When we politely pointed out the second mistake, his response felt impatient and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. We were also charged $3.50 for a kids' apple juice, which felt quite overpriced. It's a shame because I do think the owners are genuinely trying hard to build a small business and cater to families.
