My contractor picked up the tiles from the store and found that the store prepared WRONG tiles (of lower quality) and BROKEN tiles. I called the stores 9 times this morning and no one picked up the phone. When I contacted Floor and Decor headquarters, an online live representative blamed me for not double checking when I picked the tiles up. Now I have to drive back to the store to see if the store has enough store of the type I ordered....I'd recommend to stay away from this store.

I had one problem caused by the U-haul reservation system that staff fixed. The pickup location assigned to me and was 3 miles away from the one that I selected in my original reservation. I thought it was no big deal but when I returned truck to buxton boxes, they said we went 8 miles over included mileage. They did NOT charge me for extra mileage, but the app should adjust for distance they add.

Our house was built in 1850. Other contractors hemmed and hawed about working on a home of that age and were full of excuses. Milosz and Lukasz, they made it happen! It turns out, The Kitchen Wizards can do a lot more than just kitchens! Our project involved work on a bathroom, a finished attic, a new laundry room, new flooring, plumbing & electrical, paint, carpentry, and placing an all-new kitchen inside the old kitchen's footprint. Whether you simply want a good price on kitchen cabinets and a new countertop, or you need work on a larger project - I highly recommend Milosz, Lukasz and the team at Kitchen Wizards. The place is in its third generation of family ownership, and has been seriously spruced up in the intervening years. Our 40 year old side by side refrigerator finally gave up the ghost last week (compressor) and it was time for a replacement, as parts for these old contraptions are hard to find. We decided to check out this old school appliance store before moving on to Best Buy or Costco. We wanted to talk to a knowledgeable salesperson before trying someone well versed in computers and TVs, but bored by household kitchen appliances. "Mike," was the right guy. He knew the skinny on kitchen tech, and was pleasant about educating us. Turned out the prices were identical to the other places, had real inventory and the ability to deliver, install and remove within days of purchase, rather than weeks. We opted for the Frigidaire Gallery model, which is basically still American made, and the right size to fit in our washroom next to our other appliances as our back up refrigerator, which the old one had become when we updated our kitchen 20 years ago. Mike took us through the process, had the piece in their warehouse, arranged for favorable financing (12 mo., no int.), with delivery in 2 days. True, there was a reasonable delivery charge, and cost for removing our old dinosaur, but they use their own people to install, not independent contractors. Overall, worth a bit more for the time and convenience, and having someone to call if something goes wrong. We were so pleased by the professional, yet human interaction, that we decided to also purchase a new stove hood exhaust stronger than the one that came with the our stove. It was never able to pull enough cooked air out of the kitchen to vent outside. This may be a continuing saga as the new equipment is delivered, installed and used in life. Let's hope for the best.

I don't like to be treated as though they're doing me a favor. So I hid the road and wound up at Crossroads. To tell the truth it was a bit more expensive. A young woman gave me great service. I know nothing about bushes and all that stuff. If she didn't know an answer she found someone that did.She also liked my joke!. We had everything delivered and it went perfect. The next day went back for another small tree and everyone remembered my name. That could be because they're good of I'm such a pain in the ass that they'd remember me. Thursday, June 4th, I called and made a delivery order for 2 yards of black mulch and two yards or top soil. This delivery was going to an elder couple that I was doing some landscaping work for (not my own home)). The delivery was scheduled for 9am on Sunday, June 7th. I went to their house at 8:45am to lay tarps and wait for the delivery to be able to pay the guys. At 9:21am, I made the first phone call to Joe- and the answer I got was, "I've waited 4-5 hours for a delivery before,, the delivery guy is out on the road, he will be there". At 9:53am, I called for a second time, just get an update, considering it's been a half hour for a 3 mile drive. Joe proceeds to tell me that my order ticket was for 10am, not 9am and that the driver was on the road headed my way. Oddly, he never asked for an address, or anything. Fast forward another 45 minutes. I chose to make the 3 mile drive to Crossroads Nursery. Talked to a young guy on a loader who said that when the next drive gets back, they will driver it right away. That was at 10:45ish. I walked into the main nursery to pay for the delivery since I no longer was able to wait for the delivery. I went to hand, Mr. Attitude aka Joe, the owner, a check and he just looked at me and said, "what do you want me to do with this?" "Well, I would like to pay for the delivery that hasn't arrived yet, as I cannot wait any longer". "Oh your the bad attitude lady on the phone". Listen, I was annoyed at the situation but Joe tells me he just got off the phone with the driver but when I ask for an ETA, he says that he may have stopped for gas, or food or even maybe broke down. Then he hung up on me. As for my check, he threw it back at me in front of oof her customers and said..."the nerve of some people", "you're mad bc your delivery is 30 mins late", "it's not my fault that you never made an order ticket". So after alllllll of this, bottomline is that when I spoke to the owner on Thursday, he never made the ticket and I was never getting a delivery. I will NEVER use this place again. I will be happy to turn people away from this place. I am embarrassed that this guy owns a business, especially I in the same town that I live. I have seen that this is not the first complaint about Joe-the owner, being rude, abrasive, combative and just downright absurdly nasty.
