I sat for a good hour when I got to Cole & Burd and then they came out and told me that I needed a new battery and that it would cost about $150 before tax and labor, etc... I knew this was not true because I already had previous knowledge from my regular garage. This was several years ago and I AM STILL USING THE SAME BATTERY WITH NO ISSUES!!!! I told him that I didn't care what the car looked like (as it is getting older) but that I just needed it to be fixed so that it was drivable. He stopped what he was doing, brought out some tools, and fixed it up right as I waited! I was thrilled and extremely grateful that he was willing to help. He didn't charge me for the work that he did at that time but let me know what the parts would cost to fix it "right." The estimate he reported to me was under $100. He was very willing to accommodate my upcoming busy work schedule as well, which is great as I didn't get a rental car. After West's closed, I was worried about where I would go to have my car fixed in these type of situations that arise... I am relieved that there is still a body shop in the area that doesn't just try to rip you off! This is the place to go! :)
