I'm only allowed in my mall by appointment only, once a week to pickup merchandise to process for shipping at my home. Hopefully this will be over soon. Your order will be picked up from the mall today, then processed at my home before it ships. I'm hoping you have you order by Friday" that was Friday May 8th. It is now May 27th. I have reached out twice. Not only do I not have my products, but I have yet to receive a reply or a shipping notice of any kind. I will never order online products from here again. Glut has quality incense and so does Nisey' Boutique- both in Mt. Rainer, MD. I will continue business somewhere else until the pandemic is over. Update: AFTER reaching out to Victoria twice and not receiving a reply, I finally had to threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau about the poor online customer service. Victoria called me to give me this sob story about how she is busting her butt, after she had already agreed to already process my refund. While I am working- she said to me and I quote "while you are running your mouth I am busting my butt". She also mentioned that she doesn't have to be here. Then she hung up on me. Lol. I guess she was mad that I proceeded to give her advice on how to better run her business. So unprofessional. I have referred customers here and am a long time customer of 8 years. At first, I said I would not return until after the pandemic, but her calling put the icing on the cake. I will NEVER shop here again. It felt very targeted and unnecessary. I can't say for sure what he was thinking, but it honestly felt like I was being treated suspiciously because I look younger. I understand that stores need to prevent theft, but the way it was handled made me feel embarrassed and singled out. There are ways to approach customers respectfully without making them feel accused. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is disappointing because I've shopped here before without issues. I hope management addresses how customers are approached, especially younger-looking shoppers. Everyone deserves to feel respected.

During my celebratory trip to Puerto Rico, I'd gotten terrible sunburn on my forehead, and my skin started to resemble a cheap leather bag. I stopped by the MAC counter inside Macy's and encountered some of THE RUDEST, most stank-acting people I have ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with. I must've stood there for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me (with a huff and an eyeroll, no less. Sorry I'm making you do your job, boo.). I told/showed the guy my problem and asked him what I could do. He put some foundation on my face that was no where near either of my complexions (burned or unburned!). It looked hideous and I asked what other options were available. He impatiently informed me that they also sell bronzer. I ask him if I could try it and he proceeds to cake my face in gold dust... then he just walked away. He never checked back with me to see how I liked it or if I needed anything else. Instead, I found him gossiping nearby with another sales person. It's a good thing he didn't ask me if I liked it because I was horrified when I looked in the mirror. I looked like the love child of King Midas. Worst of all, the shit WOULD NOT COME OFF. I don't know if that bronzer contained bits of Gorilla Glue or what, but I used 3 or 4 of the makeup remover wipes and wiped until my face started to get raw and it still looked like I had barely wiped any of it off. I don't care if they were giving away the makeup, there is no way in hell you'd ever catch me at this counter ever again.

Told me I'd made two appointments, which was not the case. She said she couldn't give me the shots because she was alone. Had to wait for McCafe. Jeez people-don't offer appointments you can't staff. Folks, go to CVS. They don't make you wait when they quite obviously have time on their hands.

Here you have a grocery store and big box anchoring the plaza. Giant is on the one end while you have Target on the other. The rest of the stores within are a mix of national brands and local stores. I say that this place reminds me of the stores/malls in the Zohan movie. The names of the stores is what brings this to mind. It does have it's high points here, i.e., they have a movie theater, ample parking, and plenty of stores. However, they do have their low points too. Several stores have closed since I was here last. Z Burger and TJMaxx are noticeably missing. They do still seem to keep pulling in and opening up newer stores. Not sure how they are capable of doing that, but they are. It is a great place for a distraction.
