Food: This is a burger spot that also serves fried chicken, hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches, chicken burgers, ribs, roast beef sandwiches, salads, sides, and shakes. We tried the burger and onion rings, and both were delicious! I especially LOVED the onion rings which were sliced thin and had a nice light batter coating. They are the best onion rings I've ever had. The burger was delicious but nothing mind-blowing. The patties itself were a bit well done, but they had a nice beef flavor. I look forward to going back there to try their other items. Service: Staff were very friendly and welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in. After our meal, they asked how everything was. Excellent staff and service! Ambiance: This is a small casual spot with counter seating along the windows. Not good for large groups, but they have about 10 seats total for dining in. Overall, I would recommend this burger place!

    Good tasting hot dog!!!

Place is worth visiting. Clean, neatly organized, etc. Food tastes great, good quality, nice staff and good selection. Priced right too.

Knish bun for a classic single cheese smash burger.

Solid small business, clean inside and staff is great and welcoming. Ordered a hot dog with mustard which was solid. The true winner though was the smashburger. Ordered it on a Knish as the bun, the Knish was deep fried and spliced open, next time will probably ask them to drop the filling side down on the griddle with a little butter to add a little bite to it. However the cheeseburger was cooked perfect and the pickles were solid on it. Next time will probably try with their sauce and some crispy bacon. Overall highly recommend you get your burger on a Knish and not a regular bun. It costs a little more for the Knish as a bun but 100000000% worth it!!! Go stop in and try it today you will thank me later!

The double steak burger smash was a 3.5/5. It was not bad for a burger but the meat itself tasted a bit off. I also prefer the buns to be fluffier but it was a good trade off for more toppings. They definitely don't skimp and it was filling. The butcher's prime roast beef w/au jus was a 4/5. I don't usually eat roast beef so I don't have much to compare it to but I would buy it again. This was also very filling and I saved half for another meal. It reheated pretty well.

!!! I ordered a few things from here tonight and it was all excellent. I love when I see tater tots on a menu - these did not disappoint. The hotdog was good quality. The roast beef was interesting on first glance, the sandwich looked a bit small, but when I opened it the bread was thin and it was loaded up with meat and very good quality. Loved it. Can't wait to order again.

Great experience!!! 5/5 I saw some sad reviews that really made me feel insecure about the place but is definitely DELIGHTFUL! They dont have a big area to stay in but the bar stool worked perfectly for us (it was 3 adults and 2 kids! The food was prepared pretty fast and whats best, it was DELICIOUS!! The Philly cheesecake was so flavorful and full of meat that made our mouths melt as soon as we saw it! The burguers were the perfect size, you NEED to try the Bensonhurst one! Ps: they dont sell french fries, only the waffle fries which is a little of a bummer, but even the waffle fries were great and crunchy!!

I was waiting for this place to open for the longest time, ever since they put up their sign. After months of wait, I was quite disappointed. I went on a Saturday around lunch time and the place was busy. Ordered the Classic Single Smash Burger ($6.99) and a side of Onion Rings ($4.99). The burger came with a massive amount of thinly shredded lettuce, which made it a little messy to eat. Not flavorful and you definitely need to add some condiments to it. As for the onion rings... please do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ANY SIDES. The onion rings looked so sad. They were not hot and were soggy, like if they were premade and left sitting for hours. Same for the tater tots, cold and soggy. Skip their sides. Very disappointing. If you really, really want a burger, that should be the only thing I recommend ordering from this place.

Insanely good burgers. Any of the specialty burgers is awesome. The onion rings are so light and crispy. This place is a gem.

The food is awful & blend. Ordered Hawaiian Smash Burger, came out with two raw meats & pineapples. Wouldn't recommend it.

¾ of a fried Jumbo Beef hot dog with onions. It was so good that I didn't think to take a picture until I was three bites in.

I love fried hot dogs, but they're more of a Jersey thing. So when I head that Butcher's Burgers was making them, I had to try them. I got the Jumbo Beef with onions. It costs the same as a Nathan's, but it's twice the size and is more flavorful. I was very hungry when they brought it out to me, so when I took that first bite, I slightly burned the roof of my mouth. Generally, you don't expect food to get to you hot, but this was fresh out of the fryer. That notwithstanding, it was so flavorful that I didn't even think to snap a picture until I was three bites into that behemoth. It was one of the best dogs I've had in Brooklyn. I will be back.

Very good ,I got the classic double , everything was fresh, the cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion the wavy fries was good .first time here, will comeback. Service was great.

Right in front: the B4 headed away from Manhattan/towards Sheepshead Bay on Bay Ridge Parkway (75th street). How convenient!

