I had purchased a windshield wiper at Walmart two days ago and I found that it did not work even though the book on the counter at Walmart said that it would. I went to Mitchell's and they found the correct windshield wiper and even installed it for me with no charge other than the cost of the windshield wiper. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes and the windshield wiper works great. I highly recommend going to Mitchell's for auto parts and service for your car. I also had another positive experience with them previously and that is why I chose to go there today. I know other people who have received good service at Mitchell's.

I ask if someone was available to direct me as to the proper placement of the purchased part, the clerk said "no". I then asked if anyone else here may know. She said "no". This experience was so unusual to me because in every other auto parts stores that I have shopped, the personnel can't be more obliging, knowledgeable, or willing. I'll never go to an Auto Zone again. There are too many good alternatives available. Stay away from the Williamsport Auto Zone. They are terrible for service and kindness. Advance Auto is about 1 mile away. Go there!
