't even wipe dust off surfaces. They did not clean out any cabinets or drawers. The brand new carpet was dirtier when they left than before they arrived. As far as I can tell, they sprayed some air freshener and then left. Stupidly, I paid for this right away and told them they did a good job because I figured who the hell would advertise themselves as a cleaning service if they, you know, don't actually clean anything? Lesson learned, and an expensive one -- $1700 for a "move-in house cleaning" and window washing. And then to top it off, one of the employees felt that he could be sexist and rude to my wife because she was not the one who originally contacted them. They also refused to return my money.
