This place claims "never frozen" and "melt in your mouth" texture. I specifically ordered a deluxe burger and selected onion rings as the side that came with it. I then ordered a separate side of French fries. In my special instructions, I simply wrote that I wanted the French fries cooked well done. When my DoorDash order arrived, my deluxe burger came with fries instead of the onion rings I had selected, on top of the separate order of fries I had already purchased. I considered letting it go, but after spending over $40, ending up with two orders of fries that I never asked for was ridiculous. I called because I wasn't sure if sending the onion rings through DoorDash was even possible, but I wanted to see what solution they could offer. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the "manager" immediately tried to blame me and said, "Well, your special instructions said to make the fries well done." I'll be honest, I lost it. I couldn't believe I was being blamed for a mistake I didn't make. Asking for the French fries to be cooked well done does not mean I was asking to replace my onion rings with another order of fries. At no point did I ask for a substitution for something I specifically selected. Instead of taking accountability or trying to fix the mistake, the manager continued insisting it was somehow my fault. If there was any confusion, the appropriate response would have been to apologize and try to make it right, not blame the customer. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take accountability and doubling down instead of trying to resolve the issue is terrible customer service.
