Janet is detail-oriented and friendly. She wanted to be sure I was pleased with what she had done; so she asked me to walk through at the end. She didn't get as much done as I expected, and she was here much longer than I thought she would be. This was her first time, though. What she did was well done, meticulous actually. The kitchen floor looked fabulous! Cleaner than it has ever been. There were permanent (we thought) marks that are gone now. She was willing to stay even longer. It was I who said no. She seemed frustrated, but she was polite about it. The tasks she left were small ones. This was her first time with us. It won't take as long as she gets to know our house, I hope. it was a horrible experience she came here and critiqued my home like she was an inspector.......were an older couple late 78+ expected us to help carry in all her supplies actin like this was at social event !!!! wish i had saw her other reviews .......completed no rooms ...she had 3 started rooms at once. We requested a deep clean for my grandmas house . She showed up late by an hour. She was here for seven hours and only "cleaned" two rooms. She charged by the hour and sat down to watch tv and spent time turning a rug which was not requested. The two rooms were the kitchen and living room. Many surfaces still had noticeable dust and food residue that was not cleaned off. She never mopped in seven hours either. In the living room she did vacuum the main rug well and wipe down the wood shelves nice however the dining table and entryway ledge on the edge of the living room was still completely dirty and all of the window sills still had dirt. We've had several deep cleans and usually there is scrubbing to get surfaces clean, not just light wiping. Additionally, she was texting me asking me judging questions about my mothers basket of fabric softener and vitamins she bought in bulk.
