My wife and I recently went in on a weekday afternoon to help my elderly father-in-law find a suit for his son's wedding coming up in about a month. We were there for over a half hour looking around and while it's nice to be able to browse without employees pestering you, to not acknowledge you at all felt a little rude. Did we not looked well dressed enough? I was in fact, wearing a suit as my wife and I had just come from performing music for a wedding! We were planning to spend $300-500... My father-in-law didn't know his suit size so my wife was helping him try on different sizes, colors, etc and they started to zero in on a particular suit jacket. This was of course still without any acknowledgment from the guy working there. Granted, there were two other customers hanging around who seemed to be picking up suits they'd had tailored, but they too seemed to mostly just standing there for a long time. Eventually, my wife tried to engage with the employee, asking about options for pants to pair with the jacket as we couldn't seem to find any on the racks. He quickly came over and looked at the same rack we'd been looking at, said that it looks like they don't have any options, and left. Maybe that was indeed the case, but good customer service would have at least asked if we'd like him to look on the computer for something that could be sent over or ordered, or maybe suggest some other options? My wife was going to ask but the guy's body language gave no invitation so she started looking on the men's warehouse site on her phone. The jacket didn't have a tag offering much info and the whole thing was getting so frustrating we left the store and went to Macy's where within a few minutes her dad was being measured for a suit. Within 15 minutes he had the entire ensemble together, including a nice shirt, a beautifully matched tie, and the incredibly respectful and helpful employee over there had even introduced my wife and I to the store manager with the idea of having us booked to play music for a Christmas event. Yeah, maybe just go there! Other Men's Warehouse locations have been great, but I don't see a reason to ever return to this one.

I looked at their steamer and I could tell what had happened, It was extremely obvious that one of the rhinestones got caught which caused the rip in the fabric. Hey accidents happen, just let the customer know and tell them you'll fix it, right? Well that was not the case here. Employees were insistent that I had brought my veil in with the rip and they were not liable for it. We were basically blamed for the ripped veil & charged us an alteration fee for a mistake that was caused in THEIR store. Their solution was "we can pull up the cameras" and we have "witnesses ". They even turned the tables and said they never check items that customers bring in because they trust us customer to be honest. The manager got involved and was extremely rude and eventually slapped the desk in front of my face and told one of the associates to take the charge off our invoice and walked away with not even an apology. Employees were rude as well and gave plenty of attitude. Let's be logical, if a bride is going to get married in 3 days and brings in her veil to be steamed and she did have a rip in her veil, she would have addressed it in the first place. This was never addressed bc there never was a rip... we only needed our veil to be steamed. Be warned, your wedding day is important and if you come here for a solution, you will be walking out with a HUGE problem that never existed in the first place.

Also, it's same day cleaning The good? For the price, they do a solid job of dry cleaning. If your clothes aren't how you want them when you pick them up, they'll do a "do-over" with no fuss. Granted, the fact that you'll have to come back is annoying, but I really don't expect perfection when I'm paying between 50-75% less than I would elsewhere. Also, at least in my case, they've never damaged any of my clothes. Other places have, but not them. The not-so-good: They kinda try to push you out of the door when you pick up your clothes. Don't let it happen. Make sure your clothes are well done. Also, it almost always smells in there. One last note: I've had my cleaning done at more expensive places, and I do notice the difference. If you want your delicate silk blouse to look immaculate, your skirt to have exact pleating or your 3k dress to look perfect, you should know better than to bring it here. For me, this is a place to bring shirts, slacks, blazers, party dresses (e.g., from Bebe), and winter coats.

Theresa worked up sketches and painstakingly deconstructed the dress with an incredible attention to detail (she saved the individual lace flowers to reattach in the same pattern). She asked my preferences and permission every step of the way, knowing it was a treasured family heirloom. I could not be happier with how the dress turned out, and she so thoughtfully displayed it on a mannequin with bows once it was ready! I can't recommend Theresa enough.