Wow, this place is boppin'! They were so busy that I wasn't sure if they closed early after my first call. three times, no answer. I walked over just to see. They weren't closed; they were too busy for the diversion of phone orders. I can understand why. Kind people, good thin crispy smashburgers that are meant for stacking. Tater Tots with flavor and crunch, not just grease. Custard Shake made rich and pure. Simple, excellent food. Think Shake Shack but local, or BurgerFi's newborn offspring. BurgerFi is the not-too-upscale midrange predecessor to Nathan's, Hinsch's, Like the many great pantheons of old mythology, this father may need to watch over his shoulder. His upstart offspring may grow up to steal the kingdom from beneath Lord BurgerFi. I'm sorry to see Bagels Plus retire to a Bagel Hole in the sky, but rejoice for the timely, culturally relevant new kid on the block. They seem swamped, so I hope to maybe help them with my extensive foodservice expertise in the future. Or some Fine Art, either pre-made from my collection ready for the walls, or some custom commission paintings of Burgers, Brooklyn, and maybe some Butchers? ( Not the one from The Boys, I'd imagine.) Great stuff. And kudos to actually having menus for hungry curious customers! Too many new restaurants fail to realize how much business they are turning away. Cash, credit. B4 towards Sheepshead Bay out front on Bay Ridge Parkway, across from Pastosa on 75th/B.R. Parkway. Across from Tacos El Poblanito truck on the other side of the Ell on New Utrecht Avenue (D Train stops 71st Street and 79th Street hug this location). The B4 towards Bay Ridge is on the other side of the street in front of Talavera Tacos and Ale Flower. I hope these guys get longer hours, 24 hours is my fave! I want more food, more employees, more excuses to sit on this night patio. Breakfast, Lunch, cheap dinner specials. Owners: I'm a great relief worker, held every restaurant position in my youth, need super part-time or seasonal for busy times of year. Maybe even some kind of volunteer program for vouchers or something. I have social media, marketing, design, and office management experience. I really want to help you guys out and see you succeed. Send me a PM! I have a broken phone so photos will be uploaded after I post this.

Let's start with the good - the service and ambiance were on point. I went on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy inside, but since I was a solo diner I was seated immediately by the bar. The servers were friendly and attentive. Probably 3-4 different people checked in multiple times throughout the meal. Where I struggle is with the actual burger itself. As a non-resident New Yorker, for me $22.50 is a lot to spend on a burger and fries. It needs to rock my world at that price point. And it just didn't. I got the B&B Burger. The onion ring tasted like it had been refried a second time to make my burger. The bread was crumbly like it was on the verge of going stale. The actual beef patty itself was decent - good flavor. Usually I can overlook an okay burger if the fries are top notch, but these fries were under-seasoned and also 'just okay'. I also got a side of Chicken Tenders. These were good - no complaints here. I really wanted to like this spot, but not sure this would be a return visit for me.

This place was perfect and its menu was choke full of bargains and bonuses. This place was cute; I mean the bar was front and center and was very impressive but the table seating was charming too. Their lunch menu has a great "build your on burger" which i had a blast doing: Burger Cheddar Cheese Bacon Grilled onions Lettuce Tomato Mayo / BBQ con The service was exceptional, the ambience was very "Taverny [sic]" and my lunch was delicious!

Today however it wasn't pizza that brought me here, it was the famous Emmy Burger. To begin with the atmosphere of the restaurant is dim lighting a few tables with a reasonable sized bar in the middle of the room. They also have an open kitchen concept where just past the bar you can see the cooks working. My server Inda was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. My burger was excellent, normally I don't eat my burger with a knife and folk, but in this case with all the cheese and sauce oozing down the sides, not to mention the caramelized onions, it was necessary. (If I were home I wouldn't mind having burger juices running down my arm, but other people were eating in the restaurant also). The tiny pickles which I can't remember the name of were an added treat to the burger. I decided to order mine with the loaded fries. Just imagine the ground burger with all the toppings covering french fries and add melted white cheese. Since I was alone I didn't order a pizza because how would I eat it all, but next time I will try the pizza. I don't mind paying extra for a burger when it's aged beef and the taste is great. I definitely recommend this location. There is a fast food burger restaurant next door to Emily's but I can't imagine there burgers compare. I will try them another time and let you know. That's all for now, see you on my next review.

They say some things age like fine wine, and I believe this restaurant falls in that category. After 55 years, this family oriented fast food shop known for its famous roast beef sandwich and other popular greasy goodness is still standing. I swung by recently for my usuals and glad to report that everything still tasted the same, just slightly more pricey year after year as expected. My regular order has always been the Roast Beef w/ Cheese, which was maybe $4 when I first tasted it over 25 years ago. It is now $9.45 or $.50 less for no cheese. Regardless, the roast beef (medium) is still tender and juicy, piled on top of a soft and pillowy, freshly made bread that's been dunked in a bath of delicious beef gravy. The ooey gooey cheese makes it complete for me. Everything else is solid. Nothing fantastic or worth driving out of your way for. Don't come here looking for the best version of everything on the menu. However, if in the neighborhood, this place is an inexpensive experience that brings you back in time, when the world was less complicated and a night out with family meant a delicious trip to a local restaurant like Roll-N-Roaster.
